Being a small person, who, at 5' and barely a hundred pounds, I was always getting rolled by gravity to other portions of the previous mattresses by my spouse, the Purple mattress has really allowed me to sleep on my own side of the bed comfortably. As a warning, it is heavy and being small in stature, difficult to move by myself. I would not recommend lifting it or trying to relocate it by oneself. While I was initially concerned about it being hot, so far, that has not been the case. I did buy the suggested Sheex sheets to aide in it staying cool and have been really happy with it. I am needing less sleep as I am getting higher quality sleep and I don't wake up soar or stiff. Though the Purple mattress does seem more firm than I would like, after giving it a week, I have adjusted and the sleep quality is worth it!!!! A MUST TRY!!

I would like to give a more detailed review, and a higher rating, but my sample size is small. I think I've only had it for 2 weeks. But I can say that it was quite refreshing to sleep on a bed that didn't have a significant body impression in it and as a result, the back pain I was experiencing has diminished. I wake up feeling rested.i did toss and turn the first couple nights as I adjusted to the foreign feel of a new bed. My only complaint, and it's not really a mattress issue, it's that since the angle of my body has changed during sleeping, I've had to overhaul my pillow arrangemt. I had a pretty good kink in my neck for a few days til I sorted it out. But all in all, I'm pleased. I will say the buying experience was haste free and painless and everyone I spoke to was quite nice and not pushy at all.

I've suffered from back and shoulder pain for years as a stomach sleeper who needs to starfish with arms out all over the place. I thought I needed to change the way I slept, but now I know I just had to change my mattress. I've had absolutely no pain for the first time in my adult life since I bought the purple mattress.

This is the 6th Purple Mattress that I've purchased and each one is just as amazing as the other. Almost everyone has one in the family now and I will continue to be a Purple customer as long as I go to bed every night. It really is the best sleep I've ever experienced, and I love my Purple Mattress.

I am a person who has never slept all night in my life. It has taken a bit of getting used to but I am sleeping either all night or only waking once a night....What!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!???????????????That has never happened. I love this bed more every day. Thank you all for the development of this bed. All I can say is try it and give it a chance. Oh and the cost ??? totally worth it. and financing is so easy. Thank you life deserves awesome comfort.

The mattress is comfortable, no doubt. However, it hasn't changed my overall slumber for the better. I struggle with insomnia to a degree and get minimal sleep some nights, at times waking every 90 minutes or so all night long. That has not changed. I have impingement in both shoulders and was due for a new mattress so I elected to go with Purple on the hopes that this would help. It's only been a couple weeks, but thus far I have not experienced a decrease in my daily discomfort from the malady. I have also experienced lower back pain issues on occasion for the better part of 20 years, way longer than the shoulder problems which is a very recent issue. Right now I'm in a good stretch regarding my back and have not been experiencing any problem at the time when I bought the Purple. If nothing else, hopefully that occasional flare up will be less often and not as impactful due to the Purple. I'm 6'3" / 200# and in relatively good shape for 61 years old aside from the aches and pains that have come with a lifetime of sporting activity, I'm very hopeful this mattress will make a difference over time.

So happy with new mattress! Took about a week to get used to, but that's typical with any new mattress. I love that's it's cool and doesn't move when dog jumps on bed or when husband comes to bed after I'm asleep. It did take a month for mattress and almost two for frame, but it was worth the wait!!!

We've been on our purple for about 2 weeks now. It really is an outstanding mattress. Very comfortable. Very supportive. Stays much cooler than a traditional mattress. A vastly better experience than going to a mattress store. I'll recommend this mattress to everyone I can. Already convinced my parents to buy one. They love it too!

Okay so my husband and I have been together since our teens. We've been sleeping in a full sized bed I bought when I was 17. I'm 26 now hahah. His back was KILLING him resulting in a few hours of sleep or sleep on the couch. Finally he had enough! Our friends with back problems swore by the Purple so we went all in. Fast forward, he has slept like a baby. Literally, sprawled out, open mouth, pillow hugging peaceful sleep. We also recieved a seat cushion as part of the purchase which he uses every day, even in the car, and loves. If you needed a sign to buy, THIS IS YOUR SIGN. Thank you Purple! You saved our sleep!

We had a pillow top mattress and had it less than a year before it dipped and gave us horrible back pain. We decided to pull the trigger and take the "risk" of buying a mattress we had never tried. (no risk really since you can return and get your full money back) We got it in and were so excited! My husband loved it immediately but it took me a week or so to get used to it. Try it for the full 30 days before you decide if you don't like it. I was used to sinking into a mattress but that's really not what you want. It is supportive to every part of your body and we now wake up feeling refreshed every morning and back pain is a thing of the past! We will NEVER go back to anything but Purple again!
