I was a bit nervous to buy a mattress online that I had never been able to check out in person first, but with the 100 offer I figured I had nothing to loose. The pain in my neck and back had gotten so bad I had to do something, so I got the mattress and pillow. Wish I had this bed and pillow years ago!!! Back and neck pain are gone! The mattress truely does sleep cool too!! Love, love, love my mattress and pillow!!!! Hubby loves it too!!!

This was my second purple mattress (different size). The first was so great that I was only going back to purple when I was upgrading sizes. The mattress provides great support and do not cause me to sleep hot and sweat like my old memory foam. Very comfortable. Customer service was helpful and answered all my questions online while ordering. Prompt and courteous service, while my mattress arrived within 2 days!

The Mattress -Best we've ever had! Very comfortable--aches with old ordinary mattress are gone with this one! Mattress is also super cooling and breathable. Our long-sleeve pajamas make us feel slightly warm as we're getting ready for bed, but as soon as we get into our Purple bed with our cooling spandex-y sheets, we feel perfect! You can't feel each other shifting in the mattress. The delivery packaging, with its handles, made it easier to move the 140 lb mattress just the two of us! Also very convenient that they sent a letter opener to cut open the packaging. The Platform Base -Very sturdy, and having our King bed on this base makes our room look bigger! Lots of room underneath. Just know that you need to get all the joints flush with each other first, before screwing the bolts in. Setup was straightforward! The Company -Very impressive company! They let us know what to expect every step of the way and everyone we've contacted has been fun and professional. The company even sent free hyper-elastic polymer samples (which make great stress reliever objects!), and two free quality sleeping masks!

Strictly speaking, it's the second best, since I think waterbeds are the ultimate. But good waterbeds are hard to find and difficult to maintain, and I can't be bothered with them anymore. So this is the best practical mattress we've ever had. It has more comfort than a memory foam mattress but doesn't retain heat as much as memory foam. It doesn't stay as cool as I hoped, but it's so much better than our old memory foam mattress that I'm not going to complain, especially since the comfort and support is outstanding. All in all, it's the best. I strongly recommend this mattress.

I've not had enough experience yet to rate this product. I purchased it because my former mattress was too firm and was causing hip pain and stiffness. Purple has addressed that issue, but now I have new pain and stiffness, in both shoulders. I am experimenting with use of the pillow, but haven't found a solution.

My husband and I was super excited to get on your purple mattres, when it arrived we noticed a stain on it and contacted purple and they send us a new cover which was pretty good, but after one month sleep on it even using the purple sheets, we were waking up with a sore body. Purple came out way too firm to us. I'm 120lbs and have back pain my husband it's 180lbs and his back is good but sleep on purple gave him some pain as well. We finally decided to return it and everything was smoothly until it was time to refund. They simply gave me a time frame of 5-10 business days that is over and not money is back to my account. I tried to reach the person I was deal with but I have not answer still, so I chatted with another person that told me he would be doing my refund and I should wait 5-10 business days again. The problem it's we're sleeping in an air mattress now just waiting on purple so we can go and buy a mattress that will be better to us. So I'm very upset with this company and I do not recommend.

After one year we are as pleased as we were the first night. The purple mattress arrived in the box a year ago and we have slept comfortably ever since. For us to invest in a mattress off the Internet was a new process and I have to tell you we were not disappointed. The purple mattress is the best mattress we have ever slept on. I cannot say enough about the comfort of the mattress supportive, cool and with our adjustable base it is a delight. We are changing all of our other mattresses for our guest to purple

Unfortunately, we ended up not keeping our Purple. My husband liked it, but it wasn't supportive enough for my back. I did like that it didn't get hot at night like other mattresses do. It's a good option for people to try. The Purple Company was great to work with.

It was time for a new mattress. My back was starting to hurt every morning and I could feel myself sinking into the indented part of the mattress from sleeping on it for 4 years. It was a memory foam mattress but, as I said, I felt it was indented from my sleeping in the same spot. I did some research on many, many mattresses and settled on Purple. I was so excited to sleep on it !! My husband set it all up while I was at work (we also purchased the sheets, AMAZING AND SO SOFT!) so when I got home and sat on the Purple mattress, I immediately felt the firm, but softness to it. It's kinda hard to explain but it feels like it's cradling you, but not suffocating you. I slept amazing that night and my husband said he has never slept that well in his entire life! Such a great investment. You won't be disappointed !!
