I'm resting on the bed, its comfortable but I still can't get the feeling that I'm sleeping on a camping tent as the bed feels 'Rubbery' like a mix of water bed and air mattress. I wouldn't recommend it to people specially how expensive it is but I already bought it so I might as well try to get used to it, maybe I'll enjoy camping more now. I'm usually a stomach sleeper, not any more the feeling of rubber on your face is weird, so now I'm forcing my self to sleep on my back. Also don't buy the pillows, they're 40lbs and every morning i have to put the cushion back in place as it slides through the night, i actually hurt my shoulder in the middle of the night trying to move it out of the way at an awkward angle, its like dragging a dun bell.

We were a bit outside of our comfort zone in ordering a mattress online. A week befor we had shopped in a national retail store and had found a few mattresses from the major brands that felt pretty good. But as you know, lying on them in the show room is so very different than actually sleeping on it in your own home. The cost of their mattresses caused a bit of sticker shock. Afterwards, we felt that it was worth trying so we took Purple at their word with the 100 night trial, and ordered. We felt that we had nothing to lose. It arrived a few weeks later, and to date we have no regrets and feel really good about giving Purple a try. It is as comfortable as everyone says, and it feels so different than everything else we had experienced. In the end we got a wonderful mattress for something like 1/2 what we were looking at paying for one of the main brand's offerings.

I love my mattress so much. It is incredibly comfortable. I added the mattress protector, the sheets and one of each of the two pillows and love them all. The sheets are unlike anything I have ever touched, and the pillows are like clouds. I am a hot sleeper and the mattress doesn't retain too much heat either which is incredible. Very glad I pulled the trigger and treated myself to Purple.

I share this bed with my wife. We mostly got it for her since she had trouble with our previous mattress, and it's helped her significantly. In my case, the very first time I laid down, I remember the sensation of my calves feeling at ease. To give an analogy, it's like the difference between doing water aerobics, which feels good on the joints, versus running on the hard pavement and having your joints taking a pounding. We've been very satisfied during our first two weeks so far with our new Purple mattress.

Our purple mattress was an upgrade from a much cheaper mattress. Comparatively it is much more comfortable. It sleeps much cooler than our other mattress so if you like your bed toasty you might throw on an extra blanket. But overall we are loving our new mattress.

My 17 year old son needed a new mattress about the time Covid hit. We waited as long as we could, but he really started to suffer with lower back pain. I had already done research on brick and mortar mattresses and SHOCKED to find they ALL SUCK these days. So I spent an entire week doing online research and watching videos... and "versus" videos, comparing mattresses head to head, feature to feature. I finally decided on PURPLE. These reviews were the deciding factor. All the reviews are over the top, which now leads me to believe a vast majority are not real. Add to that PURPLE pushed us to review the mattress after just one week. Who can give an honest review after a week? My son was in a great deal if pain the first week. When I contacted PURPLE'S "sleep expert", I only got another person on chat telling me how great theur mattress was. They showed ZERO concern for the well-being of my son. I ended up on the couch and he slept in my bed until his back was better, and then alternated sleeping on the PURPLE. He now says the most comfortable sleeping position is on his stomach. He says it's now better than his old mattresses, but that's all I can get out of him. Our 100 days is almost up and I'm still trying to figure out if I'm keeping it. He definitely is NOT hyped like I was expecting from all the other reviews. The words "best night's sleep I've ever had" are not in his future on this PURPLE mattress which makes me very sad indeed, because I don't know where to go from here. My 72 year old mother absolutely does not like it.

Both my wife and I love our new Purple Mattress. We didn't know what to expect being so different from what we've had in the past. But so far everything about it is just great. The only problem is that when the alarm goes of in the morning it takes a team of horses to get us out of bed because it's just so darn comfortable you don't want to move.

The purple mattress has improved my sleep significantly compared to the spring and memory foam mattresses I have used previously. There is no dip or difference in support as you shift across the mattress which is a significant problem I experienced with spring mattresses in the past. The support provided is fantastic. Despite all of those positive aspects, I still gave it a 4/5 because I feel there one particular aspect that could be improved. I found that the mattress, once fully unpacked, was quite a bit smaller than a queen sized mattress should be and doesn't fit fully on the queen sized foundation I own. If the size was increased a bit, especially in terms of length, I think it would be a 5/5 experience.

Cool company but the matress was not cofortable to me. It felt like 2 inches of comfortabe on top of concrete. We gave it a month + but never got better. Wish the 2nd layer was softer. I'm 175 and like sleeping on the floor but this was the worst of both worlds

We are very satisfied with this bed. It has just the right combination of support and comfort. There was a bit of an adjustment period for us in the beginning, but that lasted for only about a week. But now we actually get a little excited about going to bed, thanks in part to this mattress. Ordering was also easy, as well as unpacking. Thank you Purple!
