Everything is as it was described. So far we've been sleeping on the bed for about 3 weeks now and I have nothing bad to say about this bed. -Amazing bed -Super confortable -No more sweating in bed -No more back pains -No more waking up your partner when getting out of bed.

I have chronic neck and back pain and have had trouble sleeping on 3 other beds. I saw your commercial on Facebook one day and could completely relate. I have tried a soft, hard, and adjustable beds and your commercial really spoke to me. All of those bed had their different problems and none of them ever resolved my pain. The very first night I slept in a Purple bed, I woke up with absolutely no pain at all. I have even found myself pushing away my conventional pillows because it provides such amazing support for my head while allowing my shoulders to sink into heavenly softness. I can't believe it took me so long to get one of these mattresses. I even forgot to order the base with the bed and when I called your customer service, it was the nicest, coolest, most friendly customer service agent I've ever talked to or even heard of. You surprised me once more when you said that it was on a four week backorder and then the base actually showed up after only a week! This is the greatest bed and the greatest service I've ever received from any company!

I ordered the queen size mattress and I must say I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. I didn't really want to go to a mattress store for fear of the sales people being able to take advantage of my lack of knowledge on the subject. So, between the clever raw egg advertisement, a few of what I thought, honest reviews on You Tube and the Sleepopolis web site review, I bought the mattress. I obviously can't rate the ten year guarantee on it for only owning it for a little over a month but I find it extremely comfortable and hope it lasts longer than ten years. I also never did the special sheets they suggest and found that never had an impact on the mattress. I would definitely buy another one when the time comes and I need another one. The site was easy to navigate and no issues with the delivery or opening the mattress from the tube shape that it comes delivered as. Over all it was all good.

I got the pillow recently because I have a stiff neck in the morning. I was hoping for a miracle cure, but I didn't find one. I think part of my problem is that I sleep with my hand under my pillow and that elevates it too much, but I can't really tell what's going on.

I previously had a Tempurpedic and found that it slept hot. I was considering purchasing their breeze line this time, but found the nearly 5K price tag a little hard to swallow for the Cal King size I wanted. The interwebs knew I was looking, so they slid a Purple ad into my Facebook news feed. While I was initially wary about buying a mattress "sight unseen", it was clear from the reviews and the generous return policy that I really had nothing to lose. The mattress was ready to go as soon as it was unrolled. I didn't even need one night of the 100 day trial to decide to keep it. I loved it immediately. Almost the same day, I went on their website to refer a friend and saw that I had just missed a promotion they were running. Saddened, I emailed Support and they allowed me to take advantage of the promotion (which was for a seat cushion). They mailed it out right away. Very pleased with the entire experience and delighted that I found a great mattress for a fraction of what I was going to have to spend on the Tempurpedic.

The grid concept does not provide enough support for lower back pain. My husband and I both have lower back pain (disc problems and arthritis) and we were hopeful that the Purple mattress would be good for us and minimize our pain. We ordered the most expensive, top of the line mattress because we believed the grid system, with it's minimal pressure points, would help us. Unfortunately, our lower back pain has increased gradually over the 4 months we have had the mattress. Because it was a gradual increase in pain, we did not realize at our 100 day trial period deadline that this is not the mattress for us. We realized it at 150 days and Purple will not give us a refund. BEWARE they will not work with you if you pass the trial period, so if you get this mattress and have ANY doubt about it at 100 days, RETURN IT!

We both thought we needed a very firm mattress, but after reading many reviews we decided to take a chance on the Purple mattress. I thought it would be too soft, but it is perfect. I'm a side sleeper, and I haven't had any hip pain since we got this. It somehow cradles without enveloping you like some of the super plush hotel mattresses I've slept on. It doesn't get hot like most foam mattresses. We're very happy.

It's quite a change from sleeping on a pillow-top for years, but we are slowly getting used to it. I can't say I love this mattress (as I was hoping I could) but I don't dislike it. Both my husband and I have had back issues and we noticed right away that we felt better when we woke up. But after a few weeks on it, we are experiencing soreness again (BUT...it could be totally unrelated to the bed). So we will continue to sleep on it and see if our feelings change over the next month.

I absolutely LOVE my purple mattress! It is perfect in every way...except one. I have trouble finding sheets that fit properly because the mattress is so much thinner than the average mattress on the market today. I ever bought the recommended Sheex brand despite their extreme price. They still don't fit well and bunch up underneath me while I'm sleeping. On the up side, I can't remember the last time (before my purple) that I woke up and didn't hurt somewhere. I have always struggled with back pain and used to build what my husband called my "pillow fort" around me to support various joints and get relatively comfortable. Now I sleep with 1 pillow under my head and one to hold onto. I also love that I no longer have to change my shirt in the middle of the night! Since I was pregnant with my first of 3 children nine years ago, I've suffered from terrible night sweats. I'd wake up and change my shirt because it was so wet. But now, I sleep cool as a cucumber in my purple! I really can't say enough about this wonderful bed! Now, if someone would just make reasonably priced sheets to fit it, I'd be in sleep heaven!

I thought I needed firm mattresses because I'm a stomach sleeper, until I decided I'd like to start sleeping on my side or back, and it became very uncomfortable. Luckily, I moved, so I just bought a Purple mattress, and had it delivered to my new apartment. My boyfriend and I love it
