I'm not going to lie here. The shipping for your bed is garbage but the bed is the absolute best thing ever. I'm fine with waiting but I'm not okay with the damaged purple tube bag. Kind of a problem for me since I was going to reuse it. Onto the best bed ever! Okay so. I don't know about you but I absolutely loathe memory foam. It's too soft and on an air mattress, it's the only thing that makes your bed remotely comfortable. Yes I've been using an air mattress, for almost a year now. So to finally get a bed, muwha. Yes. This bed. I've used it before, my ex got one. Loved it. And that's a big reason why I had to save up and get my own. I can fall asleep faster on this bed than anything else. I suffer from inability to fall asleep, that type of insomnia. So I'm always tossing and turning, never comfortable. Well, with this bed I am. I absolutely adore it because I can sleep however I want and I'm in heaven. Plus paired with the Harmony pillow is like sleeping on a dream. I'd recommend this bed to anyone and everyone. Will it be for everyone? No, but I love it and will forever love it.

Worst matress ever purchased bran new matress I have to purchase tempedic top so my husband and I can sleep I shouldn't wake up in more pain when the main advertisement of the purple is to release preasure points do it right the first time and buy a temperdic

I have purchased several different top-of-the-line mattresses & box springs in the past 30 years all of which were never really comfortable. So I was pleasantly surprised to find my new Purple mattress immediately comfortable from the very first day. Amazing! It works for me. So glad I finally bought a Purple!

I wasn't too happy with the firmness of the Purple 3 that I saved up to buy and wanted to exchange it for a softer Purple 4. Seems like a simple thing to pay the difference and get the upgrade right? Wrong! They fully expect anyone who wants to exchange a mattress to purchase another mattress at full cost to the customer and then wait for them to process the return on the first one. Why even advertise an "exchange" policy when that is simply a lie? Asking your customers to cover the cost of two mattress for an exchange is in my opinion crazy. I will likely be returning my mattress for a full refund due to this ridiculous policy.

I love this bed, my sleep quality has definitely improved. The first week or so was an adjustment as this doesn't feel like a normal bed. I was a little restless especially the first two nights but as I adjusted, my sleep improved. I also got a seat cushion!!! I love that thing, if it wasn't so heavy and big, I'd bring it to the coffee shop :D

We purchased the king Purple mattress and we love it. It was heavy (150lbs approx) but the 2 of us got it up the stairs without much trouble. The little cutting tool broke as soon as we tried to use it so we had to slice thru the bag with the sharp edge facing down. Scary, as I thought we'd cut the mattress but it was fine. Make sure the rolled up mattress is on the bed frame BEFORE you take the wrap off as you'll never get it on the bed once it's unrolled---it's heavy and floppy. We've been sleeping on it about 3 months and love it. It stays cool on top and is supportive in all the right ways. Happy with this purchase!!

I decided to order both the King Purple Mattress and Base for my new apartment. I realized that the shipping would actually have my bed come to the apartment before I moved in, I call the customer support line and was told it wouldn't actually ship until the 24th of October so that would give me plenty of time to get all moved in by the time it arrived. Unfortunately/Fortunately the bed and base shipped around the 18th I think and I had to re-route it to a FedEx shipping center for pickup. I picked the base up on the 26th, but when I saw the bed, I knew I couldn't tow them both in my midsize SUV. I'm 5'3 and the King size bed was about 6 ft. I had to go back a day later to pick up the bed with the help of some friends. Fast forward to the night I put everything together... After an exhausting couple of days of moving and sleeping on floors at my old apartment, I was welcomed into the Purple Mattress with enveloping comfort. It usually takes me about 15-25 minutes to fall asleep once I lie down, but I don't even know how long it took me, which means it was more like 5-10 minutes or maybe even less. I woke up the next morning feeling great! I plan to invest in the mattress protector, sheets, and the chair cushion because I know my body isn't being supported properly in most of the chairs I sit in. I'm seriously considering purchasing all purple mattresses for my household. The only reason my review isn't a 5 star is because of the difficult delivery. Maybe there should be a smoother way for single people to be able to get the bed and base around themselves without the help of others, as not everyone can grab a friend/family member to help them get stuff done.

I gave it 3 stars because we love everything about the company and the fact that the mattress is made in the USA. We love the quality, the look, and the fact that the mattress didn't have to be aired out because of weird odors. With that said, we've been sleeping on it for over a month now and we don't love it. We have the right sheets (jersey knit/stretchy) and everything. It just causes both me and my husband pain. Maybe it's the fact that I'm a strictly stomach sleeper, but I wake up with a really stiff and painful back. I've even tried sleeping without a pillow the past week and that's not helping either. Sadly, we're probably going to return the mattress.

It's been a year since I was diagnosed with sleep apnea, I could have chosen to do a cpap machine but I chose to try more natural methods first, surprisingly and adjustable bed worked, but memory foam mattresses sucked! I'd been wanting to try a purple mattress for a while and finally had the money saved up. My sister always told me that I didn't know how to judge a mattress. I would go from one mattress to the other before looking at her and saying "I can't feel a difference, they both feel like mattresses". But the very first time I laid down on this mattress my immediate response was "oh WOW that's COMFY!" I highly recommend buying a purple mattress.

This mattress has been so amazing! We had a tempur pedic, and always woke up hurting and feeling tired. I have injuries from my military service and I couldn't sleep on my left side before, but now I have no problems, and no more knots in my back that my husband *loves* to massage out for me :). I no longer toss and turn all night or die from being too hot from the mattress absorbing body heat. If you need a new mattress, stop shopping and get this one. You won't be disappointed. And get the platform to go with it. It's cheap, supports the bed in the way it was meant to be, and you can vacuum completely underneath your bed unlike most bed frames. Only recommendation I have to to make a bed skirt - I can't find one that meets the dimensions, but I mean just call Pottery Barn and collab with them or something. :)
