This mattress is everything that was promised and more. My husband and I are so satisfied with the product, that we have made recommendations to friends and family. My husband has had some of the best nights sleep since it arrived. Our bed is our relaxing zone and having a mattress that is sturdy and doesn't sag after continued use is brilliant. The mattress is also a bit longer than our old pillow top, so all our pets can fit with us! No buyers remorse here, I would never go back to a normal mattress again!

Was due for a new Matress, bought purple. At night I sleep on it, and am able to fall asleep. Seems to be doing the job I bought it to do. Nothing really magnificent sticks out. It's a soft place to go to sleep...it's hard to say it's amaxing, since it's doing what I paid it to do...

We have gone through 5 mattresses this year: Serta, Leesa, Puffy, Casper, and finally Purple. With all the hype and ridiculous commercials I didn't have high hopes that it would live up to the expectation. But I couldn't get a consistent good nights sleep with any of the others so we decided to take a leap of faith. The first night, I knew we were on to something great. We've only had it a couple of weeks, but with the bed and new purple pillow I've woken up to no back or neck pain. The support is unimaginable. There is certainly an adjustment period, especially with the neck because of how much lower the pillow is than a regular one, but it is so worth it. I'm so glad they sent the free pillow, it's a game changer. You CAN feel the gel a little bit (when you first rest your head), so if you're really picky and particular about little things like that, I might not recommend the pillow. But the bed feels great.

Honestly, I can't decide how I feel about the purple mattress. I think that a lot of the problem is that my body has had a hard time adjusting to the bed. So I am still frequently waking up with back and neck pain in the morning, but that very well could be because my back has a lot of issues in general. I was surprised at how firm the mattress is. I frequently find myself wishing that it was a bit softer because I have noticed that my hips and shoulders get stiff throughout the night. But I have heard great things about the purple mattress, and I am definitely willing to stick it out to see if my body is the issue or if I just don't like it.

As for the mattress: We love it. It took me a week or so for my body to adjust. But my husband loved it the first night. Customer service : had a shipping issue ( ended up being my fault not theirs) and it was resolved with excellent customer service. My only complaint is that I had to sit on hold for almost an hour before I got through to them. But once I did they were very friendly and very helpful.

Quite honestly my husband and I got the mattress because we researched how it was engineered and we thought it was so cool! However we were so surprised at how comfortable it is. You don't realize you've had terrible sleep until you've tried this mattress and actually have great sleep!! I recommend it to everyone I know and if you're reading this u recommend to you too!! I used to be a stomach sleeper and the mattress and pillow have turned me into a back sleeper. Ps. It is SUPER quiet :)

This thing is incredible. I wont lie its a little funky to get used to the first couple days because it is in fact different than a normal mattress but that is literally the whole point. After having it for a while now I can never go back to anything else. I was dealing with some back pain from bicycling and racing and no kidding within weeks of having this thing all of that was gone. Well done purple, well done.

I've had the older version of the Purple mattress for over a month and very soon after I switched from a pillow top, my back stopped hurting. I don't even have a good reason for my back to hurt normally so that tells you something. I would rate this mattress a 6 out of 10 on the firmness scale, maybe that's what I needed. It's interesting that the mattress feels supportive in certain areas of the body and others you kind of sink in a little. (It's an overall great feeling, you should really try it) Looking forward to getting the pillow too and a seat cushion for work. Why not right?

Didn't take us any time to adjust to our new Purple mattress. We love it. We had bamboo sheets we used until our Purple sheets arrived. And they are"purple"!! It took a little bit to get use to the texture of the sheets, but now I like them. I would recommend a Purple mattress!

We tried the bed, didn't care for it. Just didn't work out for us, but might for other people. We followed the instructions & donated the bed to a local charity & sent the receipt/pickup record back to Purple. They were very responsive to my emails & issued our refund very quickly (in about 3 days). So, ,they get the 5 stars for very good customer service & for staying true to their word about getting or money back.
