The mamtress was ferm and great for about little over a month then started to get o soft in the middle when I set on it I could feel the bar. lying on it I could feel it but not as much. I have sciatic nerve issues and it not helping as it was when I first purchase.

I've slept on it for 14 nights, and they're emailing me for a review. Ok... so far, I'm not impressed and tempted to return it. I started sleeping on it Saturday April 25th (today is May 8th). I maybe see some mild back pain improvement sometimes, but nothing all that exceptional or impressive. I really have no idea what to do to help my back out. I've already bought all kinds of nice/fancy pillows so that's not it - and now I've replaced the mattress. Looks like maybe I should try another? I will say, one excellent thing - I don't overheat when I sleep. That's been really nice. It's not really summer weather, yet, though so I can't fully attest to that until it's hot out.

I have been dealing with back problems for a while now. I have been sleeping on a pillow top mattress and had just accepted the fact of a sore back everyday when I wake up. Not anymore! First night in the bed was amazing and I woke with little to no pain! Thanks Purple!!!

What I wanted was a bed just as comfy, if not more, then my previous bed of a futon with a 6 inch memory foam mattress pad. I got exactly what I what I wanted. It's just as supportive as they, and it does wonders for my lower back and spine while I sleep. I can only give it four stars as I have had it for less than a month. But in my first few weeks, the bed functions exactly as advertised, and I have no reason to believe that will change in the future.

Felt as though I could bottom out on this very easily. I am 5 10 and 180lbs. I liked the feel of the top grid but did not like the support as my back hurt. Wished you could try the new mattress but I could not use the 100 day trial again so I guess I will never know.

After researching mattresses I thought I felt confident in my purple mattress. I got it in a timely matter and it was fairly easy to set up. My husband has been away for the last year due to military duties and I decided to treat myself to a new mattress while he was gone. I kept giving time for my back to get used to it, it never quite did. My husband has returned and is so uncomfortable and I feel so bad getting the classic purple and him coming home to another uncomfortable bed. Should have upgraded and now we are both stuck in fairly new, uncomfortable bed and are back to researching other companies.

I bought a Purple mattress a few weeks back and wow, what a mattress! When it arrived, I heard a knock at the door and by the time I got there, the delivery man was heading back to his van, pushing his empty dolly. I looked to my left and there was my beautiful rolled up Purple mattress in a tube, leaning up against my wall. I grabbed ahold of it and started to carry it in. Umph. One more time. Umph! Wow, that puppy is heavy. So I got my dolly and wheeled it in. I had received the Purple frame a couple of days prior, and it was set up in anticipation of the mattress's arrival. Setting it up was easy as I used the Purple slicer that came with my new mattress to cut through the wrapping plastic. I spread it open on the frame and it came to life. That first night was a dream coming true. And it has gotten better each night, as I wake up feeling more refreshed each day.

I was apprehensive about buying a mattress online. I grew up in the 70s and 80s. My family went to mattress stores and warehouses testing out beds. It was a long process. Buying a mattress online was a little too convenient. After thirty days of sleeping on the Purple I'm happy I took the chance. I'm in my 40s, I have some aches and pains in the mornings. This mattress really helps. It gives just enough and hugs just enough. I don't like really soft mattresses that don't allow free movement and memory foam feels too hot to me. I can turn over on this mattress without having that sinking feeling. The material they use compresses quite a bit without feeling too spongy and bounces right back when you get up. Air flow is great. Overall, a great mattress.

I have been a Purple customer since January of 2018 I have had two purple mattresses, the pillow, the sheets, and mattress protector so to say I love Purple is an understatement. I'm a heavy girl with a back injury and i can't say enough how much purple has helped me get a full night sleep! Originally I ordered the first mattress and it was fantastic for about a year and a half but it began to lose its shape. I put in a warranty claim and, I worked with the customer support team and not only did they let me upgrade to the Purple 3 they had the new mattress delivered to my house (and the old mattress removed). Purple has a customer for life with me. I love their products, their support is top-notch and my sleep has just been fantastic! Now if they could just create a body pillow.....

I bought 2 twin size mattresses for my daybed in my guest-room/office. And let me tell you these mattresses are AMAZING! I tested it out for a night and it was like it was floating on air. I usually get hot in the middle of the night, but this mattress kept me cool.
