Awesome product, I'm 6'4 265lb sports performance athlete and director. Recovery is very important and I sleep like a baby on this every night. I get plenty of support and I love that it sleeps cool. My next purchase will definitely be purple sheets!

I purchased this for my wife who was having trouble with her mattress being too hot. From the very first night, that issue was resolved and she's sleeping great. We bought the basic model and it's been great. We've had it for 3 weeks now and absolutely no complaints.

I had problems with my arms falling asleep and lower back pains while sleeping. I would wake up and feel horrible. It took a couple days to get used to the purple mattress, but I feel great. No pain In my back, shoulders and arms feel good. I Sleep like I should now

Overall good and much better than the ancient mattress I had before. I have a bad back and this mattress has been very helpful with that. The only thing I can complain about is that sometimes when I lie on my back for long periods of time, it applies a little too much pressure to the middle of my back and it gets stiff. Of course I haven't been able to see a chiropractor as often as I should with the pandemic, so that could be as much to blame for the stiffness. In general it's been very good though and I'd recommend it.

I purchased the original purple mattress because my old mattress hurt my back. The original purple mattress took about 3 weeks to break in, now my back pain has mostly went away.Overall the mattress is comfortable and has alleviated a lot of my back pain. I bought a full size mattress and believe the price for an original purple full size mattress is a bit over priced.

I suffer from back pain, so it took me a while to decide which direction to go when buying my mattress. I did my research, and I went for purple. This is my first Purple mattress and I have to say that my lower back ache has definitely improve, I can feel the support that it provides to my body. I'm really happy with the purchase. Side note, I know that the mattress will not heal my lower back condition but I also know for a fact too, that it has improve my quality of life.

As much as I really wanted Purple to be the right mattress for me, unfortunately it did not provide the support that my body needed. I'm a back and stomach sleeper and I started to get severe neck, shoulder, and back pain after the 3rd night of sleeping on it. I thought maybe my body needed time to adjust to it but the more I slept on it, the more pain I was in. It also ran hot for me - not cool at all. I woke up many nights drenched in sweat. Also, the corners cave in when you put regular sheets on the mattress. I eventually returned the mattress after using it for a 3 weeks (technically had it for a month since it took a week for pick up). The representative I spoke with on the phone to start the return process was not very informative and seemed annoyed that I was asking questions. He just told me to answer the questions on the email that they'll send me and go from there. It would have been nice for him to provide the information verbally just in case I were to misread certain areas. I just wanted to make sure I got all the information since I already had him on the phone. The return process took about two and a half weeks. I choose the option for Purple to help me on finding a donation center for the mattress and they directed me to Sharetown. I got an initial email from Sharetown and then a text from the person picking it up a couple days after. I would have preferred that they provided a name and number of that person picking up the mattress in the email because it seemed a little sketchy at first because he just texted me. Eventually, the person from Sharetown came and took the mattress. He suggests not moving the mattress because it's easier for them to pack and less risks of it getting damaged. Only one guy came and took the mattress. I was so impressed!! He did everything within 30 minutes. I submitted the receipt as soon as Sharetown took it. I received a confirmation for my return the next day. Be advised, they do mention that the return takes a few days to show up in the bank, but after waiting 7 DAYS, I received an email from Purple summarizing my full return but still no money back on my card. It took a week and a half for me to see my money back in my account so keep that in mind.

After having back pain for months, and wondering how I was going to make it through the day, I just took the plunge and I don't regret it one bit. I would highly recommend this product to everyone. It even came with a FREE seat cushion, which is equally great on my back and tailbone (that I injured 20 years ago). I LOVE my PURPLE mattress!!

I was reluctant to try a non-spring mattress for years. This is the first time I did, and I'm so glad I waited for Purple. I had spent six weeks with incredibly painful back spasms that required steroid injections and lots of Doctor and chiropractor visits. Getting out of bed was the most painful part of my day. Now I'm sleeping comfortably and have been able to resume my active lifestyle. I love the delicate support Purple provides and will be buying more mattresses for the rest of the beds in my home. Never going back to springs again. I'm a Purple girl.

We debated the mattress in a box idea for a very long time before finally committing. We were pretty convinced there was no way it could be as comfortable as the reviews and advertisements claimed. After reaching our breaking point with our old mattress and fully doing our research, we chose the Original Purple. Prepared I would likely have to return it during the trial period at some point, I can say we are EXTRA delighted that we have not had one bad night's sleep since we bought it! My husband and I honestly LOVE it and will definitely be keeping it!
