I ordered two twin XL mattresses for our king bed. Our old mattress was not providing enough support and we were having back pain. Long story short...my husband LOVES the purple mattress. Sadly, I started out loving it, but with each week that passed, my hip pain and stiffness got worse to the point I couldn't pick up anything from the floor, sit comfortably, do ordinary chores etc. I started sleeping on the floor and within days I was back to my old self. Just this week I made the call to get a refund for my twin, but my husband is keeping his. Even though it gave me a great night's sleep, my body could not handle the Purple. _

I purchased your mattress because of your 100 night warranty and your financing deal. I thought it was a good shot to try a mattress at my home. I suffer with bad shoulders and my sleep has been interrupted for at least four months. I do need to have surgery to fix the issue but the second night after sleeping I noticed I did not wake up with my shoulder's hurting. I have noticed some minor discomfort in my lower back but I believe I'm being positioned correctly. This only lasted a two weeks and wasn't a deal breaker for me. Just made sense if I was realigning there could be some discomfort. I would tell future customers to take advantage of the 100 night warranty. I believe the company in the product is worth the shot. I will be purchasing to Moore at a later date my family all wants one. Thank you again for the good night sleep. Jason

We ordered the king mattress and platform on a Tuesday and by early Friday we had both products delivered to our door. SUPER easy set up. It only took us about 30 minutes for the entire process and we immediately fell in love. We had been using a "gel memory foam" mattress that within a year had fallen apart and was almost unbearable to sleep on. This was a lifesaver. It has solved so many of the problems we were having. It sleeps cool (even in Texas heat with two people), no more falling into a crater in the center of the mattress, we wake up with no aches and pains, and there is almost no motion transfer so when one of us gets up in the middle of the night the other isn't bothered. It's easily worth the price. Seriously, buy it.

Haven't slept on it for a full 90 days but all of my body parts are feeling just fine so far. I don't see why that would change. When purchasing any sleeping surface, I have to be very conscience of my lower back - too hard or too soft causes pain. Purple hasn't caused any back pain yet and the mattress feels great!

This mattress rules. I recently purchased a purple mattress and my sleep has gotten progressively better every night. Getting to sleep faster. Waking up more rested. Sleeping cooler. I used to think I was pretty allright at getting some sleep but the mattress has upped my sleep game. Ten out of ten. Five stars. Highly recommend. Fully satisfied.

After almost 40 years of constant back pain and two back surgeries and changing up several mattresses I found one that that works for me. After several weeks of research on the many mattresses out there, I decided to give purple a try. I visited their manufacturing plant where they have a show room in Alpine Utah. I was unsure at first when I pushed down on the mattress because it felt to soft. However, the showroom representative said just lay down on it and see how it feels. I was surprised of how well it formed to my body and gave great support. After a few more days thinking about it I decided to give them the 100 day free trail a try. Like the old fisherman adage. This is a keeper.

Thought the mattress was a little too firm when I first laid down on it for a quick test. Ha!!! Best night sleep I had in a long time and every night since has only been better. I realize I could have bought another motorcycle for the money but I just can't get a better nights sleep than this purple thing!!!

I admit I really thought okay, can a mattress be THAT good? Well yes it is. I slept like a baby after a full bottle of milk. My husband entered the bed and I didn't even wake up! My only complaint is the strong new mattress smell but for the sleep that I got it's worth it.

My family and I just moved back to the United States from living in Japan for 6 years, and it was coming on time to replace our mattress. Months before the move, I was dead set on replacing it with a Purple! Finally, a month after being in the States, we ordered it and decided to upgrade it to a King. After weeks of being on crappy hotel beds, air mattresses, futons, and various relative's beds, I couldn't wait and my back was ready for relief! The customer service representative I spoke to was fantastic and did everything he could to process the order as fast as possible so we can get a good nights sleep sooner. I took advantage of their bundle of the platform and mattress. After it shipped, I obsessively tracked it through FedEx during their tracking outage of 2017-look it up, it was a real tragedy! Finally, 9 days after I ordered it, the angels blew their trumpets and the chorus was singing as I unrolled the mattress. It was heavy, but I was able to set it up with my 10-year-old. We're still in the adjustment period, so my back does still ache, but I can tell it aches from realigning. I no longer wake up and sound like a Rice Krispy. The biggest thing worth mentioning is that when my husband puts his arms around me, I no longer feel like I'm being suffocated since the waffle-foam cradles our bodies. My FitBit even has proof of a more peaceful sleep. I relax so quickly in the Purple that bedtime reading is difficult now, cause I'm asleep within a few minutes-a strange phenomena this insomniac isn't used to. Unfortunately, with the upgrade in size, it's now more difficult to keep all the kids out of the bed, that and the fact that it's now the most comfortable bed in the house. We did have an issue putting together the platform. The additional pieces to extend to king size were misaligned and warped. We emailed the company and they sent out a new one ASAP with no questions asked. Besides the assembly issue, I love the platform and how high it is. I like not having to have a box spring, and it offers a lot of space for storage. Overall, I'm very happy with this investment and I'm equally as happy with the excellent customer service I've had as I am with the product. I will definitely be investing in the seat cushions and pillows soon!

My husband and I purchased the original Purple mattress and we absolutely love it! It is the best mattress ever! The level of comfort is beyond any other mattress design out there. I am so thankful to have a blissful night's sleep every night. I highly recommend this mattress!
