This mattress is extremely soft and squishy. I thought it was going to be much more firm. My chiropractor referred me to the sleep number mattress system. I think I would like to make a return so I can get my money back and purchase that system instead.

the first night sleeping on the mattress was absolutely horrible not even going to lie. i had slept on such a bad mattress for so long i had became so used to that one. but the second night and so forth have been pretty amazing and i have been sleeping really good now that i've gotten used to it. one night of bad sleep was well worth endless nights of good sleep now. The mattress came in less then a week from when i placed my order along with other items i had bought for the mattress. pretty happy with everything so far and how fast it came. thanks purple!

I bought this for my 7 year old daughter since I also have a Purple 4 Hybrid mattress and she wanted one that was like mine. I think the purple layer is a little slim for an adult but for someone thin or small it is great. Almost got the kids mattress but decided to just spend the extra to get one that she won't outgrow as easily. She loves it.

It has only been a couple of weeks since we set our Purple mattress up, however, so far so good. No issues and sleeping like a baby. We got this Purple mattress to replace our Tuft & Needle mattress. I am praying that after a couple of months when are body adjusts to this mattress we are still sleeping like a baby!

Love the bed. Best one I have ever had to sleep on. But the company that you that delivered the mattress didn't use the proper equipment to offload it. They had drag it in the dirt and up to the front door. Doing so cut open the bag and dirty the packing around the mattress. Didn't harm the mattress because of how well you all packaged it. Over then that I'm glad I bought this mattress.

The pillow was comfortable at first but after a few nights rest, I realized that it wouldn't work for my needs. It was simply too thin and wy neck had soreness at the top of my neck/ lower part of the back of my head. I really wanted it to work as I just purchased the matresss and have been very happy with that. But the pillow is simply too thin.

I read a lot of reviews and was so excited to get my purple mattress. The mattress came and unpacking was a NIGHTMARE. It comes in a big plastic bag, then the mattress is wrapped in plastic inside the plastic bag so slidding it out was going to be impossible. I finally decided to get a knife and cut it out , once I did the instructions and a cutting tool were found inside at the opposite end you unzip he bag. So someone please tell how this is helpful ?! Moving on. After fighting with my king size mattress for hours and finally getting it set up I opened my pillows and omg they stink! BAD. After washing them several times and leaving them outside for days they are finally ok to sleep on. My overal sleeping experience was great. The mattress for me is not thick enough, I'm 5' tall and weigh 120lb and then I sit on my bed I can feel the railing underneath my mattress ( I bought the metal frame too- which btw came bent and all the pieces don't fit together properly and it makes horrible squeaking noises & I can't get anyone to replace it) especially on the edges ! I can only imagine how someone around 200 would smash the mattress down while in a sitting position. I will say however my back and neck feel better after sleeping on it for months . It is a cold mattress.. you kinda feel like you are sleeping on rubber. I'm going to buy flannel sheets for the winter . Another complaint I have is the pillows leave deeep lines in your face when sleeping - you wake up looking 70. It deff needs to be covered in something to prevent this. I doubled up a blanket and put over mine because it was messing up my skin.

I purchased the Queen sized Purple 4 mattress, and it is seriously life changing!! It is so supportive and comfortable, I don't wake up in a sweat anymore, I'm sleeping through the night, and I don't feel achy when I wake up. If you are on the fence like I was about buying a Purple mattress, trust me when I say to go for it and treat yourself!! Best decision I made. I love Purple.

The bed is really comfortable to sleep on and I no longer wake up in the morning with a stiff back. Putting the platform together was easy and the directions were easy to follow. Unpacking the bed itself was more difficult and better directions (or a link to better directions on the packaging) would have been nice. My only dislike is the lack of edge support on the bed. If you sit on the edge to put on your clothes, it sinks a lot more than I'm used to. Similarly, if I actually sit on the bed rather than lie on it, I sink in much more, it is like a waterbed rather than an innerspring bed that I am used to. In all, I'm very happy with the bed.

We love our purple mattress! There is a faint odor at first but it goes away quickly. Month one three and four have been fabulous. Month two was a bit rough--the bones in my lower back had to get used to actually being supported. As my muscles finally relaxed, the bones shifted and I did have pain for about four weeks. Totally worth it for the wonderful three months and counting that have been full of great sleep! This mattress is superior to any other we have tried. Thanks Purple!
