My wife and I really wanted to like the mattress, however the more time that we use it the more sore we get. The grid is soft and squishy, but too thin to help soften the meat of the mattress. We are counting down the days till we can return it. I will update based on customer service once the return is complete.

i am a side sleeper and since the first night i slept on purple i had no more tingly fingers. before purple i had to position my arms so my arms and fingers would have blood flow. now i have the freedom to put them anywhere. also i have been told that i don't snore as loud now. we are getting our purple pillow today!!! we also got the sheets and protector, so nice!!!

We have had our purple bed for over a month now and we love it! It's incredibly comfortable and we both sleep great on it. The only problem we had was with the head of the bed. After we unrolled it, the purple grid material was compressed and stuck to itself. After 2 days, I had to take the cover off and individually peel apart each little grid. It took hours. And I don't think most people would have thought to do that, or the patience for it. I'm wondering if maybe they have cut back on the powder coating that's supposed to prevent this from happening because of the silly scandal that bed reviewer caused? I promise everyone reading this. With the quality of the fire sock and cover the mattress comes in, you will not be inhaling any powder. I had no residue on me after I took the bed apart and lay on it for hours unsticking the grid from itself. Also, a bit of advice. If you're checking online mattress reviews, make sure you research the reviewers themselves as well. Because I have found that almost all of them are getting paid by one the companies they are reviewing. Biased much? So anyway, long story short, we love the bed and frame. Just disliked having to peel apart the stuck grid. The end.

Bought two full size for our girls. Never ordered a mattress online before and after researching, decided to try. The setup was easy. The mattress seems durable my girls say it is very comfortable. Overall very happy with this purchase and are considering getting one for our bed now!

So glad that we went with the purple bed. So many people were trying to discourage us from buying online. I wish the pillows weren't so expensive we got one and my wife is on the fence about getting one. You really need the purple pillow with the purple bed because a traditional pillow sinks in too much so its like you don't have one. Also i wish there was a way to get a queen size pillow. The one i got seems like it is for a twin bed. Other than that it is the best. We can't wait to go to bed every night! THANK YOU!

We really like our purple mattress. It does take some getting used too, its like a very firm memory foam mattress. Takes maybe 3 to 5 days to getused to it. Much less expensive then a memory foam mattress of equal size. Also, the dog rolled on it multiple times to show its approval (it has a double coat and didnt snuggle too much before this).

My Husband would be up at 4 am for the last 9 years. We bought several mattresses still he would have pain in his shoulders. So we purchased a purple. We were sorta skeptical at first because it felt different. But after just 3 day my husband is in love with it .I have never seen him act like a little kid getting in bed (55 yo) .he now has no more pain and finds him self sleeping in and rested. I to am sleeping so much better for 2 reasons 1 it's comfy and 2 he stopped tossing and turning all night long .this is the best bed we have ever slept on we are letting all our friends know .thank you so much!!! For restful nights! !!!

My husband and I bought a king purple mattress about 1.5 years ago. He likes a soft mattress, I like a firmer mattress... and we BOTH love the purple mattress! In fact, we love it so much that we just recently bought a twin one. Our daughter is transitioning from a toddler bed to a "big girl" bed and we could think of no better mattress than PURPLE!

I wanted to take a moment to compliment the team at Purple. My wife and I ordered a Queen size Purple mattress to replace our old King spring mattress. Once the Purple mattress was delivered, we quickly realized that even though it was crazy comfortable, we needed the size of a King to accomodate both of us, plus our 90 pound old english bulldog that refuses to sleep on the floor. I thought it would be a nightmare to actually utilize the 100 day trial period to return our Queen and purchase a King Purple mattress. NOPE!! They were FANTASTIC! They made everything completely seamless. Not only was it easy to return the Queen to buy a King; we were thrilled to find out that Purple didn't even want the Queen back. We were told we could donate (You read that right, DONATE) the mattress to the charity of our choice for a full refund on the Queen! So in the end, we have a King size Purple mattress that we (and our bulldog, Brutus) love, and someone in need of a blessing got a brand new Queen size Purple matress that i'm sure they will love. This is what it looks like when companies pay it forward! We need more companies out there that do business this way. My wife and I wish Purple nothing but success in the future! Oh... And the mattress is literally the most comfortable thing we've ever slept on. We don't even refer to it as going to bed anymore. We LOVE our king Purple mattress and are sleeping better than ever. Truth! We used to toss and turn on our other mattress and wake up throughout the night with sore shoulders and hips. The comfort of the Purple mattress is incredible and we wake up feeling much more well rested than ever before.
