I have been struggling with back pain for years ! This is the first mattress that I have been able to sleep on and not toss and turn all night. When I wake up in the morning my back isn't screaming in pain. If either of my kids jump in bed with me they don't keep me up all night from constantly moving and my boyfriend says he comfortable all night and not hot like our previous mattresses. Best bed all around you won't regret your purchase!

I bought the Purple mattress because the one I had was very old and pretty hard. I had put a memory foam pad on top of it to help my hips and shoulders (which I sleep on a lot and I would always wake up in pain.) GoT the Purple mattress and immediately lived it! The first night slept beautifully and had no pain the next morning. I'm never going back. Bought the pillow as well, which is amazing as well. Will be buying more products from these guys!

It's not a horrible mattress. So far, it's just not for me. I'm 5ft 5, 160 lbs. I got the basic design bc I read it was best for side sleepers. Because of this, I was expecting the mattress to be less firm and more soft. This is more of a medium firmness to it. It does sleep cool but I can feel the grid slightly if I don't sleep on top of my comforter. Again, if you like a medium mattress, closer to the firm side than soft, you'd prob like this. Just need a thick protector so you don't feel the grid. No complaints at all on ordering and shipping process.

When our mattress first arrived, it was chaos because we could not find the inside packet containing the purple wrap cutter. It was not there. No worries. Once it was open, there was a slight odor but it went away in a few minutes. The bed frame was pretty easy to assemble. The mattress expands almost immediately. I put the Purple mattress cover on, then the Purple sheets. OK so these sheets felt absolutely amazing, so cool to the touch and so soft. But I went to sleep, and amazingly woke up this morning without a single ache in my shoulders, neck, or back!! This has not happened in a very long time. It was only the first night but I am in love. My husband is still indifferent, but he can sleep on or through anything. The only thing I would add is to make sure you have help for the larger sizes such as Queen or king. Ours is a king and my husband and I are in our early 50s in relativity good shape. It was a little struggle to get the mattress inside, through the house, and then onto the frame due to its weight. But if you're on the fence because you can't "try before you buy," this mattress is great regardless of your preferred sleep position. Go for it!

My husband has had major back surgery and tends to wake up sore quite often. Ever since we purchased this he hasn't had a single morning of waking up with pain. I absolutely love it because we have great danes and I no longer get woke up during the night when they get in and out of bed. I'm also able to sleep through my husband tossing and turning. Hands down a new dedicated customer for life! Very happy wife!

seem to be less achy and would love to see a "800 #" with a live person to handle sales and service. especially for older folks with less computer experience. was glad fed-ex fixed their dyslexia and got mattress here after a search. also left e mail with purple site about website not getting free sheet. that was handled quickly! now, happy wife!

I used to wake up with sore hips and back EVERY DAY. I got my new purple mattress and after a week my pain was nearly gone. Unfortunately I had a house fire shortly after and have had to put my mattress in storage until my home is repaired. I am not happy about sleeping on anything else. It's been about a week and a half of sleeping on a regular mattress again and my hip pain is starting to return. I can't wait til I can get back on my purple mattress!! I almost miss it more than my house!!!

The mattress is wonderful. I havent woken up without stuff joints in at least 5 years. I'm never too hot and rolling around at night doesn't wake up my SO. It's amazing. Frame, however, has been a difficult disappointment. From the second I unboxed it I had issues. The holes for the bolts went lined up correctly during manufacturing so I'm pretty sure I voided my warranty on it just to get it together. Obviously manufacturing was rushed or something to deal with high demand because that should be something that's noticed. I get creaks when moving now and then, but that's probably from how I had to force it together. And I can feel the frame through the mattress when sitting or kneeling, but not when laying at least. I would have called to have the frame replaves, but I got it Friday night and customer service isnt open all weekend. I had no choice but to force it together and use it, I needed a bed to sleep on.

I'm very disappointed in fedex and how they handled things. A day late on delivery after we took down our other bed. Husband has a broken back right now so not good. I had checked daily to make sure it was on track. Was supposed to be here on the 8th of August and up until 2 pm it said it would be here. Checked back at 6 pm and they changed it to the next day even though at 2 pm it was 45 minutes from my house. I wish it hadn't happened because I was wanting to try the purple pillows as well but I will not be ordering anything else to go through this again. They also left our almost $2000 mattress and bed frame on our porch in the rain and did not ring the doorbell or knock. I asked the man if he was going to after he got back on his ruck and put it into drive and he lied right to my face. On another note we do love the mattress.

This is the first time I've ever bought a mattress, let alone own one that's new, but I can say without a doubt, that the purple mattress is amazing! My mom was so impressed with it that shes saving up to buy her own now haha! Thank you purple for helping with my back pains and sleepless nights!
