I've tried a few, and this one is the best I've found. However, I still toss and turn a bit. I think it's just not as firm under my rump as I need it to be. Sleeping on my sides hurts my lower back on this mattress for some reason, so I end up on my back every night. Not to say it might not be perfect for someone heavier or lighter or different build (I'm 5'6" and 180 pounds) but not quite perfect for me.

The mattress had numerous depressions, but with time they have gone away. Still getting use to the feel. It feels like from my knees down do not get support; almost like they float above the surface of the mattress. My wife and I will give it a couple more weeks. The sheets, mattress protector, and base are great products.

In general, we're pretty satisfied with our Purple. It was super easy to set up, and a little satisfying watching it self-inflate and settle itself into its new form. Order, delivery, and setup were all easy. I'm mostly a side sleeper, and so is my wife, though. In retrospect, we probably should have gotten the Purple mattress specifically designed for side-sleepers, because the firmness of the original purple is such that I do still get some pressure-related pain in my hips when I sleep on my side. That being said, I'm comfortable knowing that Purple's guarantee allows me to return it if I'm not completely satisfied. If I do that, I would still buy the Purple mattress recommended for us side-sleepers.

I'm a hot sleeper and have struggled for years with waking up soaking wet from sweat. I had basically resigned myself to the idea that it would always be like that. After researching, I finally made a last ditch effort to help my night sweats by trying Purple. The Purple mattress has truly changed my life. Not only is the mattress extremely comfortable, but it has also greatly reduced my night sweats. I highly recommend that you try this mattress if you struggle with night sweats. Purple is a game changer!

So far the Purple mattress have been wonderful! It is firmer than I originally expected, but it actually has been great for my back. It does take a short amount of time to adjust, but then the bed is fantastic. I would also like to say that the customer support at Purple is just wonderful! I had an issue with my mattress cover ripping during opening, and they replaced it immediately with no difficulty. All the representatives I talked to were so nice. Great bed, great company, great employees!

My husband and I LOVE this mattress! We weren't sure about buying a mattress without trying it first, but the 100 night trial and return policy made it worth a go. I have struggled with beds for years. I have insomnia, so getting comfortable in bed can be a challenge. By the time I was in my second trimester of pregnancy and was rarely able to sleep, we decided to try a new mattress again (4th mattress that year). The first night, I didn't even remember falling asleep and suddenly it was morning. It has been months now. I still wake up in any sleep position and I've slept marvelously every time! When I first heard about purple I was searching for a new mattress. I am not a typical mattress person & wanted something different but that would provide me with the kind of sleep that has eluded me way too many years. WELL, upon receiving my purple I am convinced this is the best EVER. I have had a Tempurpedic & at first it was fine, but the longer I had it, the more I found I was sleeping hot & not all that comfortable. I believe my purple will be the end of my search. I am ever so happy & pleased with my choice. Thank you for researching & making such a unique & wonderful product.

First and foremost, we LOVE our Purple mattress. It is everything we wanted, and more. I am overall very pleased with the product. Getting the product on the other hand was tough. The order took much longer to arrive then expected and I only found this out after contacting customer support. Once the mattress did arrive, the unboxing became the next challenge. The outside packaging of our mattress was damaged in shipping. Its possible that the cutter to remove the sleeve from the mattress had been lost. But all of the Purple videos showed it, so I was expecting it. Once I was able to get the mattress out and setup everything was good. And I am recommending Purple to anyone and everyone.

The mattress is comfortable & cool! I've had the mattress for two weeks now and I'm still adjusting to it. Sometimes I get too cold with the purple sheets which came free with the mattress. Once I get all the little things lined up, I will be the soundest sleeper!

My chiropractor said I needed a new mattress, and mentioned that her clients seemed to like Purple. I am very pleased! I still use my memory foam topper because the bed is on wood, but it is very comfy. I got the sheets and the Harmony pillow too. I should have gotten the smaller pillow, but I will next time. The sheets are great because they don't crinkle up. It is a different texture but very soft and comfortable. Over all I am very pleased!
