I ordered a Purple mattress. It only took about ten days to receive it. The packaging was very easy to handle, and the whole process was so simple. However, for my personal taste, the mattress was just too firm. At that point I emailed Purple about returning it, and might I say your customer service is unequalled. My initial letter stating that Purple just wasn't going to work for me was answered immediately with a very cordial letter stating how to initiate the return. I took care of the steps and the next day received another email stating my account would be credited within 3-5 business days, and two days later I had my money back. The next day I received the nicest email stating your company appreciated that I tried the mattress even though It didn't work for me. Great product. Unbelievable service. I would, and have, recommended it to anyone looking for a great nights sleep.

I bought three of your cushions, one I use in my vehicle, the other at sports events , and the largest in my recliner at home. I broke my back in five places in 2008 and have dealt with pain ever since. Your products have greatly reduced this pain an allowed me to improve my quality of life. This mattress is great. It is soft to the touch but supportive in all the right places. The best part of this mattress and the purple frame is that my wife normally does pretty constant log rolls in her sleep. Now she barely moves and when she does I don't feel a thing.

After a quick and easy checkout (receiving an amazingly convenient term at zero interest with AFFIRM), My Purple Hybrid Premier 3 swiftly arrived at my door a few days later. A large 200 pound tube that arrived on m porch had me initially confused. "Surely they can't roll up a mattress with springs in it to the size of this package", I said to myself. Momentarily having the negative feeling of being delivered the wrong version. But I was wrong & had nothing to worry about. They actually do vacuum ship Hybrid Premier 3 with springs like their cheaper counterparts. This has got to be a industry first packaging/shipping protocol. Color me impressed. Now I just gotta figure out how to reverse engineer it, to get my existing mattress out of the way. I wish right? I proceed to open tube to unfurl mattress, gave it a couple days before sleeping on it as recommended to expand. By night 2, I was purposely forcing myself to give it one more night to expand, thus making it that much better when it's ready, even if that was only in my mind. It was worth it, big time. Night 1, I lay down on what feels like nothing else I have ever slept on before. My body knew straight away. A tingling and all encompassing feeling consumed my body. My spine and muscles instantly relaxed into what can only be described as "euphoric realignment". Then, for the next few minutes as I drifted to sleep, my body felt like it was releasing years of poor sleep pain and discomfort. It was almost a shock to the system unlike any feeling I've ever had before. I am a pretty large guy at 6'2" & 280 pounds. This mattress truly supported me like no other. Over the next few nights, my body slowly got used to the mattress and this unreal lightness you feel as you sink into the purple grid while simultaneously feeling supportive. After a few nights, my sciatica got noticably better right off the bat and I look forward to crawling into bed every night now. The mattress itself has become truly Life changing. Period. A tool to improve sleep habits. Hands down, this has become the best consumer experience of my life. Start to finish Purple delivers on all counts. I also purchased the Purple frame. A mattress protector & basic plush pillow came free with purchase of mattress. The Purple frame, which is extremely solid and supports mattress the better than any other I've seen before. Total surface area support. No chance to sag. Solid. Adds to the feeling of feeling truly "supported". The Purple mattress protector was more a thin fitted sheet than a traditional Mattress protector. The packaging explained that this was purposeful in order to have nothing but a thin layer between you and your mattress. I get the intent, but not the norm nonetheless. The plush pillow was nothing special and is the bottom basic pillow type. No innovation here. Finally, The sleep masks that came with the mattress were silly. Too small, thin and uncomfortable to use in real life. More of a marketing swag item than anything. But all that was free, so I can't really complain. Bottom line, life changing. The true evolution of sleep culture right before our eyes. Thank you PURPLE!!

I really liked the idea of this mattress and I read about a thousand reviews before buying, but the thing that really sold me was the fact that both my wife and I love it and we have very different sleeping preferences. We had two twin beds side by side before this because we could not agree on a single mattress. Hers was very soft with a large pillow top, mine was firm with little cushion. She feels like the purple mattress is very soft and I feel like it is firm with lots of support. It's the same mattress! It just fits our sleeping styles perfectly even though they are totally different. Well done Purple!!

We've had our Purple mattress for a few weeks and we certainly love the feel and comfort we experience every night. It took a few days to get used to the sensation we got at first, which was that of laying on jelly. Now-and-then, we get a bit 'surprised' when we sit on the edge of the bed as it feels akin an old fashion water-bed. However, the Purple mattress really does provide the orthopedic support we need throughout the night. Our old mattress was over 12 years old, and while it seemed fine visually, my wife and I kept waking up every morning with severe 'morning stiffness' that included back pain. All that seems to have been remedied now with our new Purple. We are definitely enjoying our new mattress.

This mattress hasn't done anything for the aches and pains in my back and shoulders. My doctor told me to invest in a new mattress and I clearly made the wrong choice despite all my research online. It's too soft for me, personally, and I can feel the grid texture through all my sheets which I find uncomfortable.

Of course, we're talking about the oldest purple bed, it probably rocks with a quilted top and a little more firmness. But the purple holds me up, after I settle down. I weigh 240 and I sink down pretty far when I sit on it, then it can hold my weight. A few times, I've woken with a crick in my neck. Most of the time I sleep good.

This mattress had been recommended to us by several friends and we are so glad that we made the switch! My husband works a strenuous job that hurts his back and neck and this bed has helped alleviate some of that pain helping him sleep better at night. Definitely a wise purchase!

I've been fighting my hips popping out of whack for a few years now as I'm a titch hard on my body 6x a week for hours upon athletic hours. Got the Purple after trying another mail-order brand, my knees ached for 2 days when I woke up which was weird but then after that, holy ca-moly I'm CURED!! No more pain and no daily hip adjustments nor flopping around on the floor every morning trying to get myself comfortable enough to get to work without road rage at slow drivers.
