I've been struggling with a sore lower back for what feels like forever. We bought a tempurpedic several years ago at great expense thinking that would fix my problem. My wife loved it, but i didn't. After a few more years of me complaining we looked and found purple. What first drew me in was the clever and honest marketing. We bought it with my wife being reluctant to give up her comfort. It arrived neatly packaged for convenient transport, we set it up, slept and shazamm...she was in love again and my back felt immediately better. It's been several months now and I can say that I am a believer in the power of purple.

I've had several mattresses and even though I really like this one at first impression, it already seems to have depressions that won't retract after only 5 weeks usage. I only weight 210. I will probably be returning it. On another note, the purple pillow is absolutely worthless.

Prior to Purple, our mattress was really soft. My husband and i tossed and turned in our "sleep" (we weren't getting deep sleep) and felt like junk in the morning. The first time we laid on our Purple bed it felt firm with a little give. Within the first week, I felt more rested and began to dream again. Also, my body wasn't used to laying in proper alignment, but it adjusted! It's been about 2-3 weeks, and my body prefers the Purple bed. The mattress is lovely and well-made, but I found it's a little on the firm side for me. I'm a side-sleeper with wider hips and shoulders. The mattress actually felt great on my hips, but didn't have quite enough give under my shoulders. My husband, also a side sleeper, felt the same way. We returned the mattress after sleeping on it for three weeks. Customer service was superb, exceptionally helpful and efficient.

I have tried every firmness of mattress out there and also tried the memory foam tpye. The purple mattress is like sleeping on a giant marshmellow. I fall asleep, stay asleep, and wake up refreshed and ready to go. I also purchased the purple pillow. The combination works like a dream. (No pun intended)

Ordered my mattress. Was promised that it would ship within 3 days. It did not ship for several weeks. Every time i checked they told me a different day. Then was told i was getting a special upgrade which was actually just the same mattress with a new cover that they had switched to but they made me think i was getting something special for the long wait. Customer service was friendly but never actually answered any questions. Always felt like i was getting the run around. Didn't get my free bedding as a promotion for several weeks after the bed came. Bed is ok but certainly not worth all the trouble. Wouldn't do it again.

My order was processed immediately and a tracking number was provided and I appreciate that. The mattress is excellent and my body feels rested because of the unique support it offers. The only con is the huge thick purple plastic bag that the mattress was delivered in. Maybe the mattress can be rolled and tied up then inserted into a long cardboard box with a purple stripe on the outside for advertising. That plastic bag will be on the planet forever

Sleeping better than ever. Love the support. We don't wake each other when one of us moves in and out of the bed. We purchased a king bed for the first time and I feel like the center is more dense than either side. While I don't feel like I'm falling off the edge, I do sense a slight slope from the center to the edge. It does not interfere with my sleep!

I have loved the whole "Purple Experience." It quickly made it to my house, which was fantastic. The mattress was super easy to get up my stairs and into my bedroom. That made setup a breeze. Ever since I've made the switch, I've been more rested and couldn't be happier than with my choice to go Purple.

Was a fast delivery, easy to set up. It immediately relieved shoulder pain my old matress caused. Experienced pain in hips for first 2 weeks but disappeared. Husband was concerned it was not firm enough at first but is adjusting. We have couple of months to decide whether to keep or not. So far we are adjusting well & thinking this is good investment.
