From the first night I slept on my new mattress I knew I would love it. I woke up feeling better than I had in a while. My back felt fine and my legs hurt much less than they normally do. The only negative review I had read before buying was from a side sleeper, but that was how I slept that first night. I sleep on my back or either side, and I wake up feeling fine after a comfortable night in any of those three positions. I'd have to say that so far the mattress was a very good choice. I also purchased the stand and the mattress protector. The stand is very sturdy, and was very easy to put together. It has just the right height for me too. The mattress protector seems to be of good quality too

The reviews on this mattress are not lies. I'd been having back pain for months from previous mattresses I'd tried; this mattress solved all of them. No matter your sleep position, you'll love this mattress. The Purple Grid takes maybe a day or two to get used to. This mattress is one of the best purchases I've ever made.

I am 6' 3", 275 lb, and I got 0 support from the Original Purple Mattress. The "purple" support cell fully collapsed for me, and I was left sleeping on the hard base foam. The bed may work for people with a lower BMI, but for me, it was worse than any spring mattress. (Worst mattress that I have ever tried!) I did, however, give it one extra star; because the return process was EXTREMELY Easy.

When I ordered this I really wasn't sure what to expect. I had never tested out this type of mattress before and was going off of reviews only, but from what I had read and watched it seemed like this was a good option to just take a chance on. So far I am very glad I did. At first I admit the design threw me off a bit and I was worried the texture of the mattress itself would bother me with all the little squares being noticeable, however once the sheets were on I never paid it any attention. The mattress is soft but firm which is just the style I was looking for since I tend to prefer the feel of a soft mattress but soft mattress's give me back problems yet firm mattress's just feel uncomfortable. This is a nice combination of both in that it really feels like a plush surface but still has the support of something more firm. I'm very much enjoying the upgrade and will easily consider another purple mattress in the future.

We've had our mattress for just under a month and already it's wonderful. It allows me and my husband to be in bed together without one of us rolling toward the other. When I lay down on my side it feels so good to my shoulders and hips. Supportive and cushioning, but firm.

Our family has seen its fair share of mattresses: Spring, Pillow-Top, even a C4 SleepNumber! Our new Purple mattress left them all in the dirt! Ever since the very first night, I noticed a huge difference. I am a side sleeper and would often wake up with a sore shoulder. I would also sometimes wake up very hot (even tho we turn the AC down to 70 at night). My wife and I co-sleep with our toddler daughter, so any movement by one of us would usually end up waking all three of us up. Since sleeping on Purple, I can think of maybe two nights that I did not sleep through the night! It keeps us cool through the night, has just the right amount of pressure-point support, and we all wake up feeling great! As I mentioned, my wife, daughter, and I have been sharing the King sized mattress for about a month. My wife and I will often lay down until our daughter falls asleep. Then we will usually get up and try to have some grown-up time. With all of our other mattresses, this was difficult. Other mattresses transferred motion and made a lot of noise while getting up (especially SleepNumber!). The Purple is SILENT and isolates motion like crazy! I can't say enough good things about this mattress, I would recommend it to ANYONE! It is definitely worth the extra $ if a good night's sleep is important to you.

I love everything about this bed. I'm glad I can get back to sleeping through the entire night! The only thing I'm annoyed about is I spent the money to purchase everything to get the full experience and after I received everything you started to run a special where you get the sheets for free w the purchase of a mattress. That is very sucky especially when the sheets are pretty pricey.

My wife and I spent 10 years of our marriage on a fluffy cushion top mattress. We felt like we loved it, but I was also slowly feeling like I was getting more back problems which I attributed to getting older and having four children. I'm so glad that I took the time to get my body accustomed to a good night's rest on gentle cradling dream mattress. If you are going from a spring or pillow top to this, give it a few weeks for your body to relax into it and you will be surprised by what you thought was comfortable before wasn't really. After a quick and easy checkout (receiving an amazingly convenient term at zero interest with AFFIRM), My Purple Hybrid Premier 3 swiftly arrived at my door a few days later. A large 200 pound tube that arrived on m porch had me initially confused. "Surely they can't roll up a mattress with springs in it to the size of this package", I said to myself. Momentarily having the negative feeling of being delivered the wrong version. But I was wrong & had nothing to worry about. They actually do vacuum ship Hybrid Premier 3 with springs like their cheaper counterparts. This has got to be a industry first packaging/shipping protocol. Color me impressed. Now I just gotta figure out how to reverse engineer it, to get my existing mattress out of the way. I wish right? I proceed to open tube to unfurl mattress, gave it a couple days before sleeping on it as recommended to expand. By night 2, I was purposely forcing myself to give it one more night to expand, thus making it that much better when it's ready, even if that was only in my mind. It was worth it, big time. Night 1, I lay down on what feels like nothing else I have ever slept on before. My body knew straight away. A tingling and all encompassing feeling consumed my body. My spine and muscles instantly relaxed into what can only be described as "euphoric realignment". Then, for the next few minutes as I drifted to sleep, my body felt like it was releasing years of poor sleep pain and discomfort. It was almost a shock to the system unlike any feeling I've ever had before. I am a pretty large guy at 6'2" & 280 pounds. This mattress truly supported me like no other. Over the next few nights, my body slowly got used to the mattress and this unreal lightness you feel as you sink into the purple grid while simultaneously feeling supportive. A mattress protector & basic plush pillow came free with purchase of mattress. The Purple frame, which is extremely solid and supports mattress the better than any other I've seen before. Total surface area support. No chance to sag. Solid. Adds to the feeling of feeling truly "supported". The Purple mattress protector was more a thin fitted sheet than a traditional Mattress protector. The packaging explained that this was purposeful in order to have nothing but a thin layer between you and your mattress. I get the intent, but not the norm nonetheless. The plush pillow was nothing special and is the bottom basic pillow type. No innovation here. Finally, The sleep masks that came with the mattress were silly. Too small, thin and uncomfortable to use in real life. More of a marketing swag item than anything. But all that was free, so I can't really complain. Bottom line, life changing. I'm young I'm a chiropractor, my wife a physical therapist by all accounts we should have the recourses and knowledge to not hurt in the morning, but alas every morning we rolled out of bed and groaned from back pain.... my wife had seen a patient who had a Purple wheel chair cushion, looked into it and told me this was the new bed she wanted.... Since the first night we slept on it we've had no pain waking up in the morning. Best investment we've made so far!
