I was having severe back pain due to a sinking mattress (though at first I thought it was because of exercise) so I decided to to get a new mattress, I was gunna get a memory foam one because I've had one before and they're really comfy but i kept reading reviews about how they also sink in a couple years and i needed something with lasting support. I've only had a purple mattress for a month but just after the first night, my back didn't hurt in the morning. And mind you, i'm an athletic 22 year old who shouldn't be having back pain. It's too soon to tell it'll remain supportive throughout the years but the material is definitely something new thats both comfy and supportive. I like super soft beds so i've kept my memory foam topper for added comfort and I sleep wonderfully.

Found the mattress to be too soft for our liking. Was sort of okay for sleeping, but terrible for sex. Didn't really care for the tapered shape of the mattress either. Seemed like there was a zone straight down the middle that was firmer than the rest of the mattress and the edges sank down too much if you sat on the edge of the bed. Wound up trading it in for something else.

Currently we just have 2 twin mattresses from Purple, one for me, and one for my Mom. I believe we needed them badly and wish I got us these sooner. We had regular spring mattresses or whatever they were and they were not good and I believe contributing to back pain for the both of us. One time some years back I tried this memory foam mattress that my Grandfather uses and it is better than those regular mattresses but still the Purple Mattresses are better than the memory foam mattresses. My sleep has improved. It's not perfect yet so I do have some issues still but I am able to get to sleep a little faster. I still wake up to urinate but I am able to get back to sleep without any big problems. One time maybe I had trouble getting back to sleep but so far that was just one time after multiple times of waking up to urinate. There was also one time with Purple that I slept almost the 8 hours without waking up to urinate but then obviously when I got up for the day had to urinate badly. So Purple is definitely helping with my sleep of which I do need because of health issues. For my Mom, she is still having some sleep issues but she has noted that her sleep is a little better now and so we will have to see over time how it helps her. And even though the mattresses and frames came in the mail, they were not hard to put together which is great. Really you just have to put the frames together which were not hard to do and then the mattresses are easy to open up. Then if you purchased other stuff for it like the protectors and sheets, you just get that on to it which is not hard either So I recommend that people purchase Purple. I usually start sleeping on my back. Then after waking up and peeing, I usually go on my side and the Purple pillow does support me in both ways. I'm not perfect yet but I hope over time that my body will get used to Purple that then I can always go on my back. I'm just a young man. But whenever I find my soul mate and get married, I am making certain that we get a large Purple mattress and the pillows as well. Make sure you get 2 pillows for one person though because if your legs hurt being against each other when you go on your side, having a pillow in between your legs will help with that.

Our Purple Mattress not only feels amazing, but arrive very early! After opening it, it aired up in seconds unlike other foam mattresses that take hours to air up. When were were buying it online, my mother thought that this was a wast of money, When it arrived, we un-boxed it and she tried it out. She was asleep in less that a minuet! My father tried it out and loved it even though he is in a lot of back pain right now. He just got up from sleeping as I type. Before we bought it, we saw negative views of the mattress on different websites. DO NOT TRUST THEM #purple

I absolutely love this mattress and I don't know if this is because this is my first mattress that actually accommodates my height or because of how comfortable and cradling it is. I get the best sleep I've ever had on this bad boy and while she was tad pricey she was worth every penny.

Well I got one, and 2 years later I'm using the warranty to get a new one. Because the mattress had broken down over the course of 2 years. You shipped it for free and got rid of the old one. I really appreciate that. So fantastic customer service, product is okay. Costs entirely to much to ship to Alaska.

We really want to love our mattress, but we will be returning it. I don't sleep any better on it than I did our ten year old traditional pillow top. I wake frequently with numb limbs and toss and turn through the night. My husband sleeps better than I do on it, but not enough better that it's worth keeping for us. I think it's a good mattress, just not a good fit for us. You know that warm cozy feeling you get when you finally get to snuggle into your bed after a long day? I just don't get that comfort from it.

It came time for me to purchase a new mattress for myself. I've been sleeping on the mattress I've had since I was a wee young lad. I wanted to make sure I purchased the perfect mattress. I don't say this enough, but the Purple mattress was the best investment of my life! This was a better purchase/investment than my college education! It is THE mattress for those looking for the best night's sleep. I work a physically-demanding job in events audiovisual. Lugging cases of heavy equipment started taking a toll on my lower back so I knew that I need to try something to combat and correct this pain. This bed literally sucked that pain away and endowed me with super powers after the first few nights! Very little adjustment period (I had never slept on another mattress type other than a spring). As well as that, I stay fairly cool at night with my thick blankets. I can't say that I've had to wake up at night from being overheated. It is incredibly comfortable! The best part of my day coming home from work is plopping straight onto my Purple mattress and feeling all the stresses of the world dissolve away. If you want to experience bliss and get something that is most certainly worth the great price they sell this bed for, then get a Purple. Just do it.

We love our mattress so much! My husband and I woke up with back pain every morning until we got our Purple mattress. Now we NEVER wake up with back pain anymore. Because of how much we live it we have gotten my sister, both of our daughters and our son to get a mattress and now they are all lifelong Purple customers as well. Very highly recommended!

As of today October 9 2019 we have not revived our base so that we can finally try out our Purple Mattress witch has a prominent position on our living room floor for over a month..A constant reminder to my wife and my self of the hope that this will resolve some issues we have had for a long time with sleeping and our health.
