I notice that I toss and turn every night on the Purple. I asked my wife and she says I did that even before the Purple and that I do it less often now. So that's just a problem with me haha. My one issue is that my giant but hits the foam at the bottom. I feel like if the Purple material was an inch or two taller, I wouldn't have this problem, but I imagine this issue is uncommon. Great mattress overall and I definitely recommend

Although I feel your customer service has been great and my husband is happy with the way the mattress sleeps... I wake multiple times during the night. Wake up with neck and shoulder pain daily and overall I don't think the mattress works well for me. I fee like if there is a period of adjustment, I should have adjusted by now. I am getting less restful sleep than before I got the mattress. I am not trying to be rude just honest. If I can't get a comfortable nights sleep for the amount of money I am paying to "rest easy" it's not worth it. And it's unfortunate for all parties involved. Because I am not looking forward to continuing the search for a suitable mattress and my husband is overall happy with your product.

I've always been a stomach sleeper. I had previously found sleeping on my side or back too uncomfortable to fall asleep. After trying purple I'm happy to say I've started sleeping on my back and side a lot more often. It's so hard not to just stay in bed all the time now.

This bed, is a purple miracle. I used to have such severe pain waking up in my hips & back that I would have to do an hours worth of stretching while in the bed, before I could get out of it. When I did get up, I couldn't stand straight up for a half hour, forget bending or kneeling. I had trouble going to sleep, like 4 hours of restlessness a night, even with sleep meds, I didn't even dream for years it was such bad sleep. Buying a new spring form mattress didn't help either, had a new one for a year before I found Purple's ad, and relentlessly nagged my husband to give it a try. After I bought this bed, about a week after, my knees & upper back had no pain, after two weeks, I could get out of bed straight away every morning but still had hip pain, after 3 weeks I can fly out of bed like a Ninja when I'm running late & not suffer one consequence. My husband works 24-37 hour shifts and is constantly doing heavy lifting & bending, his back pain has ceased since we have this mattress, he now swears by the very thing he wasn't so sure about us getting. We have since ordered the platform base for our bed, and even a base as a gift, plus 2 pillows. I will say I did have a slight issue with the bed sinking in 2 spots, but over a chat with the service department and providing pictures for them, they replaced our mattress in a flash and even let us donate the old one to Habitat for Humanity. No hassle, no nitpicking, just great friendly service. The sheets are awesomely comfortable too. I don't ever want another kind of mattress, eventually I want to get my kids all one of their own too. It's THAT good. The only thing that is remotely disappointing is the wait for it to arrive, I wish shipping was faster, but ..all good things come to those who wait.

The only downside to this mattress is how hard it is to get up in the morning.. that paired with how much of my day I spend thinking/talking about my mattress, my new purple mattress has easily consumed 75% of my life. I recommend this mattress to EVERYBODY. We couldn't sleep one more night on my old mattress.. even with the 3inch memory foam topper. I was a little nervous when I didn't see any advertising geared toward the stomach sleeper but I promise you.. this mattress has changed my life.

I adore this mattress. It's better than I even imagined, with its soft yet firm support and luxurious Purple brand sheets. I also bought the platform and we love how easy it was to set up, yet it still looks and feels very secure and stable. With my old mattress I never felt well rested, and I was having increasingly bad back/neck/hip pain. Now the only reason I don't want to get out of bed is just because it's so comfortable! I wake up feeling energized, the pain is gone, and I no longer wake up throughout the night due to my arms going numb on me. I can tell that this mattress is supporting us in all of the right places when we sleep. Sex is also vastly improved with this mattress, as it gives and supports where it should and we absolutely do not miss all the bouncing and squeaking with the coiled beds. For those on the larger side, I weigh 250 lbs and have no complaints with how tis mattress suits me.. I may cause extra wear and tear over time, but so far it's fantastic. Thank you so much for this amazing product. It really has changed our lives and was worth every penny.

Purple did an awesome job helping me figure out which bed to get for a mostly side sleeper....and did they pick out the right one! if this was any stiffer (like the hybrid) i probably wouldn't be as comfortable. This is the perfect bed for side sleepers and also back sleepers. (yes its great for more than one position!) I immediately felt the support factor of the purple grid the first time I laid down on it. And my typically tight back already feels better after just a few weeks on the bed. If you are a side sleeper and unsure what bed to get....start with the original. You will save money and also get a super supportive mattress that will make going to bed even more fun and comfy. We were so disappointed. This bed is very firm. It doesn't "give" around pressure points like it claims. We wake up with sore hips and shoulders if we sleep in the bed the whole night. We usually end up on the couch or a recliner for part of the night. Tried to hang in there and wait for it to "break in" as others have suggested, but after almost two months of uncomfortable sleep, we give up and will return it. Very very sad to have to go to all the trouble, but it just does not work for us. :(

We switched over from memory foam to the Purple, and I've never wanted to stay in bed so much. I've almost been late for work every morning since we got this mattress. My back hurts after work every day, but I wake up and nothing hurts. It's the best sleep I've ever had. I'm considering buying another one for our guest room just so other people can sleep on it. If you're on the edge, just go for it. You won't be disappointed.

My husband and I had just bought a house and knew we would now need to buy a bed (we had been living in furnished apartments up until now). We kept hearing about Purple and figured we would give it a try! We loved that there was a guarantee if for some reason we didn't like it. After sleeping on it for about a week we can honestly say it's the best mattress ever!! The most comfortable sleep we've both had in a while!
