The product is good - but I'd have skipped it had I known that it would take THREE WEEKS for everything to arrive. The website says at one point in the ordering process that the product ships in 1-3 business days. AFTER the order was confirmed, I got a notification that the items would ship in 5-7 business days. That alone is a dealbreaker. But that was also wrong! All but one item I ordered is scheduled to ship over TWO WEEKS past the order date. Unacceptable! There are many other comparable brands in quality for a similar price point that will actually arrive on your doorstep in a timely manner. Like a product you order off the internet in 2019 should.

I used to wake up with back pain everyday, but after just a couple days with purple, it has basically vanished. My knees don't hurt as much as they used to, and now I never wanna leave my bed. I was skeptical at first, but now I recommend it to everyone.

We received the purple original because we were due for a new bed we went from a king bed to a queen due to the price . After trying the queen and feeing like we still needed a king so we decided to pay the difference and upgrade to a king size and we have loved it ever since we are waking up before our alarms even go off and sleeping through our the whole night no more back pain

Can't say enough good things about our Purple mattress. I had purchased a Casper mattress before the Purple and weren't satisfied with the firmness of it. They returned it, no problem. When our Purple mattress arrived, we were in heaven. We have restful and quality sleep now and are so satiafied with our purchase!

We had been using an old memory foam mattress for a while and it eventually became very uncomfortable to sleep on. We got rid of it prior to a move and once we got to our new place, made the leap to purple. We NEVER slept better! While this is our second purple mattress due to our bed dipping, we were happy to jump on the warranty option. The turn around on the warranty was amazing and it was the easiest thing I ever did. And our first night on the bed was INCREDIBLE. This time around, we plan on rotating the mattress every 3-6 months to ensure it lasts. Hopefully it was just a defective mattress as I was told.

I was so excited for the mattress to arrive, and it did not disappoint. I've been sleeping on a broken mattress, so anything was going to be better -but after sleeping on the purple mattress suddenly even my favorite mattress at my parents' house is feeling uncomfortable.

I've been sleeping on it now for months and the pains in my neck and sides are all gone. Install was super easy; it was like opening a purple twinky and rolled it on the support box. Then cut the vacu plastic and and pulled it off like a table cloth trick.

We've been sleeping on our Purple queen-sized mattress for about a month now and couldn't be happier! By the second night, my husband's chronically sore shoulders had stopped hurting so much, and continue to feel much better. I love how it's somehow soft and squishy but perfectly supportive and firm--without "holding on to you" like foam mattresses do. Yeah, we're definitely people who would encourage you to buy a Purple mattress!

I used to wake up all the time with neck pains and back pains but now I wake up every morning refreshed and ready to start the day. Also, I used to wake my fiance up every time I moved (I'm a bit of a wild sleeper) or left the bed. Now, he doesn't even realize I left for work some days! The only reason that I am giving four stars and not five is because of delivery. I was given an expectation of 1-3 days for shipping but it ended up being more like 7-10 business days, which left me without a mattress/bed for about 2 weeks. It was a huge inconvenience but the bed has made up for it.

My husband did a lot of research when looking for a new bed after our only 4 year old mattress that was suppose to never leave indents where we slept, had the worst dips in the mattress that made it horrible to sleep in. It was also double in price than the purple! This mattress leaves us refreshed the next day! Even waking up several times in the night for our infant! Great price for such a good bed!!
