Have had the original queen purple and it's alto more stiff than I was expecting.from the adds and comments I was reviewing I expected way better.wake up with soar ribs in the morning find myself switching sides through the night, not what I expected for the money purple!

The sheets are the softest sheets I've ever slept on and the mattress has brought serious relief to my hip and shoulder pain. I don't wake up in the middle of the night anymore and I don't have night sweats anymore, either. I recommend Purple to anybody seeking a peaceful night's sleep!

Great marketing. However, in my opinion, the products don't add up to the hype. Purchased the sheets, mattress, and pillow. Sheets - even with the stretch, they hardly fit the mattress. They feel like my flannel winter sheets from middle school, and they are not worth the price. Pillow - not sturdy, and no neck support for a side sleeper. Returned immediately. Mattress - I'm a side sleeper, and 160 days into the 100 day trial, I asked to return the mattress. I "gave it time" to adjust to the mattress. I never did. The mattress creates pain points, specifically at the shoulder and hip, and it's not comfortable. They did not approve of my return. I would not recommend any of the products which I purchased, and give a 2 rating solely because of the effective and creative marketing.

The first few nights were very comfortable as I found the support my previous mattress was missing. However, below the top layer, the mattress has gotten too firm and unyielding for me to find a comfortable position and I end up tossing and turning most nights now. If I could get the top layer as the majority of the mattress it might work, but the lower layers feel like they are too firm.

I found this mattress far too firm for my sleeping style (side sleeper.) My hips, knees and shoulder began to ache after only two nights. After a week (I was hoping to adjust to the firmer surface,) I added a two inch foam mattress topper which relieved the aches.

We really really wanted to like this bed. My mom actually turned us on to the idea because she has a purple and LOVES it. From the very first night of sleeping on this mattress i would get up with awful stiff shoulder and back pain. ive switched pillows several times and nothing has helped. we were sleeping on an old run down mattress before and i never woke up with this kind of pain. sadly we will be returning this mattress.

Was a little nervous buying without testing it but knowing i could return it without issue was a big selling point. Mattress is much cooler then memory foam. My wife and I are both less then 200 pounds, and we really like the feel of the mattress. Not too hard, not too soft

My two daughters, ages 14 and 12, love the two Purple mattresses that we ordered. Contact free shipping worked well, and it was nice to have the duffle bag style shipping containers with straps and the tool to easily open the mattresses one we got them to the upstairs bedrooms. They were easy to carry with the suitcase-style straps. Also, removal of the plastic wrapping was easy with the nice tool you provide with the shipment. I am so glad I did not waste time in mattress showrooms. Ordering was as easy as ordering a pizza (this is the same thing I said when I ordered my Tesla car). I highly recommend your mattresses. Your no questions asked policy for returns is comforting at time of ordering. Now I know why - No one would find a more comfortable mattress, finding it very hard to want to send it back. This mattress is so comfortable it's honestly insane! Coming home from a long day at work and getting to lay on this is absolute HEAVEN. It definitely isn't cheap but let me tell you, it is so worth the extra money! You spend half your life on a bed, you should invest in this!

I just purchased the purple mattress, harmony pillow, soft stretch sheets, and bed frame. This is by far the best purchase I have made to date. This thing is so awesome, I literally can't get off. Definitely worth it you don't realize how much sleep you missing until you get one. Would totally recommend!!
