I recently left active duty service with the Marines and have had lower back issues for awhile now from my time in. Because I'm a back sleeper, on my old mattress I would wake up many times with severe pain in my lower back and stuff from my muscles guarding the area. After sleeping on my purple mattress, I can finally sleep through the night without pain and discomfort. Looking forward to getting the pillows to go along with me mattress here soon!

Our 1st generation Purple Mattress (from 2016) had a slumping issue and Purple was great at fulfilling our warranty on the mattress! They shipped us the updated version of our mattress and helped coordinate removal of the old mattress. We also opted to buy the Purple Base, which is great! Our home love Purple Products and dealing with customer service is a breeze.

We love our Purple mattress! We got the California King so getting it up our steps definitely was a struggle and took some serious manpower (2 men to be exact). I'll also caution future buyers of the safety knife that's provided. Despite its title, be sure to exercise extra caution as we accidentally created a small tear in the mattress fabric as we unpackaged it, which was a huge bummer. Other than those two things, we couldn't be happier with our mattress. It is so incredibly comfortable-- not too firm, not too soft. The feel of the rubber grid is awesome. You can tell the mattress will keep its shape over time. We're super happy with our investment and recommend it to anyone who wants a sound night's sleep!

This is the best mattress that we have ever owned. We also have the adjustable base. We are buying purple for all of our children as well. I have degenerative disc disease in six discs in my spine. I cannot sleep unless I am on this mattress. It keeps you cool as well. My husband and I have never agreed on a mattress until we found this one. My daughter who is a preteen has scoliosis and she has back pain but not when she is on the purple mattress. Do yourself a favor and just buy it.

I have had this mattress for 11 months. I rotate it monthly but I still noticed some sinking on my side. I had nights where I slept so hard I felt like I was asleep for 5 mins. It was magical and then I noticed the sagging. I emailed Purple to see, total shot in the dark and I was fortunate enough to have a new mattress on the way despite it being past 100 days. They truly take care of you and with the utmost professionalism. I will continue to recommend Purple to anyone who asks because the nights of amazing sleep I've gotten are so worth a couple that weren't so swell. Thank you team!!

This mattress is awesome! I've been feeling less stiff upon waking in the morning. The only problem is is that when I sleep too long, like 10+ hours, I feel it I'm my hips. I've suffered from hip bursitis in the past so feeling that pain in my hips when waking up every now and then is a little disappointing. Especially because the pressure points are one of the main things you use in advertising. Nonetheless, it is still a great bed and overall I'm pleased with my purchase. I plan on getting a pillow when I can afford it.

Truly, I would love to give this bed more stars if I could! It was amazing for me and my wife from night 1! At the time of this review, we have not received the platform base to use in conjunction with it. We ordered the sheets, mattress, and base, but the base had a huge backorder. Even so, Purple has had excellent customer support during the whole experience and has made me feel like I matter, even as my base has been delayed. Due to the delay, my wife and I have had to unroll our mattress on the floor, but it has still felt great! It has helped with my back pain caused by my previous mattress and has even helped with some knee pain too! My wife says that even my snoring (from sleep apnea) has gotten better. We both feel better rested than we have in years! Which is a big help since we have a little one now that doesn't let us get much sleep! This is a fantastic bed and likely to be the only bed we will purchase from this point forward. I couldn't imagine going back to old style mattresses.

Great for couples who find it difficult to agree on too hard to soft issue...its just right for both. Plus I tend to sleep hot since I have been battling breast cancer over the last year. The treatments have forced me into menopause...but my night sweats are greatly improved on the purple mattress. Its a great value as well compared to other mattresses that are upwards of 4000$. My husband & I have never slept better and like many others have said, you may find it hard to get outta bed. The purple mattress, sheets & protector are all very awesome products.

I absolutely love this mattress! It has helped my back and my husband's back. And for the first time in a long time, I can actually lay flat on my back without it making me dizzy! That was an unexpected result - I thought that was just a thing my body would always do.

My Husband has had a lot of health problems through his life, an we have stuck by each other through rugh time's . an he has never been able to get a good sleep , an after we lost our daughter it got worst, When i order the purple bed it was a last chance , at some type of peace for him,an he loved it he has been sleeping on it for the last two weeks an i mean sleeping ,wakes up long befor me. an wakes up with a smile,,but as for me i just cant find the right spot so i've taken to the couch, but we have financed the bed, an my husband say's that we will return the bed so he can get me something to sleep on..so at last he loves it make's me smile that i know he has got rest but we will have to find another way .. thank you purple for the time he has had it truly was the best bed my husband has slept on "lol" or so he tell's me
