My husband and I saved and saved for this purchase, and it does not disappoint! Now, there is such a thing as "re-alignment" when your body is used to poor support (it just took a few weeks for my body to adjust to the amount of support that I now get), but now that I've had the mattress for a while, I feel great. I get better sleep, and my body doesn't hurt the way it used to. Thank God!

My expectations were extremely high after doing my research on Purple before making my final decision to purchase. While I enjoy sleeping on this matress, it hasn't quite lived up to those expectations. Comfort and support is excellent, but one of the primary reasons we decided on Purple was because it is supposed to be great for hot sleepers, which we both consider ourselves. It is cool for the most part, but not much if any better than our prior traditional spring matress. But again, maybe my expectations were a little too high as I'm sure it sleeps much cooler than any memory foam mattress though I've never slept on one. All in all, we are happy with the purchase and will be keeping the matress.

I love my new mattress. It's made a huge difference in how long it takes me to fall asleep and wake up, and I'm less crabby in the morning (benefit for the whole family!). This is the best I've slept in years, and it was very affordable too. I use an adjustable frame, and mattresses for those can get so pricey. It's hard to believe that I got a mattress that works with my frame and is so wonderful for such a low price. I would definitely recommend the Purple mattress to anybody looking for a new mattress.

Not going to degrade this mattress because of my own personal opinion but I have not slept well on this mattress since it arrived at my home. Been sleeping on it for about 2 weeks and it is very uncomfortable. If I do actually fall asleep I wake up with numbness in my shoulders and arms. It does support lower back well but way to firm for a mattress that's filled with gel. Unfortunately I am sending it back .

Just like the title says...the BEST mattress I have ever slept on. I have back pain from injuries over the years, car wrecks, racecar wrecks, motorcycle wrecks, and besides those from doing stupid stuff to myself. Anything beyond 4-5 hours in bed and I was in pain. Needless to say I was not well rested. We replaced our mattress less than a year ago with a known name brand, could not stand it. We eagerly awaited the arrival of our Purple and have not been disappointed. From the first time I laid down on it...mind you it did feel different, I could really feel every part of me supported by the mattress.... I went to bed the first night with an aching back...woke up with NO back pain...NONE... I wanted to lay right back down in it. Now I can sit and read a book or watch TV in bed, couldn't do that before either. My wife loves to sit and read in bed, she loves the support too! Love it, Love it, Love it!!! Thank you Purple! My husband and I are enjoying our Purple mattress. It took a few weeks for me to be comfortable on the mattress. I was used to a much softer bed, and because of my lighter frame (135lbs), the purple bed was not as soft for me as it is for my husband (185lbs). The mattress is very supportive. Now that we are used to the purple mattress, both of us are quite comfortable on it. We plan on keeping it.

Well it's been about 3-4 months now and I'm still very happy about it . I'm not hot when sleeping. I don't sink in a lot . Just about perfect for me . I took a chance on this bed and surprisingly I do not regret it . I can't say that this bed will work for everyone but works for me . I'm happy. The only thing I see is that it seem a bit undersized for a platform bed if you favor one side there would be about a inch and a half of slats showing. So if you do it right covers will hide it .

I have suffered from several back injuries for ten years, and waking up in the mornings was the hardest part of my bed. I'm happy to say that with the Purple bed, I finally don't feel like I got hit by a train in the mornings! I've had super firm beds, soft beds, memory foam toppers, and tempurpedics (which actually hurt the most). The only thing thats been life changing is Purple! Thanks Purple!

I'm very happy so far. I can't wait for summer, this mattress sleeps pretty cool. It's winter in New England and I've had to wear socks so I'm hoping it still sleeps cool in the summer when it's wicked hot. Very comfortable, I was amazed that after the first night my lower back didn't ache the next morning. I didn't shuffle to the kitchen and wince while bending down to feed the cats and dog.

I will say I am very impressed with the Purple mattress. My old pillow top mattress was giving me joint pain and I couldn't get comfortable but since I have had this Purple mattress, I don't wake up with pain. I will say it does take getting used to but I believe any mattress you purchase does take time to adjust. I am extremely pleased so far with my purchase. I have noticed I am sleeping better and waking up with no pain is great! I do recommend this mattress.
