After about 8 years, our first Purple mattress started sagging in the middle, so we went through the replacement process, which went well.

We've had our purple mattress for a few months now and I haven't woken up with a headache once since. I also fall asleep so much faster now. My husband has had pretty severe back issues and he has had more restful sleep and doesn't wake up in pain anymore either! It is just so comfortable.

My biggest disappointment is that this bed is too cold. It gives me cramps and chills. By the time I am warmed up it is 2 hours later and then I am too warm from the very warm blanket I put on. My next big disappointment is that the bed is too soft. I thought the soft non egg breaking technology would be good for my side sleeping back. But it is so soft that the pressure relayed too my ribs makes them sore and the blood circulation becomes restricted. Proven by my arms falling asleep before I do. Too fix it I have to turn over very often. To be clear I am 40, but in descent shape at 5'9" and 160 lbs. Also my smaller wife is also feeling the same. Maybe heavier clients would more appreciate this design. My prior mattress was a very soft latex foam mattress and it was best ever for 3 years. Then the fatigued stiffness reduction in it was too much and it was getting like a hammock. The warrantee is a relaxed flatness and not a lost stiffness. So no warrantee help. So I was hopeful in the purple mattress to have less stiffness loss. And I know memory foam is too hot. So the polymer seamed interesting to me as a rubber engineer. I asked my materials engineer about the compound and their take was interesting. But the performance for this application turned out to not be optimal. And I really need to return this matress and get another foam one.

From the moment we laid on it we knew it would going to be great. We were worried it would take us a few days to adjust but that has not been the case. We look forward to getting a good nights sleep, knowing we will wake up so well rested. Once I fall asleep I don't wake up until my alarm goes off. It is just amazingly comfortable. There are no words to describe how great it is. It's honestly just perfect for us. We are extremely pleased with our purchase.

I am so glad I made the decision to buy my new Purple mattress. This mattress cradles my pressure points so I am able to sleep through the night and am not tossing and turning because of discomfort. It truly is soft where you need it and also firm where you need it. I love my Purple mattress!

My mattress, combined with the Purple Pillow, have eliminated my expensive trips to the chiropractor. I was disappointed the first few days, as my pain seemed to increase after my mattress arrived. However, I've learned that my spine was just aligning to the way it was supposed to be. Now, after a few months, I am beyond satisfied with my purchase and couldn't be happier. I have my boyfriend spend the night with me, as sleeping on his spring mattress is unappealing to me now. Purple is a much needed life investment!

This mattress is heavy. I made the mistake of buying the mattress before the frame and I didn't wait to unpack. I was still able to get the mattress on my platform bed all by myself. The bed has a chemical scent too it which is undesirable but not a deal breaker. The bed is super comfortable. It sleeps cool. Stretchy sheets are definitely a plus. We didn't have a mattress pad or sheets when we started using the bed so we used a queen sheet and the bed felt good. After putting a waterproof mattress pad and sheets on, the bed isn't as comfortable but it's still very comfortable. It might be worth buying the purple sheets that are really stretchy.

I've had my King Purple for four months now. I simply love it. I have numerous, serious back issues and used to dread laying on my old mattresses. Not so with my Purple, we are best friends! My wife is 5 months pregnant and does not need an additional prenatal pillow this time (she is our second baby), the Purple supports her in every position. Even our four year old loves the bed, just enough bounciness for her bit of play time before sleeping and then she falls asleep very fast, at least after we can get her to lay down. Deep sleep through the night and well rested in the morning. I have just bought my second, a Queen this time, for my use at my second place out of State. Well worth it, I'm not having to stay at an upper end hotel just to get a decent mattress. Thanks Purple, you guys rock.

We've had the mattress, sheets pillows and cushion for a month and absolutely love them. We switched from a memory foam because it was SO hot. That was the main attraction to the purple mattress... and it didn't let us down when we got it. The sheets are great too! They're really flexible and soft! The pillows are nice too. They are a bit firm for what I expected but I still love it because they don't sink in line my old foam pillow. Also, they included a free cushion with my order. I have nothing bad to say about it either. Overall, great service and wonderful product!

The mattress is fantastic, however, when I ordered it mine took almost 4 weeks to ship and the day I got it my roommate ordered the same one and got his within a week and was also given a free seat cushion. If I wasn't already so happy with my mattress I would have been more upset about that fact.
