This is the Review for the Power Base. It worked fine for few months, one fine morning it stopped working. It's currently in up-right position and couldn't flattened. Called Customer Support where we can only leave the messages and then they can call us back. But I never received any calls. Chatted with Support people at purple.com and they gave me 1-800 number. I called that number, they took all the information and said 'we marked it as urgent/emergency - someone will call you ASAP'. No one get back to me until now. Very bad customer support. They don't have any Case number system to refer- back. Every time they collect all the information and no one calls back. Purple - It's better if you change your Customer Support System.

Mattress, pillows, sheets, pillow cases, mattress cover and seat cushion all lived up to billing. The weight of the mattress is not to be under-estimated. Getting it on the bed is a two person job, not to mention getting it to the 2nd floor bedroom first. However, once in place, the mattress exceeded expectations. Have never been more comfortable in bed [I'm 73]. Pillow and sheets only add to the experience. My only pause in buying the base is having to get the mattress on to it, now that the mattress is unrolled. Will probably do it anyway. Moving 140 pounds around is an interesting challenge.

We puchased our first purple mattress a few years ago for our master bedroom.  My husband had been having terrible back pain, unable to do daily tasks, and to the point of seeing a doctor.(which my husband avoids drs at all costs) This compounded with not being able to sleep. ​When we switched to the purple mattress,  it was an immediate change for him. He slept through the night and no longer was having back pain. 3 years later,  he litterally has no issues with his back. At first I was skeptical as I had been a pillowtop mattress girl. The first few weeks were an adjustment for me. I began to wake up with discomfort, but in reality,  as I look back, it was my body readjusting to the correct posture.  After a few weeks, I also never slept so good.  I will not sleep on anything else now, Im spoiled. I dread vacations as I hate sleeping on any other mattress now except our purple. I litterally look forward to getting home and having a good nights sleep again. This latest purchase,  which is our 2nd purple mattress, is for our new RV. After returning from our last family vacation, both of our backs were hurting. Within a few days of being home and sleeping on our bed, my back went back to normal from being hunched over and hurting to even move. We discussed getting an RV and putting a purple mattress in it for future trips. So thats what we did! I look forward to our next vacation and know I will actually get a good nights sleep and not come home with a jacked up back. I have recommended the purple matress to my sister, who has also purchased 2 and loves them. I would Seriously recommend this mattress to everyone. As skeptical as I was in the beginning when my husband ordered our first purple ( Which he now reminds and pokes fun at me for)  I am a loyal purple customer for life!

My husband and I have been having neck, shoulder, and back issues for a couple years. He finally suggested we get a new bed to try and fix the issues since we had tried other ways. Within a week my neck and back pain went away, I longer had to have a doctor realign my neck, shoulders, ribs, and spin. We should have bought this bed before now.

Both my wife and I sleep great on it. The only problem it is a lot lower than we are use to sleeping, so I'm going to have to build us a frame to get it where our 80 lbs. dog isn't looking down at us in the mornings when they are ready to go out. lol

After sleeping on my Purple mattress for a month now, it's changed my life. No more waking up multiple times per night with an aching back. This mattress sleeps cool, regardless of how many blankets I pile on top of it. I like my mattress the way I like a man: supportive, yet appropriately squishy. Thanks Purple!

I had been researching and thinking about this mattress for almost a year. Finally I pulled the pin and ordered it. King size. It took about 2 weeks due to back orders which was fine with me. Customer service was excellent when I inqired about when I would be shipped. We purchased stretchy sheets like it was recommended to use. Then I received the mattress and was initially thrilled but... After about 3 weeks since we received it ,we seem to be sleeping ok on it. BUT the mattress isn't doing what I had built it up in my mind as being. It is a great material for the top layer (the purple) but the 2 layers of memory foam under that are stiff. So overall.. while I like the mattress I am thinking that it is just too firm for us. I was expecting to sink deeply into the bed AND be supported.. just doesn't seem to be doing that. I am considering returning the mattress.

EASY TO OPEN. THE SHEETS FROM PURPLE ARE THE BEST EVER SHEETS I HAVE EVER HAD. LOVE THE STRETCH MATTRESS SHEET. WISH THEY HAD BEEN INVENTED YEARS GO :) THE MATTRESS IS BETTER THAN ANY OF THE ONES I HAVE HAD BEFORE, AND I HAVE HAD REALLY GOOD ONES IN THE PAST BUT BY FAR THIS IS THE ONE FOR ME. THANKS PURPLE FOR I AM NOW IN THE RESTED SLEEPER CROWD!!!

The Purple mattress was really great for the first 100 days, but I do have to say, it is doing exactly what I was afraid it would do, without enough support, it is beginning to break down. We have only had our mattress since the end of August 2016. I would not make this purchase again.

My boyfriend and I had been sleeping on a ten year old mattress for the last year or so and after waking up with a crick in both our necks three nights running, we decided a change was needed. In swept the Purple! It was easy to set up and fit nicely on the frame we had. I didn't notice any weird chemical smells or anything that I've heard horror stories about with these rolled up, by-mail mattresses. The first week was rough as my low back got used to the new support, but now that I've grown accustomed to it, I wake up less often, rarely toss and turn, and start my day without unyielding neck pain. Yay Purple!
