I just got my Purple Queen Mattress last Friday, May 4th, 2018. The packaging is VERY GOOD, it was easy to install, it is vacuum packed and shipped, get the Mattress out of the Purple Bag, then remove the plastic seal wrapper, then carefully using the Purple too provided to you, break the plastic seal bag, then magic starts to happen. Your Purple Mattress starts growing to the final size. I just had big time spinal surgery and I was afraid that this Mattress was going to be too soft. It is PERFECT, FIRM, yet GENTLE on your back. The better part of it is you DO NOT SWEAT because the top part of the mattress has the Hyper-Elastic Polymer™ which is like a panel that Breathes and NEVER gets Hot nor Cold. I tried the most expensive Foamy competitor mattress and you start sweating in a short period of time. Foam DOES NOT breath. I am so very much SATISFIED, that I would recommend this mattress to any member of my Family or my Friends. It was installed in a Motion Essentials Adjustable Foundation (Adjustable foundation that offers several levels of comfort and relaxation) and this Mattress works EXCELLENT with it. To watch TV in the Bedroom it is a PLEASURE. I have only ONE COMPLAIN = WHY I DID NOT BUY IT EARLIER!!! I give this Purple Mattress a HIGH 10 STARS on a scale of 0 - 5. Besides, you have NOTHING TO LOSE you receive a 100 days TRIAL PERIOD directly from the Manufacturer. The Customer Service from The Purple Mattress Company is EXCELLENT, they are INFORMATIVE, NO NONSENSE, THEY LISTEN TO YOUR NEEDS, THEY MAKE GREAT RECOMMENDATIONS and MOST IMPORTANLY they ARE VERY FRIENDLY (rare in today's rush world). After my surgery, I am SLEEPING like a baby in this WONDERFUL MATTRESS. Today, Monday, May 7th I received the two pillows and the Liquid-Proof Purple Mattress Protector. The pillows even though they are heavy, they keep position and they are VERY COMFORTABLE and you DO NOT SWEAT. They are made of the Hyper-Elastic Polymer™ which breaths very well keeping your head DRY!! The Purple Mattress Protector you have to use this to understand why to order it. It belongs to the PURPLE MATTERSS. The fitting is perfect and with a MOVEABLE POSITION BASE this is a MUST. We debated back and forth over getting The Purple Mattress or the Purple Hyrbid Premier 3, and wound up going with The Purple Mattress and we don't regret it. We went from an eight year-old pillow top and woke up with aches and pains every morning. I now look forward to sleeping, and I wake up with no pain! We definitely love the weightless feeling you get with this. Don't forget to grab the Harmony pillow and sheets!

I've had this mattress for a year, and I wake up every morning so happy that I bought this mattress! I tell everyone I know who is looking for a new mattress to give purple a serious look. I think I've sold at least 3. I couldn't be happier with this bed!

I've heard about the purple mattress a million times before I decided to get one and I wish I got one sooner! We had a memory foam before and it held heat like no other and this one doesn't hold heat almost at all! And my hips were hurting on my old mattress and I don't have that problem anymore with the purple! If you're thinking about buying, just do it! You won't be disappointed!

I am a 6' male weighing 157 lbs-broad shoulders 33 waist, 39 hips. I am a side sleeper.After 2 wks with the Purple mattress, I have not been able to get through the night on it-too much pain in the hip. Seems to bottom out where hip bone contacts the bed. I have tried with a regular cotton sheet and with no bottom sheet all. Neither works.

Very strange feeling, sliding around a lot, and mattress is very low. No side support at all, need a bedframe with sides so you don't fall out. Getting used to it though, and it is comfortable if you don't move around a lot, and if you sleep on your back. Otherwise, not the best. However, the pillow is AMAZING!

I purchased the OG purple bed and I wish i would have purchased the 4". I do not think that the OG has enough support for my weight (275 LBS) to sleep on my side and I wake up with sore shoulders every morning. I am only about three weeks in...I may upgrade.

I was initially angry that my wife spent so much money on a mattress she found on a Facebook ad. I am active duty military, and my body felt like it was trashed after years of service. I felt so much better after sleeping on a Purple mattress, and a lot of the pain I felt was gone. That initial anger subsided quickly, and we bought a second mattress for the guest bedroom before the first mattress was a month old. I just received an email that twin sizes are available for pre-order and I immediately put in two orders so that our kids can have their own Purple mattresses.

This new mattress has changed my life. Since a bad auto accident back in January of 2019, I have struggled to sleep. I got the purple 3 a month ago and sleep great. No pressure points or anything. Life changer. Only bad thing is the sales team never mentioned that you offer responder or military discounts. So little salty about that due to being a first responder. Would I buy this mattress again, yes. Would I buy it from the same people, no.

Good support, minimal motion transfer, very comfortable overall. We did put a plush mattress topper on to soften the bed, as the grid is slightly firmer than expected, and my shoulder joints as a side sleeper were initially a little sore in the morning. Some more padding on top helped this.
