When mother was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, I ordered a twin sized purple mattress to go in her hospital bed at home because I knew it would make her more comfortable. Not only did the mattress increase her sleep time from 1 hour to 3 plus hours witout needing to move/turn due to pain, it kept her from getting pressure sores. We used only purple mattress cover and bottom sheet for this reason. It was a game changer. I would highly recommend this set up for anyone recovering from surgery or confined to bed.

I love my new Purple mattress. It's super comfortable and has helped my neck, shoulder and back issues when it comes to getting better sleep. My only complaint is the mattress moves slightly every night on the Purple frame. Not a lot but enough to have to push it back in place every morning. Otherwise, a great buy.

Had this pillow for a year or so now and it's the worst pillow ever doesn't keep you cool is not comfortable big waste of money I would not recommend anyone to waste their money on this company or their products had to rate before I submitted it I would do zero but it won't let me

The pillow was comfortable at first but after a few nights rest, I realized that it wouldn't work for my needs. It was simply too thin and wy neck had soreness at the top of my neck/ lower part of the back of my head. I really wanted it to work as I just purchased the matresss and have been very happy with that. But the pillow is simply too thin.

So we bought a Purple mattress about 2.5 years ago and it was great for the first 2 years and I noticed a little sag in it while sleeping which was causing back pain. I called CS and they sent me an email with instructions on how to get it replaced under warranty. I followed the 5 easy steps and 1 week later my new replacement mattress showed up on my front porch. No haggling, no questions, they just stood behind their warranty and replaced my mattress for free! Had the best night sleep I have had in a while last night! Thanks Purple Mattress!!!

Bought an Purple 2 one year ago to put in our snowbird home only have used for 6 months. This bed feels like we are on a board. Way to hard. Both of us are having sore hips, backs, shoulders due to this bed. The fancy expensive sheets made for this bed are pilling. Dont know what we are going to do with this mattress.

Bought this mattress as a surprise for my husband. He's a veteran and has an old back/shoulder injury. He ends up tossing and turning and sleeping in all sorts of weird positions with pillows propping him up in strange ways....this leads to him waking with a sore arm and numb fingers and the pain never really goes away. The first night on this mattress he almost missed work because he slept so well and he's feeling better. Less arm pain and he can feel his fingers. No, it didn't magically cure his injury but he sleeps now and that's magic!

They responded to us immediately had me send them some pictures and within a week they replaced our mattress with the newest model, absolutely free! Our new mattress is the best and I have been more rested than ever with our Purple. I highly recommend giving them a try. Our previous Tempur-pedic bed was eight years old. It had two deep permanent troughs and we decided to try the Original Purple. We ordered their King size original mattress and was delivered via UPS 5 days later. We unwrapped it the next day we slept on it that night (no off-gas whatsoever) and it honestly has been the most wonderful nights sleep since. Then we purchased a new camper travel trailer. Which had a very good quality queen size inner-spring mattress. After two week-long camping vacations, our backs were screaming, tight, very uncomfortable. Sooo we knew we had to buy a second Original Purple mattress for our new travel trailer. We take our next adventure vaca two days before Christmas and we can't wait to end our evening and begin a beautiful night "sleeps" in the Purple bed.

Outstanding product! Looked at a number of your competitors and went with Purple for a variety of reasons, replacing a top of the line Mattress Factory product with it. The very first night on the mattress and my lower back pain disappeared completely. We've had the mattress now 4 weeks and every night it is the same; a very good night's sleep with no back pain in the morning. To be clear, that result is a very big deal for me as I've dealt with poor sleep and back pain for years now with no solution. I loath traveling at this point because every night spent in a hotel (and I stay at very nice hotels) I return to tossing, turning and and waking up with back pain. Great product, well done. BTW, we bought the Purple cushion as well and it is a lifesaver at high school sporting events.
