I purchased this for my daughter who was experiencing back pain when sleeping on her own mattress...would find her asleep on the couch more often than in her bed. After purchasing her Purple mattress she has no more back pain and no more sleeping on the couch.

My wife and I are 300+ pound people and I'm thinking we bought way to firm a mattress. She has done nothing but complain, vehemently, every day since we received the mattress and started sleeping on it (about 21 nights). The purchase was her idea. Me, I have chronic back issues that forces me to sleep with a memory foam wedge system. So all I need is a bed that is comfortable for my tosh. Mom sleeps on her stomach and side (mostly stomach) and obviously I'm in a seated position (zero gravity position). So, unless we can get a more comfortable purple bed, we're going to end up having to go shopping again. Just don't want to spend a small fortune, but may get forced into it. The pillows are great, in my books, but she's not a fan of those either because they are too thin. Works for me though. I get to sleep with both of them, if I choose.

I sleep hot, volcanically hot. After years of ruining mattresses with sweat stains the size of alaska, its really nice to FINALLY sleep on a bed that doesnt cook me while i sleep. The grid dissipates heat like a champion, it works like a big heat sync or cooling fins for you Porsche/VW air cooled weirdos out there. As for the support, it cradles my soft spots and supports the hard ones. After 3 nights my upper back problems finally started to go away. It just kinda floats you on top like a big hyperelastic polymer cloud. 10/10 would reccomend to anyone looking for a new mattress

My wife and both have back issues. I was born with spina bifida and finding a good way to sleep is a chore. Purple at first seemed uncomfortable, but after the 3rd night I realized my back was straightening out. By the second week, all night sleep! That hasn't happened in years. This replaced a Sleep Number bed, by the way. Highly recommend.

After struggling for the past year with neck and shoulder pain I finally decided to take a chance on a new bed. I also bought the purple power base and purple pillow. I worried about buyer's remorse but there is no remorse here! I no longer wake up with numbness or pain in my shoulders and neck. The anti-snore position has saved my breathing and allowed me to sleep on my back for the first time in a long time! I can comfortably switch from side or back sleep without the aid of 5 + pillows. Purple bed is a sleep saver and pillow saver!

My husband and I could not handle the mattress we had for the last five years that I had for a few years before! We were waking up with continuous lower and upper back pain and that is not helpful during our work day as teachers. Buying our Purple mattress was the best use of our money! I have never fallen asleep as fast as I do on our purple mattress. My husband was surprised that he couldn't feel me get out of bed the other night and now we wake up with little to no back pain. We are happy with our purchase and hope our mattress can last us for a good amount of years.

My wife and i are sleeping better on purple. The previous mattress was a piece of junk! I hope purple will last us past their warranty period. We are using just the regular cheap mattress cover and it is still comfortable enough for us. Honestly in our opinion there wasn't much of a difference of softness or firmness after putting on the cheap mattress cover. So for those who think they need to get the super stretchy mattress cover, don't buy it off the back. Try it out without it first.

I ordered a Purple mattress. It only took about ten days to receive it. The packaging was very easy to handle, and the whole process was so simple. However, for my personal taste, the mattress was just too firm. At that point I emailed Purple about returning it, and might I say your customer service is unequalled. My initial letter stating that Purple just wasn't going to work for me was answered immediately with a very cordial letter stating how to initiate the return. I took care of the steps and the next day received another email stating my account would be credited within 3-5 business days, and two days later I had my money back. The next day I received the nicest email stating your company appreciated that I tried the mattress even though It didn't work for me. Great product. Unbelievable service. I would, and have, recommended it to anyone looking for a great nights sleep.

I love Purple. I like a little bit firmer mattress and the Purple Plus was just what I needed. It only took a few days for my body to adjust. I fall asleep so quickly now that I don't even have time to read my book. I look forward to many years of loving my bed!

We've had our Purple mattress for several weeks and it's every bit as good as your awesome commercials promise. We've tried various mattresses, including memory foam, which we now think of as "bad memory foam." No more waking up in a sweat at 3am. Shoulders don't hurt all day. We got one Purple pillow to test and now we're fighting over it while we wait for the second one to arrive. Thank you, Purple!!
