I work pretty late most of the time, however, lately I have been going to bed at relatively normal hours simply because I'm so excited to crash on the Purple. It's hard to explain but after years of tossing and turning, I'm finally sleeping like a rock and it's wonderful. It's far easier to wake up in the morning and my wife sleeps with far less interruption too. What a treat!

I kept the mattress (Original Queen) for just over two months, hoping that it would get to be more comfortable. It did not. I tossed and turned every night on it; some mornings I woke up really sore and stiff. I am a side sleeper and felt no support for my pressure points and the motion transfer was non-existent (I could feel a 10 lb cat walking on the other side of my bed). When I contacted customer service to explain I might be returning it, I stated that the new purple 3 or 4 mattresses were too expensive for me. The rep told me that they have a "great exchange program" for anyone still within the trial period, I would just need to go visit a showroom. The way it was worded, it made me think they offer a deal for the more expensive mattress - other people I shared the email with thought that as well. So I went for an hour drive to Alpine to check it out. Turns out there is no "great exchange program." I would just have to pay for the more expensive mattress and they would coordinate the pick up/drop off. I felt it was really misleading since I had clearly stated I was not going to spend $2000+ on a mattress when I have already tried one from their company. When I shared this poor experience with customer service, I got a response that pretty much made it sound like the rep just wanted me to go there, I'd see the new purple mattress, and would decide to spend more money regardless of the price. Also, heads up about the 100 night sleep guarantee - you have to have your return process completed before the 100 nights are up. Per the return form: "In order to get your refund, this return must to be completed and a donation receipt emailed to us by the end of your 100 night trial." So don't think you can actually try out the mattress for 100 nights - if you do, and do not like it, you won't be able to return it.

The ordering was easy and Brett really did well to get the mattress here on time. This was a replacement mattress for our camper and we both noticed an improvement in sleep quality, comfort and pain reduction the first night. We both have had significant back injuries in the past, so attaining zero pain long term has never happened, but this mattress is AS comfortable, if not MORE comfortable than the memory foam, adjustable position bed at home. HIGHLY recommend Purple!

I heard about this crazy purple bed and saw all the adds, so I decided to click on one and read the reviews. They were all good, some said it took a few days to get use to, up to a week. I watched the video on it and decided to take the leap especially since they have the financing and the great warranty and 100 day buy back. I bought the OG purple for my daughter and the new purple for my husband and I. 1st of all, take the help when buying because setting up and dragging it through your house is AWFUL! These beds are very heavy and you will need help, lots of it. I regret not getting the white glove service set up. Anyway, there is a smell to them, so let them air out but oh my goodness, there is nothing like this mattress people! It's indescribable. I did not wake up the 1st night, not even to pee, I had drool on myself! Drool!! The coolness of the bed let me cuddle in blankets for the 1st time in forever. It's amazing in every way. No hip pain, knees clenching together, I melt into position and I don't move. My husband had about 5 nights of suffering to get use to it, just some back pain and stiffness but then it just hit him out of nowhere, and now he's perfect. He was one that it took some time on. We sleep so good, cool, comfortable. It's amazing and worth the pretty penny you spend. Sleep is important and it's a need. Enjoy!

I waited a super long time to receive my bed (almost 2 months!) and yes it is comfortable but definitely not the best mattress I've ever slept on. I was honestly disappointed in how long I had to wait for it but I will say it is pretty comfortable. If you're looking to experience 'the best night of sleep' this is likely not the mattress that will do it for you.

My husband and I were instantly impressed with everything about the purple mattress and your company! We went into the showroom to order the mattress, and everyone in there was SO kind and awesome! We even hugged when we left! The process was so easy, and the mattress was delivered sooner than we expected! My husband and I both love how it feels, and we have had the best sleep ever lately. Haven't had any sleeping issues or achey sleeping since we got the mattress. Every time friends come over, we always have them lay down on our bed to feel it! We are 200% happy with our Purple Mattress!

So far, it has been a most comfortable bed, much better than the all foam ones I was used to. My back already feels better in the morning, I used to wake up sore. My only issue is I sat at home all day on two separate days when it said my bed was supposed to arrive, both times it changed from "Arriving" to "Pending" and then no other information was given. Finally it arrived, 10 days after leaving on a random day. Glad I was able to get someone to go by and put it in my house

I have to say, I have tried a few different beds over the years and sofar this one wins! Being a Disabled Vet I have a lot of trouble sleeping and some serious back pain. The very first night we got this I eas able to sleep through the night and woke up able to put my shoes on. Best part is, this mattress sleeps COLD! Especially with the Purple sheets(which are also awesome). This mattress is firm yet soft has all the support needed without being rockhard. Overall both m3 and my wife feel more rested and have less back pain!

I was very sceptical when we got our bed in the mail and the first couple nights I slept like a baby and my husband didn't then after a couple nights he slept great and I didn't. After a full week we both were sleeping amazing and still are. Neither one of us wake up feeling sore or stiff. I actually sleep all the way through the night my husband does not get up as often ( he has a small bladder) and we don't toss and turn all night. I also never feel my husband get out of bed. The only thing bad I can say is we read alot on the bed and it claims to keep you cooler than a normal bed but we have not noticed a difference. This is an amazing bed!!!

My wife and I were both experiencing back and neck pain with our 8 year old king pillow top mattress. We were pretty excited by hr prospect of a mattress soft in the right places and firmer overall. We both are astonished how we are getting significantly better nights sleep and waking up back and neck pain free.
