I had been sleeping on a 15+ mattress, obviously time for a new mattress. And it has made a huge difference. I have had pain in my lower back and laying on my hips, now it doesn't matter how I sleep there's no pain. Now when I wake up my body feels great! I bought both the base and the queen mattress, and for the price I paid for the comfort I received is unbeatable. I only wish I bought this sooner.

The first week was, wow this is nice. The the second week starts, both my wife and I start waking up with pain on our back. The the third week feels like the support went away! We are discussing the return option, it's just not as good as it first feel

My decision to purchase the Purple Mattress followed a lot of research. There were nonnegotiables on my list - non toxic and no off-gassing, it had to be made in the USA, accompany a great warranty and satisfaction guarantee, AND great airflow to allow me to sleep cool. The stars aligned...The Purple Mattress Company fit ALL things important to me. Shipping was super quick and I slept on my mattress the same evening. So far, I'm thrilled!!

So we bought a king purple mattress, protector, pillows, etc. I can say that while my back pain has slightly improved, I sleep terribly, waking up and tossing and turning all night. I wake up exhausted. Sometimes because of how hard the bed is, it takes me an hour or more to fall asleep. The company we bought the bed from, wants us to try it longer and touts this crazy warranty that purple has. Well..I just got through reading the warranty information and it appears to me that purple left themselves with dozens of "outs" and very little guarantee to the buyer. Loosing some of the cushion over time is normal, but this other sag that must look like a body, well that's abnormal. Just way to many ways to wiggle out of the warranty and if I am paying that much money for a bed because I need the support and it settles or dips or anything and my back starts killing again, well then that warranty didnt help very much, did it? Then I'm stuck paying for a bed with a dip, and having to buy another. This made me not trust purple. When the warranty reads like a lawyer wrote it and the consumer can be shafted all too easily. ..between that and the sheer discomfort of the bed, I do think it will be going back.

My 79-year-old mother purchased this mattress after tons of research to find the best mattress for her needs. She has been sleeping on Purple for two weeks now. After waking up for years with a backache when trying to get out of bed, she is pain-free. She has always had to get up before she really wanted to because her back was hurting. Now she doesn't want to get out of bed. She also has a bad hip which caused her pain to lay on and now she is able to lay on it with no pain. She wakes up less at night and doesn't toss and turn because of pain. She said it is the best mattress she has ever had!

First thing i need to say is the support team is really awesome, they are really there to help customers. I had a chat with representative before buying the mattress and they recommended purple mattress for firmness, but its too soft and started getting back pain its not me even my wife, kid (9 years) old tried them and same feeling, its not a week i tried them for 4 weeks but same experience. If your looking for firm mattress its not for you. And the mattress lacks edge support.

I spent hours and hours comparing beds and hating the idea of buying the wrong one... I pulled the trigger on the purple bed and fell in love. Day 1 just laying on it after set up, my back started to feel better, after night 1 I woke up able to pop my back and work out kinks. After night 2 I woke up feeling like a whole new person. My boyfriend didn't even need an adjustment period either. Should have got this sooner. And with monthly payment options... can't argue that.

We have been through 3 mattresses in 10 years. We have finally found the best mattress! We love it so much we bought our daughter one, too! Did not love the pillow, so we will return. But that's ok! The mattress is the most important anyway! And great customer service!

I am so happy with this mattress. The moment my boyfriend, my best friend, and my Mom each lay on the bed for the first time, their eyes lit up and they commented on how nice it felt. I was impressed that they each had such immediate reactions, as I did. My boyfriend, who cannot sleep well on any old mattress, is very pleased. As for me, I wake up every morning smiling and thank my mattress.

After having slept on the mattress for about a month I want to start out by saying my husband and I are happy with the no motion transfer and overall comfort of the mattress!!! However, we have our doubts with longevity of the mattress. First, my husband and I are both under 200 pounds each and have placed the mattress on a solid base. The warranty states no body impressions, however we are concerned that the foam with break down over time and depth of compression and bounce back will deteriorate. Through my research thus far, no where does Purple offer information on density (numbers) of the foam. The depth of the mattress is considerable smaller compared to other mattress. Before purchasing Purple we considered King Koil (20 year warrenty) and White Dove Oxygen Atmosphere Gel Memory Foam (10 year warranty). Both of these mattresses gave detailed data of the mattress construction; including foam density numbers. However these mattress were upwards of $4,000. Also, the corners of the mattress have not created an edge/point. They have remained slightly curved in and the dimensions of the King is off by a few inches. I hope Purple can give us some numbers and security on the overall longevity of the mattress!! If not, we may be requesting our money back at the end of our free trial.
