These are good combo of meat and spice. The jalapeño does not over power the taste ofveverything.

The sausages were on demo the day I purchased them. Will cook them soon.

This is a well done sausage but it ilhas to much of what I think is cummin for my taste.

I was not fun of them. Did not like them very much. Strong taste of something cumin or oregano.
