This bed is so comfy! I've never had a new mattress before so I was not sure how much difference it would make compared to my mattress that I've had since I was in high school ( I'm 23 now ). It has instantly changed the way I sleep and it only took me about a week for my body to adjust ! I honestly could not get over how comfy it is and how much of a difference this bed has made . I will love this mattress until it wears out and will buy another one when that happens which I don't think will happen soon . Thanks for a great product!

Mattress is comfortable but too thin to move around in. I'm a heavy set guy 330lbs and every time I move around the mattress I hit the box spring. Like an under inflated air mattress. Make the Mattress THICKER and you guys will really have something here. Sleep 5 Mobility 2 Sex Rating 0

I absolutely love the Purple mattress. I get a great night's sleep every night. I previously suffered from hip and leg pain and numbing during the night with my old mattress. From the first night on the Purple mattress, I have not experienced any pain or numbness. I even spend some waking hours on my bed now, because it is the most comfortable furniture in my home. The mattress was easy to unpack and put onto my bed frame. I make all my friends try it out when they come over to my house.

I didn't realize how good our purple mattress was until we stayed at the Hyatt this weekend. At the hotel, my husband woke me every time he turned over yet he does not at home on our purple mattress. I am a stomach and side sleeper and my husband is a back and side sleeper. It works great for us both.

I could definitely see how someone that doesn't weigh much could be uncomfortable at first, it takes awhile to break in. But it is so so so comfortable. I fall asleep way faster now and I sleep much much better. Even if I wake up in the middle of the night and fall back asleep, I still sleep well enough to not feel that tired. I love this bed. Now onto the bad. The overall experience is awful. The instructions for setting up the bed platform and the bed were both very confusing and also incorrect. It took a very long time for the bed to be shipped here, and the same thing happened when I got the sheets. However, customer service was very nice and sent me a seat cushion to make up for the time. So, my overall experience with the company has been lukewarm to positive, but their products are great.

After conducting some thorough research on several mattresses, I narrowed my decision down to either the Purple or Casper. I was on a budget and looked at all the online reviews and comparisons with other mattresses. I have always liked the feel of memory foam, but as I get older, I am sleeping too hot. Honestly, the first few nights I slept on it, I was not very comfortable; however, I have had my mattress for about two months now, and I am sleeping through the night and, most importantly, not sleeping hot as I was previously. The material in the Purple mattress is unique...it is not coils, and it is not memory foam, so it took me a week to get used to the different feel of the mattress, so customers need to give their Purple mattress the recommended month before judging it. I am happy with the Purple now as it has adjusted to my body type; however, I am also comfortable with the 100 day trial return policy in case it does not work out in the long-term. The only reason I am giving the Purple a Good instead of an Excellent is because I want to see how it holds up after sleeping on it for 100 days, and I am thinking of purchasing the powerbase, so want to get the full effects of the mattress. I do want to note that I also bought the sheets and they are fabulous!!

We recently replaced our Purple mattress through the warranty program and could not have had a better experience! I called the 1-800 number and spoke to a customer service rep who asked a few simple questions about our issues and immediately opened a ticket. We then emailed some photos over, on a SATURDAY and received an almost instant response back, stating our new mattress was being shipped out and to watch for tracking information. The return of our old mattress was just as easy. We love our Purple mattress but I'm so relieved and pleased with the warranty process overall. We won't be needing a new mattress for a long time yet but when we do- we'll be repeat customers.

We got repeated defective mattresses (twice) and I have spent significant time with returns and communicating with people over e-mail. You even delivered another mattress that I did not want and it needed to be moved from in front of my garage and sat there in my driveway for days. Still working on getting my money back after a painful experience. This is a very poorly run business.

My back still hurts a lot during my sleep, I have herniated disks, thought the mattress was going to help but not at all. It's been almost a month since we bought it so we're gonna give it more time. I do think it's better to have a no metal springs mattress.
