We have had it for one month and we love it. It is soft yet firm. My shoulder and hip pain are much improved. It is very different from anything else. It is no springy! It is just perfect support but very soft and comfortable. I can lie on my side without pain which is all I was hoping for. But now I can also lie on my stomach and my back pain free. I can't believe it! I am hopefully it will be this awesome for years to come!

I have had back and neck problems for 13 years now. I have tried 6 different mattresses over that time, trying to find something comfortable. I was excited to try purple since it it so different than anything else out there. The first night I could only lay on it 30 minutes until my back was killing me. I was discouraged but tried it again the next night and it has felt wonderful ever since! So it does take some getting used to. I don't think there is another mattress out there that is as comfortable for side sleeping. I have had absolutely no neck pain and my shoulder just sinks in allowing my neck to be in the perfect position but still very supportive for my back. My husband and I both love it!

We had a great experience trying the Purple mattress. My brother and sister-in-law have one, and raved about it, so it was my first choice when we needed a new mattress. Unfortunately, the mattress didn't work with my bad back. It was very comfortable, but I needed something firmer. Delivery was faster than the tracker stated, so we were thrilled to get the mattresses early. We had a bit of trouble cutting the purple wrapper open with the device they sent, but were able to open it with scissors. I will warn you that these mattresses are HEAVY!! We ordered two twins to go with a king adjustable frame. It took two of us to lift it, and that was a struggle when it was expanded. I can't imagine having to open and move a larger mattress or someone trying to do this all by themselves. I do wish they offered a delivery service. We tried the mattress for over a month, hoping it would "break in" and work for my back. Unfortunately that didn't happen. It was probably about 50 days from purchase when I e-mailed to inquire about returning the mattress. NO QUESTIONS ASKED! They offered to let me find a company to donate it to. I was really surprised that no companies took donated mattresses around here. Therefore, they sent a company to take it for recycling. I had the money back in my account the same day. I highly encourage anyone to give this company a try! You really can't go wrong with this easy return policy and great customer service!

Sleep is Great at Home with my Purple Bed. I am a Firemen and I do not sleep well at the Fire House.. So I sometimes can't wait to go Home and get a Nap or a Good Nights Sleep..I just bought the purple Duve 2 weeks ago but due to the Corona Virus I have not been Home for the last 2weeks to enjoy it,can't wait. a few years ago I fell on a patch of Ice and hurt my back/hip... I had been in pain ever since, even with making many adjustments on my sleep number bed, I finally decided I needed a new mattress, so I purchased The Purple...first I'd like to say, lying on this bed is sooo awesome! , For the first few nights I could tell that my back was re-adjusting.. I could feel it, it's hard to explain. I am pear shaped and a back sleeper for the most part, when I lay there it feels almost like floating but I can feel the firmness, I feel my bottom go down far enough (not sagging) but I can tell my back is still straight there is no pressure, and my lower back is supported. also being pear shaped, whenever I lay on my side I could feel pressure on my lower back and hip.. but with The Purple, no pressure on my hip and my lower back which is usually a huge problem for me. I wake up expecting to feel the affects of my fall (and getting older) but, NOTHING! Thank you so much, I am so happy with my purchase

I suffer from a rare genetic condition and had to have serious back surgery as a result. This caused problems when I slept on other mattresses. The Purple mattress hasn't been an issue and now I sleep perfectly despite back issues. I tell everyone I know every chance I get that they should buy this mattress!!! I absolutely love it!!!

I am about to be honest here folks. I know it may come off as exaggerated or overly dramatic, but nonetheless I am being 100% honest in my review. My husband and I have had our Purple mattress for a month now. When I say that this is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on; I mean it! I often find myself lost in thought during the day, wrangling three small energetic children, thinking about how many more hours and minutes until I get to lay back down on it. It is an incredible realization. I KNOW that I am laying down on something, but the comfort level is so high that I feel as if I am laying on nothing at all. My husband and I have gotten accustomed to looking at each other every night and saying, "This bed is amazing!!". I have, and will continue to recommend Purple products to anyone and everyone!!

We really love our purple bed. It's really comfortable, super supportive and flexes with us. It was a great upgrade from my 15+ year old mattress. The only downside is that since there isn't a sidewall, the side just collapses. Normally not a big deal, but it makes the queen size bed feel a little smaller than it has been since my husband and I share the space.

We were expecting to need a couple days or weeks to adjust as some other reviewers said, but from night one it has been a dream! We couldn't be happier with our king size Purple bed. I'm 130lbs and my husband is 220lbs, but we are both getting the best night's sleep, every night.

the mattress is great. It doesn't leave any pressure points. I dont wake up with sore hips in the morning. I describe this mattress as a luxury firm bed. Its not the type that you lay on and sink into fluffiness. If you're looking for that, look at a different bed.
