I'm really upset at the fact that the covering of the mattress shifts. I've had my mattress a little over 1 year and it feels amazing but it's upsetting that I paid so much and expected really good quality and this happens. I tried fixing it myself and it ended up ripping the bottom about 3 months in; it's almost impossible to adjust and super annoying because it does pull down on the mattress.

About three days before our wedding, my cat peed on my and my soon to be husbands bed. It was a great bed and severed us well, but with the pee, it had to go. I already knew we were getting a purple. I had obsessively researched about a year prior for mattress (idk why) and purple seemed perfect. We came home to our honeymoon to the mattress. Me and my husband love it, the first night we both noticed it didn't hurt to sleep on our arms, they were numb when we woke up. My husband then decided it was good the cat peed on the bed. He also now complains any time we go anywhere that doesn't have purple mattress. My father who had to sleep in chair because of injuries purchased a mattress right before me, can for the first time time in about 10 years sleep laying down with out terrible pain. My mom and step Dad sneak into our rooms and take naps when they come over. My brother won't even lay down on our mattress because 'anyone who lays down on that thing buys one and I don't have money to buy a new mattress'. Our next step is to buy another one for our guestroom when we have the money. I really can't say enough good things.

My wife had been complaining of back problems for months before the purple purchase. We've been sleeping on our new mattress for the last three weeks and I haven't heard a single complaint about her back since. I could sleep on literally any surface, but I will say that if I had my choice, it would be on our new purple mattress. It's comfort that I simply can't explain. Thanks Purple! You've gained a new life long customer.

I LOVE the purple mattress and would buy it again "hands down"! It has been one of my smartest large purchases as a treat to myself. Over the years, I have purchased several expensive mattresses that pale in comparison to the comfort and support of the Purple Mattress. I've said "goodbye" to mattresses that break down and have coils that become painful over time, along with saying "goodbye" to back pain. I love the perfect body temperature balance that the Purple Mattress also provides. You will not regret this purchase and be glad you made the investment! Enjoy! P.S. Even though it is delivered to your front door, you will need another person to assist you with it as it is extremely heavy. Enjoy the comfort! ;D

I did a ton of research on the purple mattress before deciding to order it. I showed my boyfriend all the videos on YouTube. He thought it was "cute" how impressed I was with all the advertising. I received my purple mattress and we slept on it together. The next morning, I get a text message from him when he woke up (I was already at work) It said "I can't believe how comfortable that mattress is." It is truly amazing. Thank you Purple!

Last Oct we bought a new mattress for our home and spent over 5k for it. When it came time to buy a new mattress for our rv, we decided to try the Purple because of the price and because we had heard such good thongs about it. We love our Purple as much...if not more....than the mattress we spent 5k on. We have recommended it to our family and friends.

Great marketing. However, in my opinion, the products don't add up to the hype. Purchased the sheets, mattress, and pillow. Sheets - even with the stretch, they hardly fit the mattress. They feel like my flannel winter sheets from middle school, and they are not worth the price. Pillow - not sturdy, and no neck support for a side sleeper. Returned immediately. Mattress - I'm a side sleeper, and 160 days into the 100 day trial, I asked to return the mattress. I "gave it time" to adjust to the mattress. I never did. The mattress creates pain points, specifically at the shoulder and hip, and it's not comfortable. They did not approve of my return. I would not recommend any of the products which I purchased, and give a 2 rating solely because of the effective and creative marketing.

I thought that my sore back every morning was just middle age creeping up on me. Nope, apparently it was just my firm, expensive mattress. Bought the Purple original mattress and I haven't had a sore back at all in the 3 months I've been using it! It's ridiculously comfortable and I sleep better than I ever have. It really is that good!

I've never experienced a bed like this and have recommended it to family and friends. If there was some kind of referal reward system for customers it would make people go out and talk about your bed. Then you reward your customers instead of marketing in commercials

I was so Hoping the purple mattress would be the perfect mattress for me an my husband. The marketing for your mattress is awesome and I am sure it works well for a lot of people. Unfortunately, It doesn't seem to be working for us. My husband says he tosses and turns all night. I have neck problems from sleeping and it doesnt seem any better with the Purple. I do think it feels comfortble to lay on and wish it made my mattress dreams come true, but sadly it doesn't seem to be working:(
