As much as I really wanted Purple to be the right mattress for me, unfortunately it did not provide the support that my body needed. I'm a back and stomach sleeper and I started to get severe neck, shoulder, and back pain after the 3rd night of sleeping on it. I thought maybe my body needed time to adjust to it but the more I slept on it, the more pain I was in. It also ran hot for me - not cool at all. I woke up many nights drenched in sweat. Also, the corners cave in when you put regular sheets on the mattress. I eventually returned the mattress after using it for a 3 weeks (technically had it for a month since it took a week for pick up). The representative I spoke with on the phone to start the return process was not very informative and seemed annoyed that I was asking questions. He just told me to answer the questions on the email that they'll send me and go from there. It would have been nice for him to provide the information verbally just in case I were to misread certain areas. I just wanted to make sure I got all the information since I already had him on the phone. The return process took about two and a half weeks. I choose the option for Purple to help me on finding a donation center for the mattress and they directed me to Sharetown. I got an initial email from Sharetown and then a text from the person picking it up a couple days after. I would have preferred that they provided a name and number of that person picking up the mattress in the email because it seemed a little sketchy at first because he just texted me. Eventually, the person from Sharetown came and took the mattress. He suggests not moving the mattress because it's easier for them to pack and less risks of it getting damaged. Only one guy came and took the mattress. I was so impressed!! He did everything within 30 minutes. I submitted the receipt as soon as Sharetown took it. I received a confirmation for my return the next day. Be advised, they do mention that the return takes a few days to show up in the bank, but after waiting 7 DAYS, I received an email from Purple summarizing my full return but still no money back on my card. It took a week and a half for me to see my money back in my account so keep that in mind.

I really do like the seat cushion. The only thing is I feel like your slipping off it. I'm a bus driver and I think if it was a bit bigger to fit the bus seat then maybe it wouldn't feel like your sliding off it. My constantly using my feet. Left for signals and right for brake and gas pedal. I feel like I need to hold on so I don't slide off.

The bed seems pretty comfortable, but we wish it were thicker. We like the pillows, but they are really heavy, which is weird when moving them around while getting ready for bed and while making the bed in the morning. Not crazy about the sheets as they are really stretchy. We actually have tried the fitted sheet on the bed and a regular top sheet to cover us. That seems more comfortable. The jury is still out on whether we are 100% satisfied with everything.

I love my bed so much. I literally never want to get out of bed. It's a problem haha!! My only complaint is the amount of time it took to get the platform. The first month of my trial period I couldn't use my mattress unless I laid it on the floor. That was a bummer and I will say the platform is great and makes sleeping great!!

I was sceptical but agreed at my husband's insistence because of the trial... surprise ...i'm keeping it!!! I'm a very picky bed girl and did not expect to like it at all but I have slept so good! This is the original! Can you imagine if I had upgraded??? Thanks purple you are the best!!!

I saw the ad for this purple mattress and was skeptical at first but after a bit of thought and research I decided to make the investment. I have a lot of back pain which I believe came from my old memory foam mattress. It's been a little over a month and my back pain is becoming less and less of a problem for me. I did in the first few weeks wake up on my purple mattress feeling very sore but it went away after a while being up and about. Now I'm waking up with less pain and feeling better every day. I have to say I am impressed with this mattress and the free pillow offer was very nice as well I am not used to a flat pillow but it's actually very comfortable and stays cool.

My wife and I tried to sleep on our new purple bed for several weeks. We woke up feeling more in pain every morning. It got to where we couldn't even lay on it to relax for a few minutes. Unfortunately we will have to return the mattress. I'm sure it works well for some people but for us it was too firm and straining on the hips and back.

Thank you so much for your efforts in preparing something that is so revolutionary. Everytime i lay down, i say thank you Lord! Its honestly a huge difference in bedding. The price, the quality, you couldnt really ask for something better. The platform base is kind of a let down. But other than that Im so thankful for you guys!

Mostly side to back sleeper, absolutely love my mattress. I have been recommending this mattress to people I work with, family and patients I have I can't wait to crawl into bed anymore. Life changing sleep for me. Will continue to buy this mattress.

This is the first time I've ever invested in a nice mattress for myself. I sleep best with a weighted blanket on top so I can easily get too hot. With this mattress I'm so much more comfortable on every level. It's amazing how temperature neutral it is. I like how it's soft under my pressure points but also feels firm. It's definitely unlike any other kind of mattress but that's what I was hoping for since I've never been that blown away by classic mattresses.
