I haven't slept in it much since I'm gone all the time for work but my girlfriend has done nothing but rave about it, she's in it every night. When I do sleep in it the mattress is much better then the hotel mattresses I am typically in. The only complaint is that there are no handles on the mattress so that when it comes time to move it I speculate it will be fairly difficult.

Seat cushion was uncomfortable for me and several friends who tested it. A major flaw is the undisclosed fact that it cannot be used if used in a vehicle that gets over 105 degrees and that happens many months of the year in my Gulf of Mexico Coast travel area. Cushion cover should be made of heavier material. When I asked if their products were pressure mapped to test effectiveness no one seemed to know what I was talking about. I returned the cushion and got a prompt response.

I am a consumate belly sleeper and issues arise with pressure points and hip placement. I used to wake up 4+ times a night due to my arms/hands falling asleep. With the Purple this doesn't happen! As for the lower back pain I was doing six Yoga sessions a week to maintt mobility, but with the way they make these mattresses I don't wake up with tightness and pain in my lower back and hip. My Yoga is even getting better instead of just maintaining mobility!

This bed is so comfortable! I am constantly on my feet at work and my back always killed me and my old mattress only made it worse. With the purple mattress it conforms to my body and no matter what way I sleep I'm supported properly. My back has been getting better and I feel amazing!!! This bed is awesome and I highly recommend it!!

We have a king size adjustable bed frame. I insisted on making twin beds. My husband is complaining about it being so hard to make twin beds. I think it's hard to put sheets under such HEAVY mattresses. I guess we're just too old... We had to call our retirement community for help putting the mattresses on our beds. BUT, we have been sleeping better.

I am in my 60's still quite physically active but feeling the aches and pains. Knees, hips, shoulders, I am a side sleeper. Previous mattress was the sleep number. This mattress is better than the old worn out sleep number, but I could use a bit more soft. I wonder what a purple mattress would feel like if I had another inch of the visco elastic stuff and another inch of the comfort foam

We had a matters we got 5 years ago and it was so uncomfortable, we bought a foam topper to help for the time being and it still sucked. It got us through my pregnancy until tax time. When we got our taxes after researching all the different mattresses out there we ordered purple. From the first time I laid on it, I have been in love. It is firm which is great for my back, but soft in all the right places. We sleep with our daughter and I feel safe with her in bed with me, unlike with most of the memory foam mattresses that creat this giant crator where you lay.

I have had the king size Purple mattress for almost 18 MONTHS now. I gave myself plenty of time to adjust to this mattress, break it in, as well as started living a healthy and active lifestyle. Since day one this mattress has been a nightmare. Right off the bat, I was really sore sleeping on this mattress every night ( I'm 26 years old, 5'9 and not overweight ). I toss and turn, wake up with sore and numb parts of my body (arms, shoulders, hands, back). Obviously after buying a brand new mattress I did not want to turn around and buy another, so I bought the Purple Sheets after being told those may help. The sheets are extremely soft, and comfortable, but 1/10 durability, as they will rip and tear the first wash ( have had multiple sets and all have done this ). All in all, this is a terrible mattress. It leaves me sore everyday, toss and turn all night, I wake up with back pain that dissipates shortly after getting up (since owning this mattress). Do yourself a favor and save the money and invest it towards a mattress that is going to give you that true rest and recovery you're seeking.

Cons: Not as plush as memory foam. Texture is still a bit strange to feel with my hands. Objects tossed onto the mattress are liable to bounce off instead of sinking in, again because it is not soft and squishy like other mattresses. Pros: Good sleep. Firm, bouncy and supportive when your body is actually on it.

Purple, I waited the duration of the trial period to do this review. In short, the best investment I've made yet. I love everything from purple. I was happy with my Matress from day one. I have purchased both the Royal & Ultimate Purple seat cushions, the back support, and the Purple Pillow.. and I love them all. I was never aware that my entire life, I've had swollen feet, I always thought that my feet were just shaped like that. It wasn't until Purple, that my feet actually SHRUNK and stopped aching like they usually did. I was amazed, I still am. AND THAT'S JUST THE START. I literally wake up feeling amazing every day! I used to always be in pain because I'm a driver and I work long hours, so I'd have to crack my back and re-set it, go to chiropractors and get massages. None of that ever really helped. I'm so glad I found you purple. I tell everybody about this company and their product and how you've all changed my life. I could go on about how messed up my feet were. I had sores, blisters, dead skin, and they were of course swollen. Now I know it was because of poor circulation! Because it's all gone now!! Thank you so much Purple. I'm writing this as I sleep on the floor, because I'm exchanging the original purple for the NEW PURPLE mattress and the guys just picked up the old one. I'm beyond excited to get to sleep on that baby. It's a bittersweet moment, but I know it'll be worth the wait. Can't thank purple enough. Now if only there was a way to make Purple Shoe Inserts that would change the game
