I am a rural mail carrier. At the suggestion of my chiropractor (she had heard good things about it), I purchased the Queen Purple mattress and I am waking up with less back and neck aches (most often NONE) I also decided to purchase the seat cushion. The seat cushion arrived first and so I had the opportunity to try it out first! It sucked!..... when I forgot to bring it along!!! I LOVE IT...this cushion AND now mattress has made my life so much more enjoyable and do-able. Often when my 4 or 5 year old sneak into my bed at night, I don't even know it... bad part; they are getting away with it...good part; mommy is not getting disturbed and is getting better sleep at night. I don't feel them move around or even crawl onto the bed. Best purchases I think I've ever made!!!

Im not happy nor sad with the mattress. honestly im a bit confused, as it is some sort of soft, but not as soft as i expected. I do think this is my personal concern only. the mattress conforms to your body which makes me feel like im laying flat (not really enjoying that). i have not been upset to the point of return and we have had it for around 4 weeks now. time will tell.

after researching new mattresses for a while now, the purple made more sense for my wife and i. she's a back sleeper, and me on my side. so far we both love it. frame is stronger than it needs to be. good stuff, just bought the pillows and hope they are as good as the rest

I can't say anything about the bed itself yet because I haven't been able to get it into my bedroom or set it up. Before purchasing, please be aware that this bed weighs over 300 pounds total, including the Powerbase if you invest in it. Purple only ships via FedEx and Old Dominion, and they only take it to your door (at their discretion) and do not set it up. So you need to either find weight-lifting friends, or hire someone to help you bring it in and set it up. Unfortunately I may have to do the latter and I have no idea whether the bed will break in the process. I hope the bed is as nice as the reviews say.... but it may be a while before I can actually sleep on it.

My daughter found the purple mattress after years of me complaining of our mattress woes. It was the answer to everything and we love it. Needed to replace my daughters mattress and when I asked what she wanted, no surprise it was a purple. We all have a purple mattress. I think that says it all.

To the Princess in all of you. Remember the lullaby from Disney's Lady and the Tramp? Remember how Lady refused to sleep on the floor and whined until she was able to sleep in the bed? After all, what self-respecting dog sleeps on the floor? What does this have to do with a mattress - ah metaphor. As a child, mom & dad's bed is the most comfortable, it's the biggest, the warmest and occupied by those wonderful people that fulfill your every waking need. Fast forward to adulthood, you have your own big girl bed now but it's never quite the same, and you're thinking... "Some day my prince will come?" Yes. Enter Prince Purple, heir to the stardust lands and the clouded throne. This mattress is a heavenly purple cloud. It's the one you've been searching for, your whining is at an end. At night when you wake from a bad dream, it's a hug from your mother. Just turn onto your side and its soft supportive structure is there to comfort you. It is luxurious, for the princess in all of us, it's a dream come true.

I kept the mattress (Original Queen) for just over two months, hoping that it would get to be more comfortable. It did not. I tossed and turned every night on it; some mornings I woke up really sore and stiff. I am a side sleeper and felt no support for my pressure points and the motion transfer was non-existent (I could feel a 10 lb cat walking on the other side of my bed). When I contacted customer service to explain I might be returning it, I stated that the new purple 3 or 4 mattresses were too expensive for me. The rep told me that they have a "great exchange program" for anyone still within the trial period, I would just need to go visit a showroom. The way it was worded, it made me think they offer a deal for the more expensive mattress - other people I shared the email with thought that as well. So I went for an hour drive to Alpine to check it out. Turns out there is no "great exchange program." I would just have to pay for the more expensive mattress and they would coordinate the pick up/drop off. I felt it was really misleading since I had clearly stated I was not going to spend $2000+ on a mattress when I have already tried one from their company. When I shared this poor experience with customer service, I got a response that pretty much made it sound like the rep just wanted me to go there, I'd see the new purple mattress, and would decide to spend more money regardless of the price. Also, heads up about the 100 night sleep guarantee - you have to have your return process completed before the 100 nights are up. Per the return form: "In order to get your refund, this return must to be completed and a donation receipt emailed to us by the end of your 100 night trial." So don't think you can actually try out the mattress for 100 nights - if you do, and do not like it, you won't be able to return it.

I am in love. I have not slept this well in so long. I recommend to anyone and everyone. They are an amazing company let me tell you what even with this pandemic we are all going threw as a whole they are willing to work with me I couldnt ask for a better place to go threw. Thank you thank you

I have degenerative disk disease and went through three mattresses before landing on the Purple. This mattress is the only one that has given me relief- and complete relief! It did take about a month for my body to adjust to it, so do be patient! My husband loves it too. We immediately noticed deeper sleep from night one. I now dread ever having to spend a night away from our purple. Love, love everything about this mattress!

When my son asked for a "purple" bed for his bday his dad and I were shocked. He finally wore ya down and we decided to try out these mattresses at the store. We all fell in love! Our son got his bed- he sleeps like a baby now ! And mom and dad are saving for their next purchase for themselves! We are believers!
