We switched from a 15 year old Sleep Number to a Purple a few weeks ago. From the very first morning after my husband wasn't limping when he got out of bed in the morning! Neither of us are achy and sore when we get up. And its wonderful not to even be able to feel when one of us gets up or changes position!

The Purple Mattress is wonderful! For those of you solely depending on reviews in order to make a decision please remember something; your sleep experience does not solely rest on the hard work of a mattress company. If you live a healthy lifestyle with good diet and exercise I am confident that the Purple Mattress will provide a perfect sleep environment. I love mine and I am horribly unhealthy. Surprise.

The first 30 days I loved this mattress, now I wish I would have never purchased. As with all mattresses I have purchased in the last 2 years trying to find a comfortable one once my body got used to it it becomes horrible. I wake up feeling unrested and tired. My back hurts so bad I can barely stand. All of these companies need to figure it out.

I considered using the money as down for a big mattress store, however the 100 night trial is what made the wife and I decide to give it a go. Our old mattress wasn't memory foam of any type, we had been wanting to try one. So basically if your considering it just do it, helped with my back pain and you don't wake your partner when getting up. The frame they sell is so minimal as well I love it! Straight metal frame sits high which I detest low laying beds like a noble to peasants. All in all just Shia LaBeouf it.

Caution, this bed and all it's accessories will have you staring at the clock wishing the time away until you can crawl into it's embrace once more. I remind my mattress that I will be back as soon as possible so it will not be lonesome while I must do vertical activities. When I need to walk into my bedroom during the day, I smile at my bed, "soon, bed, soon". I sleep with only the one 7.5 inch pillow and have had the best sleep of my life. Thank you, Purple. You've created bliss for the bedroom! Also, my husband snored a little louder for about a week, and now he hardly wakes me up! You're not sleeping right if it's not on a Purple.

I bought two mattresses and frames. Easy to assemble and super comfortable. Got free sheets and they are so soft. Customer service and online chat were very helpful and knowledgeable of Purple. They sent eye masks to sleep with but I'm using them as my face masks during this pandemic!!

The mattress is just as advertised. It's very comfortable, you wake up with very little to no back pain, and you sleep better. My husband and I chose this mattress because we both had back pain every morning when we woke up, and now we no longer do. When we purchased the mattress, I was 6 weeks pregnant, and I am now 15 weeks along and I am SO glad we choose this mattress! My back thanks me. I would most certainly recommend to anyone and everyone.

We've been sleeping on purple for 3 nights. We still have the same pains we had with our other mattress. We were hoping for a miracle. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. I'll give it a couple of weeks, but as if today, it's being returned.

As a previous owner of a Tempurpedic mattress, I have been trying to survive on hubby's waterbed for 5 years. He loved his waterbed so much, that I gave in and put a memory foam topper on my side. This helped somewhat - but not totally and made for very hot sleeping for me. I wanted to buy a new Tempurpedic mattress, but the waterbed is King size, which put that purchase out of reach. I saw ads for Purple online, became curious and began reading reviews and watching reviews on Youtube. I was not only impressed with the reviews and pricing, but also the generous home trial period. So, I ordered a King Size Purple mattress. There was a 2 week lead time, but I could live for another 2 weeks on the waterbed if I had to. Then, one morning as I was changing sheets on the waterbed I discovered a leak. As I lifted one corner of the mattress to put the clean sheets on, a mattress seam gave way and water begin pouring out. Blessing and curse at the same time! Blessing because this would guarantee I would never have to sleep on it again and curse because now we still had days to wait for the Purple mattress. Here's where Purple's OVER THE TOP customer service comes into play! I sent an email to customer service, explained our situation and all I requested was the status on our mattress shipping date. I received an IMMEDIATE reply - which was great - but what followed was more than I expected. Customer service pushed my order to the front of the line and expedited the shipping! WHAT??? REALLY???? SERIOUSLY????? Who does that???? The Purple mattress arrived a couple days later and we couldn't wait to try it out. I am sleeping comfortably and COOL - which is important for us Boomer ladies suffering our way through menopause. My hips and shoulders no longer ache all night long. And, Hubby - who had a 23 year relationship with his beloved waterbed - discovered the morning following the very first night on the Purple mattress that his aches and pains had vanished. (insert eyeball rolling from me here) We have been sleeping on Purple for exactly 1 month. So far we both love it and I cant imagine our opinions will change. But, its reassuring to know that if for some reason in the future the mattress fails, we can still rely on THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THIS PLANET to help us out. Thank you Purple for coming to my rescue, and thank you for your customer service people who understand the true meaning of "customer service" - you all are my heroes!

I have suffered from night terrors most of my adult life. Recently even with medication the events were frequent. This mattress has completely eliminated my night terror episodes and I feel safe in my own bed again. The purple mattress has allowed me to fall asleep without fear of hurting myself and without nightly medication. I can't thank you enough. Also my daughter loves the squishy. :-)
