The mattress is really great quality and the technology is cool, but it just isn't working for us. I'm 120 pounds and just don't feel like I sink into it enough. I'm a side sleeper and my shoulders just hurt from the pressure. Interestingly, my husband is 220 pounds and basically has the same complaint. We've been sleeping on it for close to a month now. We were hoping that we would adjust to it over time, but we're both waking up sore and achy. Unfortunately, it looks like we'll need to return it, which I'm very thankful is an option.

I was very sceptical when we got our bed in the mail and the first couple nights I slept like a baby and my husband didn't then after a couple nights he slept great and I didn't. After a full week we both were sleeping amazing and still are. Neither one of us wake up feeling sore or stiff. I actually sleep all the way through the night my husband does not get up as often ( he has a small bladder) and we don't toss and turn all night. I also never feel my husband get out of bed. The only thing bad I can say is we read alot on the bed and it claims to keep you cooler than a normal bed but we have not noticed a difference. This is an amazing bed!!!

This mattress did not relieve all of my pain like the miraculous purple wonder that I hoped for, but daaang, it came pretty darn close! I've had lower back pain for years (I'm way too young to have to say that), and wake up with numb hands/arms very often. My last mattress was spring, and newish (2yrs with only a few months of actual use), and it gave me serious lower back pain. I'd literally have to slowly roll out of bed to avoid going into spasm. To be honest, the arm/shoulder pain I had is probably more related to the sitting at my desk and needs to be worked out with massage...but my Purple mattress definitely decreased the frequency! I sleep on my side, sometimes jack-knifed, with my arms over my head. I occasionally sleep on my back, but not often. As a side-sleeper with a curvy figure, I am SO pleased with this mattress. The grid top layer is really incredible & I was 'ooh"ing and 'ahh"ing right after unrolling. After a month of sleeping on it, my hips and booty still feel cradled no matter what position I'm sleeping in, but I never feel like I'm lacking support. This mattress is SO so fabulous. WELL worth the investment. Doo ittt!

I have been on a temperpedic, which the wife bought and loved. I have been having back pain every morning getting out of bed, for years. I thought it was the mattress being too soft. Have been sleeping on the king size Purple matttress for 2 weeks and find that it is cool and comfortable. I am a back and side sleeper and my husband is a side and stomach sleeper and it works for both us. Mattress is 5 to 6 on the firmness scale. Ordering was easy and the mattress arrived quickly. Easy to unroll but will definitely require 2 persons to move. Would recommend to any sleeper.

Previous to going Purple, I had a conventional mattress that was very firm. I continually had to buy foam toppers just to make it comfortable. I got a king size original purple mattress. I have slept on it for almost a month now. O have never gotten into such a deep sleep.
