We could not be happier with our king-sized Purple mattress. After just two nights on the Purple, my wife swore she'd leave me if I returned the bed. I fell in love with it by the end of the first week, and the rest is history. And their customer service is second-to-none. About six weeks after our purchase, Purple ran a promotion for a complimentary set of sheets with a purchase. I contacted customer support to inquire if they'd honor my recent purchase and they responded within eight hours to advise they'd send the sheets free of charge. Granted I had to wait eight weeks for the sheets to show up (back order), but the wait was totally worth it; the sheets are amazingly comfortable. Look no further, go Purple.

This bed is so comfortable and I look forward to climbing in every night. We got the sheets and pillows too and I think that's really enhanced the experience. We purchased a queen Purple mattress and it gives me both the soft and firmness I need not to be sore in the morning. The pillows are always cool and the sheets are lile a buttery, t-shirt material. We are pleased with the Purple and I'll be sad to go to hotels now that my bed is finally better than theirs will ever be.

We've been struggling to find that Goldilocks type mattress, and luckily, Purple fits the bill. I tend to either sleep on my side or stomach, but have found any way I flop down on the bed, my body feels great. He's normally on his back or stomach but found that most mattresses give out after a short time. We also purchased the pillows to match; he loves his, I have found I need to break those "bad" habits of sleeping with my hand tucked up next to my chin.

I had really high hopes for this bed. I moved to a new city and needed a new bed. I saw ads for the Purple mattress and loved the concept of it, so I thought I would give it a try. I definitely wasn't in love after the first night, which was a little disappointing. The bed is extremely firm. I think as a lighter weight person, I was not heavy enough to sink into the top layer of the bed. I'm 5'4'' 115lbs and my boyfriend is 6'2'' 170lbs, we both felt too light when laying flat on the bed. When you sit on the bed it seems so comfortable and sinks in quite a bit, but when you lay down and your weight distributes, it is much different. I read reviews that said to wait 30 days to adjust to the bed, but everyday I woke up sore and hurting. Also not sure if this is from the bed, but I could not sleep under the covers on this bed. I would wake up extremely hot and sweating. I thought the bed was designed to be cool, but it didn't seem that way. We even used the recommended sheets. I wear a Fitbit when I sleep, and I was restless/waking up 30 or more times every night. The one thing I liked about the bed is that the transfer of motion was very minimal. After about a month and a half, we decided to return the bed and get a different one. After reading some of the other reviews and learning about the return process, I was a little worried. We decided we would drop the mattress off for donation instead of having them come pick it up. Some reviews mentioned they no show a lot, and we didn't want to have to deal with that. By taking it ourselves, the return process was super easy! I took the mattress to the Salvation Army, they signed a receipt, I emailed a picture of the receipt to Purple, and they issued me a refund the next day. Took less than 24 hours for the entire process. From our experience, Purple has great customer service/return assistants!

we had been sleeping on a too-soft, too-small mattress for the past uear, only because wed just bought it the year before. but finally, we bit the bullet and bought a purple. its such a relief to sleep on a mattress that is big enough, and firm enough.

We have found the mattresses to be soft but not neccessarily cool. We previously had tempur-pedic and although maybe a bit cooler, not cool enough to make it a big selling point. The coolness advertised was the reason we bought. We have 2 twin xl for our king adjustable bed

This bed was the first purchase i made for my new apartment, and I can confirm: it's one of the only items were saving up for the more expensive option really payed off. I'm a notoriously light sleeper, and I was used to getting up about twice a night, but now the only thing that wakes me up is my alarm. I highly recommend Purple products.

This bed has been rough. My husband and I are both side sleepers, but for some reason he loves this bed and I wake up every morning for the last three weeks with major muscle pains. This bed is firmer than expected, and we are now going to buy a topper and see if that makes it bearable for me. Maybe the more expensive purple hybrid versions would be good, but we can't afford them at this time. Sad that it is not working without an additional cost of a topper.

at first i was skeptical buying the purple mattress 32 yr old with back problems had back surgery at 30 yrs old at first sleeping on the mattress wasn't comfortable but when ur used to sleeping on poor support i guess your body has to get used to it after 30 days sleeping on it i've had no back aches, i notice i sleep thru night without waking up i highly recommend this product with no doubt!

I have had consistent back pain for the last 12 years since I injured my back at 12 years old. I've done everything under the sun to try to alleviate the pain and haven't had a lot of success. When I first received my purple mattress I thought it was going to be too hard. I felt sore all over after sleeping on it for the first week. By the second week though, it became the most comfortable mattress I had ever slept on. I have had it a month and have noticed my back pain letting up significantly. Give it a couple weeks if you are sore after sleeping on it. It definitely took me an adjustment period but 100% worth it! My husband loves it too. He had a similar experience :-)
