I have never in 31 years been so mistreated by a company. Almost 2 weeks... no mattress. I can't say what the bed is like because well I still haven't gotten it. I can say this; I wish I had ordered from ANY other company. To spend so much money just to be ignored and deceived. I suffer from pretty severe back pain. I ordered this mattress thinking it was the quickest & best option... funny how things work out. I am very skeptical about any claims made by this company because I've already seen that costumer service means NOTHING to them and most importantly they are misleading. Hope I didn't throw away almost $1000. The bed would have to be some kind of wonderful for me to recommend them to anyone ever. Just run, stay away, caveat emptor.

I purchased the mattress 4 months ago and I'm in love. It is by far the best mattress I've ever owned. My girlfriend and I sleep soundly every night and I don't wake her up in the mornings when I get up before her for work. The mattress just cradles you and supports in all the right places. Do yourself a favor and order a Purple today.

This mattress is funky in color and texture but it is without doubt the most comfortable, supportive, and temperature controlled mattress upon which I've ever slept. No more sweaty legs or cricks in the neck. I recommend this to every person who has the luxury of affording a mattress.

I really love how cool and comfortable this mattress is. I've tried three other traditional coil-spring, pillow-topped and hybrid-memory foam inner-coil spring mattresses for contrast. This is easily the superior mattress. I did remove one star because I feel like it could be better. I would have liked the mattress to be at least a couple inches thicker and the top to allow for more indentation. My lower-back is offset forward from my glutes and upper-back by about two inches [read: I have a bubble butt and a strong upper back], and unfortunately this mattress does not provide me lower-back support when laying on my back.

Every bed i've ever slept on has always given me body aches at some point despite how comfortable they are at first feel. I've struggled with tossing and turning my whole life. The purple mattress has the perfect softness i've always been looking for in a bed and does not give me aches at all. I don't even wake up during the night! I'm a combination sleeper and the purple mattress is so soft and comfortable that as soon as my body hits the mattress im dead until my alarm rings. I wake up dazed and confused sometimes because it feels as if i've overslept, but it's because i had a great night's sleep. I would 100% recommend the purple mattress. Best product i've ever purchased hands down.

The mattress is great. Right away my domi (Domestic Partner) and I loved how soft and comfortable it was. The first night of sleep I was able to sleep COMFORTABLY on my back. I prefer to sleep that way and haven't been able to in years. I had full support of my lower back and hips. The next great surprise was I didn't even feel him get out of bed in the morning. The bed provides support while giving comfort all night long. The only down side I would have to say is the bed smells a little for the first few days, 5 or so...like plastic/rubber. The smell does dissipate over time or we've just come accustom to it, either way. We are very satisfied with our purchase. Thanks Purple!

Seat Cushion - 2.5 to 3 stars Smaller than expected Although I have a small buttocks the cushion is narrow enough that one side or the other of the butt is usually on or over the edge. Does not fill the seating area of a rather standard office chair Pillow - 3 stars The air bladder seems like a second thought addition. Air bladder is hard to fill. Combination of small size, short stem and difficult to open lid is less than optimal. Once filled the bladder is in place and filled the desired amount, it still tends to shift. Time will tell how well these two items hold up and how comfortable they are in warmer weather. Finally, I do not like the idea having my credit card charged before the item is shipped especially when the item is weeks from shipping. This policy has made me reevaluate purchasing a matters from your company.

From day one I could not remember any time in my life I have slept this well. I should have read the directions when opening it but in the end it didn't matter because I opened it and got the most amazing sleep you could ever have in only 3 hours. Even my kitty sleeps through the whole night! I highly recommend this mattress, I have the pillow too and I'm in desperate need of a purple sofa.

The Purple mattress is comfortable. Compared with other mattresses, it most closely resembles memory foam in terms of how it feels to sleep on, but is definitely unique since I don't find myself sinking in. I rated the mattress 4 stars out of 5 as I don't think it's the miracle mattress that the advertising of it seems to convey, especially since waking up sore is not cured with a Purple mattress. It's excellent quality and a great mattress for the price.

Mattress is the best ever, but you put other things on me I did not appreciate. I did not appreciate being told that, even though the platform made noise (and your sumo wrestlers bragged that it was quiet) I could not return it. And to think that I paid even more for a wonderful power base. (Love the power base!) So ultimately I did not need the platform because I gave you even more business by purchasing a power base. But even if I did not buy a power base, I still was not pleased with the platform. I would think that you'd make an exception for someone like me who ponied up a lot more cash. But you should even accept a return of the platform from someone who did not buy a power base or anything more. I was surprised to experience that the platform did not cut it and I thought that everything Purple did was excellent. These are my thoughts. Now you can stop sending me this email request for a review.
