After 20 years with a pillow top, I'm so happy I ordered a purple mattress. It provides great support, yet feels nice and soft. When I wake up in the morning, my back and neck don't hurt as bad as it used to. I definitely recommend this. From the delivery to putting it on my bed frame, this has been an easy experience.

My wife was skeptical when we first talked about trying Purple because we hadn't had a great experience with other premium mattresses. However, she was willing to try it due to the 100-day guarantee. We both really like it! It's the right amount of firmness and softness both! No more back aches!

I have had a tempurpedic and a casper mattress. I have had herniated discs in my back from weight lifting injuries as well as slight scoliosis. I have never been able to find a mattress that I can sleep on throughout the night without tossing and turning because of the pressure points on my spine. Purple's design seriously eliminates all pressure points and I'm not doctor but I'd like to say it is helping my scoliosis realign. I HIGHLY recommend this mattress.

my husband's opinion is not here, due to medical reasons he has had to sleep in a recliner. When I first get into the bed it's the most comfortable thing in the world, but my lumbar isn't supported unless I adjust to find the right position for the bed, not me...hurts my shoulders when on my side & Purple sheets didn't come/advertised

I purchased a Purple three mattress about nine months ago and have not had a single good night's rest. This mattress causes me to toss and turn about every 30 minutes throughout the night. This mattress finds your pressure points and makes you hurt. Whenever I de ide to just get up and out of bed, I ache and am so sore. For over $2,000.00, you think you would get a decent bed. I will never recommend this product to anyone. I now miss my traditional mattress.

We like a firm, but somewhat gushy mattress. We had a viscoelastic purchased in 2009 that we were very happy with. But with two people sleeping in an aging queen mattress and a pushy dog in the middle we were falling off the sides. We did a ton of research, had settled on three companies, and ultimately took a chance on purple. What was the peril with a 100-day no-risk return policy right? Before we even got the mattress we did run into some problems with scheduled delivery. Part of the problem was poor communication from Purple, but much of it was also due to really terrible customer service from the shipper, FedEx. Long story short, a customer service person from Purple noticed our problem in the call log, took it upon herself to power manage our troubles and solved it without any work or stress on our part. I think this speaks quite well to the values instilled by the company - solve the problem and take the initiative to do it. As for the mattress itself, it's a total keeper. As advertised, it offers pressure-point relief, but also a spring-back quality that makes rolling over much less of an effort than with other foam mattresses. The construction also seems of exceptional quality. Deciding on the best bed is hugely subjective, but I think lots of people would be happy with Purple.

I've had my purple mattress for over a month now and I couldn't love it more. We have a high end sleep number bed in the other room and I honestly don't know which bed I prefer more. But the sleep number was three times the cost. :/. Get a purple! And if you can do it, get the adjustable bed frame. The gravity free position is so amazing.

I love my purple bed and sheets, however I am disappointed one can not purchase the fitted sheets separately. The sheets are expensive and the snags only happen to my fitted sheets - both sets. They are over a year old but only by a few months. When i contacted CS they said they saw many of the same request. I just ask Purple to offer a solution, either patch options or purchase fitted sheets seperately.

I received my Purple bed a couple of weeks ago and have loved every minute since, it is very comfortable and my sleep seems to be a lot deeper sleep that I had experienced in the past. Definitely would recommend buying one if you are thinking about it.

I feel so well rested! I got the mattress, the frame, the pillows and sheets( the whole package). So easy to put together. The first night I slept through the night and every night after. This bed is amazing and has completely changed my husband and I thinking of a good night sleep. We sleep through the night, I feel supported and so comfortable. This bed is amazing. I will always go with Purple.
