The good news is that Purple replaced our mattress for free and did this will no hassle at all, so the customer service is aces. The not so good news is that the replacement did not solve anything. I think they replaced the old Purple with another old Purple and not the Purple 2. I am not positive that the 2 would resolve our issues, but I know the Purple 1 did nothing for us. We still have issues with pain in our shoulders and hips. This has not changed at all and now we are thinking we will need to buy a new mattress

My daughter (14 years) suggested we try this mattress after seeing advertised on YouTube. We had just moved and were in need of mattresses. I had no reason not to try. We ordered two of them (for both of my kids). The ordering process was simple. The delivery was way faster than expected. Both of my girls LOVE their beds. My younger daughter has struggled with neck pain for over a year. She has been pain free after sleeping on this mattress and pillow for about a week. I have no complaints and would order again.

It is worth it to spend the money and get a nice comfortable bed, it really makes a difference. No matter how stressed out my day is I know as soon as I hit the bed I will sleep soundly and wake up refreshed! I am a side sleeper ad this is the first bed I have every had where I don't get those pain points in my hip and shoulder from laying on my side. We spend so many hours in bed and we NEED sleep and I think everyone NEEDS this bed, Thank you Purple!!!

Wow...I'm 66 years young now that i sleep on Purple. For a few years I've been running half and full marathons. Living in Florida training starts at 5 a.m. the coolest time of the day and for meany other reasons. Recovery on this new type of bed is Fantastic. No more joint (or a lot less) soreness in my joints and muscles. Now i enjoy my ability to move (run/train) further! Thank you!! ElwinB. Fl. USA

I was skeptical at first, I thought what have I got to lose, just sleep right? I didn't just see results after a few days...I saw results after the FIRST NIGHT. I actually slept and woke up with no pain in my lower back and hips. I didn't realize how badly I had been sleeping until I got this mattress. My boss said she even noticed how rested I was the next day, night and day difference. I love waking up every morning without pain. Now that I have my bed and love it and keeping it, I plan to purchase the power base and see how much better it can be.

I have been getting the best sleep ever since we got our new Purple mattress, platform and purple pillow. I used to wake up with an achy back and now that my body stays in perfect alignment, I wake up feeling good and rested. I wish I hadn't waited so long to buy. I would definitely recommend this mattress.

I purchased this mattress because I was having trouble sleeping after my back surgery. I would wake up in the morning with back and leg pain but after sleeping on this mattress the pain had diminished significantly. I would recommend this mattress to anyone having issues with back and leg pain.

Mattress is fine. No major issues so far. But ... don't forget to see the fine print on everything else. You really can't return anything else (even if you order it by mistake). I ordered a queen mattress, queen frame, queen sheets but accidentally got the twin mattress protector. Purple's response Tough luck. Give it away (because you paid for it).

This is an amazing bed. I can sleep on my side even when my bursitis flares up. The bed doesn't put pressure on my shoulders when I lay on my side or my upper back when I lay on my back. It sleeps comfortably cool. I could go on and on. It's just awesome I also got a purple pillow. It is too thin for me to lay on my side. After much trial and error, l discovered that if I fold a towel and put it underneath I can comfortably sleep on my back and my side. Now I love this pillow. It's just as amazing as the bed. The only downside is how thin it is.

In the short time that I've slept on this mattress I've noticed that it's already starting to break down where I sleep every night. I am not a huge person. (200 pounds). I thought for a while it was my imagination but last night, I purposefully rolled all the way over to the other side of the bed and slept there all night. It was a huge difference and I could literally feel the broken down side of the mattress drawing my body over to the side where I normally sleep. I don't think this mattress is going to last much more than a year or two. Very very disappointed.
