This is the first mattress purchase I have made in years. I have many back and neck problems that send me to the chiropractor regularly. This has helped me so much! I can actually sleep through the night and wake up in minimal pain. I would normally wake up in excruciating pain every morning and throughout the night. I am in love with this mattress!

Disappointed in the comfort of the mattress. Had the mattress for almost 4 weeks and been thinking about sending it back. Have not had a good night rest on mattress and find it difficult to stay comfortable. I find myself tossing and turning much more than I did before and wake up every morning sore from my shoulders to my lower back.

We have been fans of Tempurpedic for decades and reluctantly gave up that bed for The Purple as we are in need of a bed without any pressure points. WOW What a find! The Purple Bed is the best bed we have ever owned. It is so comfortable and has relieved hip and back issues that we just thought were forever ours.

I've tried just about every kind of mattress out there. I suffer with chronic back pain from scoliosis. This mattress is like a breath of fresh air. It's soft enough to give where I need it to give, yet firm enough that I don't sink into a hole of "mattress quicksand". It's easy to roll over and change sleeping positions. Loving this mattress!

I don't like this mattress. I've slept on it since the day I got it, and I've been giving it a chance for weeks and I've only gotten a backache. Sorry, but I feel like I haven't gotten my money's worth since my last mattress, which I got for free on the side of the road, is much more comfortable. Glad the company is asking for feedback.

This is our 2nd Purple Mattress. The first was delivered, opened, and placed on our bedframe. Due to COVID, the 2nd mattress needed to be just delivered with instructions on setting up. No problem, right? Well, the delivery service was FedEx Home Delivery, which lied about making an attempt for delivery and then lied about whether or not we could go and retrieve the bed at the FedEx location. In reaching out to Purple's Customer Service Team, we continued to get the runaround on where our bed was and when our bed would arrive. We spent two days and many, many hours on the phone, internet, etc. trying to figure out where the bed was, which by the way, was delayed many, many days beyond the original delivery date. In the end, we had to take matters into our own hand and go out to the FedEx Home Delivery location and retrieve the bed ourselves. It made for a less than pleasant experience; however, the bed sleeps just as nice as expected--no complaints there.

I was skeptical about the pillow, but wow, it's great! I'm a side sleeper and used to have to double my old memory foam pillow under my neck. I do NOTHING with the Purple pillow, it fits perfectly and cradles my head like a dream, literally! The mattress feels amazing and does not get as hot as my old memory foam pillow-top mattress. It gets warm with body heat, but not as hot as I was used to with memory foam. I highly recommend the Purple family of products. Get the sheets! So smooth! I also just ordered the metal flat frame and looking forward to that as well.

My husband and I decided to pull the trigger on a Purple mattress after some of our best friends couldn't recommend it enough. We were skeptical at first, but a month in and we LOVE it! We have recommended it to family and friends and don't see ourselves going back to a conventional mattress.

I ordered an original Purple king size for my beach condo rental. Also bought the Purple platform. I never sleep well due to severe arthritis and fibromyalgia pain. I couldn't believe how well I slept the 1st night. The 2nd and 3rd nights were amazing! I hardly moved all night! I couldn't believe it. Now, I am determined to have one at home. Saving my money!!

I sleep on my back the majority of the time. My wife usually sleeps on her side. The Purple bed feels firm and supportive when laying on your back. Laying on your side, the bed feels like an ultra soft mattress. Laying on your side, you feel no fatigue from pressure points regardless of how long you're there. I researched and ordered the bed, taking the chance that my wife may not like it. After a week, my wife was the first to tell friends how amazing our Purple bed is.
