My wife and I purchased the Purple mattress for a few reasons: the commercials, the size of it, the technology, and it was just time for something better than what we had. Everything from the production and shipping updates to the setup instructions was very professional. There were absolutely no surprises. We never had issues with sleep before, so we weren't looking to solve a sleeping problem, but even through changes in our lives (work hours, pregnancy, etc.), the mattress has been flawless. We've recommended it to everyone we know, because you can't beat the quality and price!

I tried my sons purple bed. So I ordered one. A split king. I could hardly wait, I was so excited to get it. It's so comfortable and like no other. So is the pillow! I use to be a side sleeper, mostly. Now I sleep mostly on my back but do occasionally sleep on my side. It's comfortable either way!

Most unique bed I've ever felt...almost like a bed of jello covered in cotton. This is the best investment you can make for your body. The sheets are amazing as well, and i see why you need them to get the full effect of the mattress. If you are debating getting the purple mattress, I highly recommend it but get the sheets too....you won't be disappointed.

The purple mattress was comfortable for the first couple months. Shortly after the weight of my body (175 lbs) started leaving the mattress uneven. I tried moving sides and rotating the mattress but nothing worked. Now every night it sucks me into the middle of the mattress and puts me at an old angle leaving my back hurting most morning. I do not recommend buying this mattress because it does not stay comfortable for more than a few months

We were deeply suspicious of purchasing the Purple mattress because we had never even so much as sat on one. But after four straight days of sleepless nights on our old mattress, we made the best impulse purchase of our lives. Not only have all our aches and pains disappeared, but we are able to both sleep to our preference comfortably. It is the perfect blend of cushion and support. We look forward to using the sleeps every night. Or midday naps. Really we just never want to get up off our new mattress.

We had a top-brand memory foam mattress over 10-years and replaced it with a Purple (original) mattress. It sleeps cooler (although not as cooler as I expected), and is incredibly comfortable. The Purple Foundation is the perfect complement (and the Purple Harmony pillows, Purple SoftStretch Sheets, and Purple Weighted Blanket). If it's Purple, it perfect.

This bed is incredible! I've struggled with getting a good night's rest for years now. The first night in this bed and I slept soundly. There was no tossing and turning. I was comfortable all night long. I woke up feeling better than ever. My husband and I have always really struggled with finding a bed firm enough for his needs and soft enough for mine. This bed is every bit of PERFECT! We were worried about spending so much money, but it's been absolutely worth it. .

Both my lady and I like our Purple brand California King mattress much better than our previous sprung mattress. Basically, it is soft on top, then firm beneath that. This is a nice way to implement the effect, and the bottom line is: it works. I'm a side sleeper, my lady is a side/back sleeper. Very comfortable either way.

I was excited to try out the purple mattress. THE SHIPMENT was fast! I had the mattress (from the States to Canada) within 3 days! THE PACKAGING is nice even if it is a little wasteful as I don't know what use you would have for that giant purple heavy-plastic bag it comes in (compared to traditional cardboard boxes). THE SET-UP took the normal amount of 5-10 minutes (faster, if you are helped). THE MATTRESS feels nice and soft. It is definitely unique (compared to memory foam and hybrid mattress) but not in a bad way, just different technology. Does give off a bit of smell but that passes after a couple hours/days. Unfortunately, YOU NEED A BOX SPRING or something underneath that isn't slats as the mattress is so soft and thin that otherwise, you will feel the slats and metal frame underneath you as you move around. I could only put up with this for two nights and then called Purple to returned it. THE RETURN process wasn't smooth. I went to the website to start the return and it suggested I email them. I did. I got a confirmation but no actual reply. Called in and they couldn't find my order number for the longest time. The customer service representative eventually sent me a form to fill out to initiate the return, this didn't result in much for a few days. I called back as the MATTRESS HAS NO STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY so once the mattress isn't flat on a bed it is like a wet noodle, impossible to stand on its sides and takes up so much of your space. This is only an issue if you're returning the mattress and have no date for pick up. If you keep it (assuming you have a box spring or flat surface to put the mattress on) you should be fine. Just my experience wasn't ideal.

I was a skeptic when my husband ordered the purple bed. I literally rolled my eyes and said you are going to get ripped off. But for the first time in our marriage I was wrong and he was right this bed is amazing it's the best purchase we've made in years! I sleep like a baby and wake up with no pain and I'm so happy that he ordered this bed!
