I usually love all Member's Mark sausages... these are not the move! As soon as I put them on the grill I noticed the smell was super strong, pepper/paprika-y and some kind of liquid smoke. This came across in the taste as well, just an unpleasant combination of pork and paprika and I think cumin... it REALLY doesn't work. Also for a "pepper's and cheddar" sausage, the "pepper" bits were mostly nonexistent. Will not buy again. The MM Jalapeno Cheddar sausages are 100x better than these.

Really unique taste. It's like having chili on a smoked sausage without actually adding chili to it. The kids liked them as well. If your comparing them to the johnsanville beddar cheddars price wise then these are a lot bigger than the johnsanville ones and taste better.

These smell horrible but not in a “gone bad” way. Literally like a smelly armpit. The smell is so bad I couldn't bring myself to eat them. My husband had one and said it tasted fine but the smell is so strong I would never buy these again. It smelled before cooking it and got worse as they cooked.

Fantastic flavor, really captures that southwest taste. I cooked mine on my charcoal grill but bet they’d be just as good in the oven. I’ll be stocking up as I think this is a seasonal item. Gonna be using this to meal prep with rice, black beans and bacon.

Cooking them there was a bad smell and they tasted off even though they were in date, and the flavor itself was unappealing and chemically. This should not be a smoked sausage flavor.

ekrich taste better and thats the lowest bar for me. there edible not by much , you wont find them much better than the brand mentioned suppose you do like them , if your hungry they have there moments , i wouldnt get these again

Not a good replacement for the jumbo cheese dog pork franks that I LOVED from Sams. The smell is strong and unpleasant and it taste more like a taco and cheese dip. Please bring back the cheese pork franks because they didn't need to be replaced.

The flavor is not good especially as compared to others. Would not purchase again. We cooked half the pack. Im considering throwing the other half of the pack into the garbage.

We thought these would be good. We air fried them like any other Sam's sausage. They looked good but they smelled like burnt rubber and they were not burned at all. Was kinda iffy about even eating them but we did eat 1 and threw the rest away.

I hope these are not the replacement for the Cheddar cheese pork franks. They lack flavor. Very subpar. Just bring back the cheddar cheese pork franks as these are a huge miss.
