This bed is amazing pure and simple. The fact that it really is a goldilocks mix of hard and soft to create a bed that is just right makes it hard to explain what this mattress is or does to friends. Encouraged by a new home purchase the wife and I decided to buy a bigger mattress than our past queen sleep number. We are glad we chose Purple. For me a stomach sleeper it can always be hard to find a mattress that doesn't hurt my back (given disc compression problems) Purple fit the bill. I'd ussualy describe my wife's experience here but she is pregnant and therefore biased towards being uncomfortable in bed. However she does say that she has felt more comfortable on Purple than our old sleep number.

Overall I'm very happy with the mattress. It's a little hard to turn over because it really conforms to your body and you sink into it, but I'm getting used to that. After I initially ordered the bed I did not receive any emails notifying me that it was being processed or when it shipped but I ordered just before Labor Day weekend and it did arrive soon after that.

I am having a hard time loving this mattress. I did so much research when looking for my next mattress, and this one seems like it would be perfect for us. I have neck pain, and was very excited about a new mattress and better sleep. Unfortunately, I am still waking up with neck pain/tightness and headaches. I plan to keep at it, trying to get my body used to it, but it's been a few weeks now and no change!

I've had a Purple mattress for a couple of years now and recently encountered a warranty issue. Maddy C. in customer service answered my many questions thoughtfully and professionally, and was prompt and friendly throughout our entire exchange. Maddy not only helped me resolve my issue, but also took the time to make sure I understood what to do every step of the way. The Purple mattress is amazing and I love it, but the customer service is what makes this company stand out among the rest. I will be a customer for life, and will encourage my friends and family to be customers, too.

I love this mattress! First time in years I've not woken up with pain in my hips and shoulders. Because SCIENCE!!! I'm so happy I could cry. We spend a third of our lives sleeping. We should be supported and pain free and we are with Purple! Thank you!!!!!!!

When I first got the purple mattress, I was a skeptical at first. After having it for around 7 months I can say that this is definitely a mattress to keep your eyes on. With that being said I do have to say that this mattress does take a little while to break in properly. At first it felt like I was sleeping on top of a bed and it didn't really cradle my body. After a couple of months and the polymer wore in a bit, the bed has does a better job of cradling my body.

I've always been a stomach sleeper. I had previously found sleeping on my side or back too uncomfortable to fall asleep. After trying purple I'm happy to say I've started sleeping on my back and side a lot more often. It's so hard not to just stay in bed all the time now.

My over all expirience purchasing my Purple Hybrid Premier 4 was amazing from the second I ordered it to when white glove delivery got it all set up for me. My mattress was delivered within a week of me ordering it and I also received free sheets and the gravity sleep mask. If you're contemplating getting the sheets or not DEFINITELY GET THEM! So soft and stretchy and still cooling. The mattress itself is like sleeping on a cloud while still being supportive and gets rid of my back pain. Lastly, the guys who came for delivery were awesome. Very nice and professional!

I have had my purple bad for two weeks I really really like it I feel like I'm floating and when I wake up and see that I can sleep more I'm happy that I'm laying on this bed it's a very good mattress I would recommend This bed to everyone if I were to have to buy another bed I wouldn't even shop around purple bed for me from now on Thank you so much I'm sleeping so much better!!!

The first week i had a little hip pain because I'm a side sleeper which bummed me out because i loooooved the feel of it i gave it a few weeks before i made any decisions on the returning it but so far i love the mattress. It's been amazing since. I recommend it to everyone. And here soon i will be purchasing a seat cushion because i am a tattooer so i sit down for hours on end.
