When you call purple you get a CSR who speaks clear English and is very helpful(no automated recording/noisy foreign call center). We purchased the queen original purple. We loved that the bed slept cool all night but we both experienced back pain all through our trial so unfortunately we decided to return the bed before the 100 day trial was up. We contacted purple and they gave us several options for a return. We called the local habitat for humanity and they came and picked up the bed. A few days later we were refunded in full by purple! One bed will not be right for everyone. Purple gives everyone a risk free opportunity to see if their mattress works for you. I was worried they would give us the run around and that we wouldn't see a dime after we returned the bed but that was NOT the case. A+ trial policy. They keep their word. Wish the bed would have been a fit for us. Give the bed a try, you have nothing to lose.

I'm in my late 60's with many medical problems. I've had major back surgery my shoulders are arthritic. I have been in pain a long time and have not been able to sleep for quite some time. I stumbled across the purple mattress by chance after reviewing the advertisements I decided to order a mattress. I'm currently 2 weeks into sleeping on the purple mattress and the difference is outstanding I'm sleeping much better with less turning and tossing. More rested. And less shoulder pain, back pain and pain in general. Would I return the mattress? Not without one hell-uv-a fight.

This mattress started out great and comfy. After a year I heard a pop and it sunk a little. Heard this multiple times now and it's so bad it sinks half way down or more is most comon areas. Irs mainly on the sides, as 2 people sleep in the bed, and the middle is a mound. If you're a side sleeper you'll wake up in extreme pain and restless from tossing a turning, with even falling off due to the sinking. This mattress has made me a regular at my doctor's due to chronic hip and back pain! Warranty is a joke too, waste of money!

I bought the Purple mattress. It shipped quickly and in perfect condition. Turns out the mattress wasn't the best for me, but true to their word, they guarantee the product and will refund your money (after you donate or recycle the mattress). So even though it wasn't perfect mattress for me, this is a great company to deal with.

And by cool..I mean literally cool. My body is like a furnace and this matress keeps me nice and cool for much longer than any other matress I've slept on, making it so much easier for me to fall asleep in. Had it about a month now and I'm very pleased with the purchase!

I have had the mattress about 2 weeks and i have woke up with sore back and neck everyday i will say not as sore back from my last mattress but the one thing that bothers me the most is my neck i wake up everyday with sore neck ive tried diffrent pillows inc purple i never had this with old mattress

I bought my first purple mattress in 2018, and literally it has ruined me... I can't sleep on any other bed except my purple mattresses. Just recently bought a new king size and the harmony pillows and I can't explain in words the joy it brings me. Best sleep you'll ever have is on a purple mattress.

After having slept on the mattress for about a month I want to start out by saying my husband and I are happy with the no motion transfer and overall comfort of the mattress!!! However, we have our doubts with longevity of the mattress. First, my husband and I are both under 200 pounds each and have placed the mattress on a solid base. The warranty states no body impressions, however we are concerned that the foam with break down over time and depth of compression and bounce back will deteriorate. Through my research thus far, no where does Purple offer information on density (numbers) of the foam. The depth of the mattress is considerable smaller compared to other mattress. Before purchasing Purple we considered King Koil (20 year warrenty) and White Dove Oxygen Atmosphere Gel Memory Foam (10 year warranty). Both of these mattresses gave detailed data of the mattress construction; including foam density numbers. However these mattress were upwards of $4,000. Also, the corners of the mattress have not created an edge/point. They have remained slightly curved in and the dimensions of the King is off by a few inches. I hope Purple can give us some numbers and security on the overall longevity of the mattress!! If not, we may be requesting our money back at the end of our free trial.

I really like the Purple mattress and sleep so much better since we got it. However, my husband feels it is already sagging on his side. I don't think it is, I just think he felt is was going to be firm all over and not sure he hasn't gotten use to the polymer molding the curves of his body while giving him the firmness where he needs it. I'm very pleased with the Purple mattress.
