I really like the mattress however, I thought the shipping process was a bit painful. It took 3 weeks to receive the mattress. That is fine however, it would have been nice to know that you were behind. I had to email CS to receive an update. Seeing how your mattresses are made to order, a delivery app would be great (like Dominos tracker). That way, I don't have wonder when I'm going to receive my product and it will save your CS staff from being overwhelmed with those types of questions.

This is my second purchase. I had a split King, which is two twins. Did not like how they always separated in the middle. Loved the feel of the mattress. No pressure points when I woke. I purchased a one piece king top. I think it must be 'thinner' than the two twins I had. This one seems to 'smoosh' a lot more, I do not feel as well supported and find I am turning much more through the night.

I wasn't too happy with the firmness of the Purple 3 that I saved up to buy and wanted to exchange it for a softer Purple 4. Seems like a simple thing to pay the difference and get the upgrade right? Wrong! They fully expect anyone who wants to exchange a mattress to purchase another mattress at full cost to the customer and then wait for them to process the return on the first one. Why even advertise an "exchange" policy when that is simply a lie? Asking your customers to cover the cost of two mattress for an exchange is in my opinion crazy. I will likely be returning my mattress for a full refund due to this ridiculous policy.

I have had this bed for a month now, and it is by far my favorite mattress I have ever purchased. My boyfriend and I do not have a lot of space in our bedroom so we have to share a full size bed. He used to complain with the other mattress that I would sweat him out by snuggling all night long. With this purple mattress I no longer sweat like I used to. So far the Purple sheets have worked the best on the bed. Not because of their fit, but because they are the most breathable sheets I have ever had before. The only complaint I have about those are the price tag. Overall this has been my best mattress purchase I have made thus far. I am very happy with my decision.

The only reason this isn't a five-star, and I'm not joking, is it is literally too comfortable. I fall asleep and stay in one position, which for my old body isn't good!!!! Love that you can't feel the movements of the other person, and how well it is maintaining.

Out of the box, just as expected, easy to open from the heavy roll and comfortable from the start. My only hesitation on a 5 star rating is that I feel like the purple honeycomb layer on top could be just a bit thicker to account for more body contours/softness. Have only used it for a few months, but so far, so good.

I was skeptical at first when my daughter told me about the purple mattress and that she and her husband just bought and saying they just love it. Than they showed me the Goldie Locks video and I laughed so hard thinking it was just a spoof. Little did I know. The rest of the story is history. I did buy one and everything they said is true. I have become the biggest Purple advocate. Oh if only I had this mattress when I was pregnant, my 36 hour labor might have gone differently. I have hip and shoulder issues and the intense pain from sleeping on my old mattress meant I would toss and turn all night. Now I just lay down, get settled and don't move. My chiropractor describes my adjustments as before Purple and after Purple (yes the after Purple is better). My parents bought a place in Florida and want their grand babies to visit (they said my husband and I could come too). I told them that they can only see their precious, darling grand babies if I have a Purple mattress to sleep on. Muhahaha... So I am getting my second Purple mattress. Thank you!

I have had my Purple Mattress for 9 days now. In those 9 nights of sleep...and a couple of naps slipped in there too...I have not awakened with sore hips, pressure points, or back pain! Not once! My daughter and her husband are coming for a weekend to sleep on it because they are planning on getting one too and want to try it out. I am sure there will be a purchase from them too!

The answer not my back! I used to wake up sore and stiff. After the first night I woke up with a strange feeling. I know I slept but I wasn't sure because I woke up with no back pain. It has only gotten better every night since. It is also weird turning because it a new experience but is resolved the next night. Also use to wake up in middle of night and would bounce before going back to sleep no longer do that because I sleep all night
