The standard mattress is as marketed - excellent comfort! I am a retired physical therapist and have spent my career discussing sleep positions with my patients as well as pillow and mattress selections. I wish I could promote this mattress with my past patients. It keeps the spine in perfect alignment- and in any position. (It is my hope that is doesn't sag with time) I would also love to try a purple pillow.

Got the split king mattresses and the power base. Love them! Sleeps much cooler than my temperpedic. The power base is awesome! Only drawback is the gap in the middle of the two twin mattresses. Sometimes the bases move apart a little. Just ordered a bar to hold them together. Hopefully that helps. But I love that they are independently adjustable so it's just the price we have to pay.

Bought the original Purple king size. Very comfortable until it collapsed where we sleep by the 12-month mark. At 18 months we gave up and bought a Purple 2. I have never experienced back pain this consistent and intense. It's going back and I'll never buy a Purple again.

When I first got the bed, it did not come packaged like the way you see in review videos, or on their website. It was insanely difficult to open. There was an intense chemical smell that lingered for a week. I couldn't sleep on the mattress for days, because I had to air the thing out. The bed is very comfy. I am feeling a dip in the middle of the bed. I'm assuming I'll get a response to "buy our sheets!" Because my sheets are too tight, or something, and that's causing the dip. Anyway, it's really comfortable. Not sure if recommend it to anyone, but I'm not unhappy with my purchase.

I'm completely obsessed and don't think I could ever go back to a "traditional" mattress. It's soft enough for me, yet firm enough for my fiancé. Anytime someone sits on it they ask me where I got my mattress from! I was nervous to buy it without trying it but their return policy is so great I took the risk and now I'm their biggest fan!

I decided to take a chance and try the Purple mattress sight unseen and it didn't disappoint! I'm mostly a side sleeper but will sleep on my back sometimes, too. I love the way it cradles my body but doesn't feel too soft and supports my lower back when laying flat. I've already recommended it to several people looking for a new mattress! You guys are the best!

I'm 6ft 310# so I was a bit hesitant because I could only find reviews for the original matress. But I took the plunge. I previously had an inner spring that sagged under my weight. But the difference in this matress (New Purple 2.0) is so amazing. After the first night, I couldn't wait to get home to sleep on my matress. It's firm, but gives slightly to relieve pressure points for a predominantly side sleeper. The second or third sleep, I woke up and was amazed to have no back pain. If I could, I would take it with me on trips.

The mattress seems to as discribed but after numerous calls to the cue and supposedly my place was held and a return call will have, I'm well past my 30 days stick with the mattress with no customer support, no tech support, no information, no return call or email, but you do get what Is advertised, delivery was quick and set up was mostly easy. Not sure I would buy again or refer someone to buy it.

I have degenerative disk disease, and have had issues with a LOT of mattresses, even the "amazing" TempurPedic. Purple has been hands-down, the best mattress I've ever had! My wife and I sleep close together most nights, but purple really distributes the weight well and it isn't sagging like many other mattresses do (even after 6 months). Very good mattress!

I have enjoyed sleeping on this bed. The unique top of this bed does indeed regulate temperature as advertised. But, it uncannily seems to get right into that goldilocks spot for temp (not too hot, not too cold). Which I don't understand how it accomplishes that, but am delighted with it. I'd recommend the sheets too.
