I can't believe we waited this long to get a new mattress, but I'm SO thrilled we bought from Purple. It really is unlike any other mattress I've slept on. Even sleeping on my stomach, I feel supported. I used to be in the camp of "layer the mattress with as much pillow top as possible", but I've been converted! Purple was definitely a bit firm at first getting used to it, but I've since found it to be perfect, and my pillow top days are behind me. I also appreciate the shipping process, especially during crazy pandemic times. My one tiny tiny little mention though, is the mattress packaging. A letter opener tool was included in our shipment to help open up the mattress, and we ended up ripping through the top fabric of the mattress. Must have been user error from all of the excitement!

Have had the mattress for a few weeks now and from day 1 it has been great. Wife has had no issues with discomfort. At 6'5" and 230 lbs. I have found that I can easily sleep in any position, comfortably. Previous mattress allowed only left side sleep and then would experience pressure points that would not allow a deep sleep. Sleep now is deep without the tossing and turning as before so the feeling of a complete nights slumber has made me well rested and more energetic and at 63 I need all of that I can get. This is the first mattress of this type that we have ever used and will not try any other. Purple from now on.

We've had our Purple Mattress for a couple of weeks now, and I'm still not loving it. I had to start by buying all new pillows, because the pillows I've used for years on various mattresses were now not tall enough. I also wake up sore or with my arms or legs asleep more nights/mornings than not. The mattress is very soft - at least for a couple inches before you hit the depth of the rubber. The smell DID air out after a couple of days with the windows open/fans on. Until that point, expect your room and anything that touches the mattress to smell like sour milk! I was initially also disappointed that, though they were running the ads everywhere, we could not add a free mattress protector to our order. However, I don't think we'll end up keeping the mattress, so it really doesn't matter now. I *am* very interested to see how a return works, since the mattress is SO heavy and unwieldy!

All I can say is that it's a good thing that the mattress has a 10 year warranty. after about 2-3 years, our purple 1 already started to break down and sag in areas on the mattress. This caused me to lay unevenly on the mattress and is giving me all sorts of back pain which totally negated entire reason of purchasing this mattress in the first place. After sending pictures and answering questions I finally get a new mattress sent, but since the pick up service they use did not service my area I now have to take steps on my own for the removal of the old king size mattress. Which I will have to pay for. I'm disappointed with this purchase, and pretty much everything else that has happened afterward.

Been using the King Size Purple Mattress for about two weeks now, and already sleeping better and not waking up with any muscle aches and pains. I have minor back issues that I have been dealing with for a long time, that has subsided from my recent Purple Mattress nights. The setup of the Foundation and Mattress were really easy and quick. I also have to mention the Bamboo Sheets that are amazing. Thank You SO much for the Amazing Products.

I have been having a lot of back problems recently and I've been looking at ways to help with the pain. When my chiropractor said he owns a Purple mattress, I knew I had to have one. This is the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. It took a few nights to get used to, but now I am so glad I bought one. You would never know that this mattress was shipped to me in a bag.

I fall asleep, and I do not wake up during the night. It is difficult to wake up in the morning since I am very comfortable in my bed. Just like the platform base, The Purple Mattress does not make any noise whatsoever. It is firm, yet soft and comfortable.

Like many, I was skeptical about buying a mattress online. I prefer to see and touch products before I spend my money. However, I'm glad I took a chance. I've had my Purple mattress for 30 days now and I feel the difference. I'm much more rested, no morning backache and my snoring has stopped. I fall asleep and don't toss and turn all night. The cost of the Purple mattress may scare some people away, but with the 100 night trial it's a no lose proposition. This is, in my opinion, the best way to sleep.

This mattress was one of the first big purchases I made when I moved into my own apartment. For years, I'd been sleeping on a crappy twin bed and then "upgraded" to a double that my dog had eaten a giant hole in. Needless to say, I was in desperate need of a new mattress. But I didn't want just any mattress. I wanted to make sure I did my research and picked the best mattress for me -- I mostly sleep on my stomach/side and wanted something that wasn't too soft or too firm. Also, I live in a city so the idea of shopping for a mattress online and getting it delivered right to my door was a dream come true. Purple consistently came up as the highest rated mattress, and when I was finally ready to make my purchase I had peace of mind knowing I could return it (for free!) in 100 days if I didn't like it. BUT THAT WAS NOT THE CASE. I LOVE this mattress. It was money well spent and something I would recommend to anyone looking to invest in a new mattress. It definitely gets some getting used to and doesn't feel like any mattress I've slept on before, but now, it feels like sleeping in a giant, supportive hug. It's like if your mom became a mattress, and she's perfect. 11/10 would recommend.

I LOVE it !!!! Before Purple , I would roll all night. I guess that is a good way to burn calories , but very stiff in the morning. Now I can fall asleep and wake up in the same spot. I don`t roll because I have no pressure points. I keep our room very cold. It stays at your room temp. I did put a thin mattress pad with the heat on low on it. I turn it off when I go to bed. I really do love it !
